Had a very nice breakfast that put smile on my face. Two things that you'll love to have in the morning to make your day brighter: 1) Beautiful dishes, mine was a French Toast, with blueberry compote, bacon, orange, pomegranate. 2) friendly & courteous people who serve you.

Great little cafe. The friendly and considerate staff, went beyond what I was expecting. Was on crutches and was offered an extra chair and pillow, if I wanted to put my leg up. The coffee was amazing and had exceptional latte art. The food was great, with lots of different options to try. Will definitely be coming back and bringing more friends.

Cozy cafe in Yarralumla, absolutely a local gem! The service was quick and decent. The food was amazing as well. The penne pasta with pork and peas was creamy and tasty, the fish and chips had large portion, the fish was crispy and well-seasoned. Highly recommend this cafe!

Wonderful outdoor seating in the shade. Friendly staff and delicious food. Eggs cooked perfectly which is rare! Nice and quiet also. Great to see a dog friendly place with ample outdoor seating.

Small dog friendly café with friendly service. Both the food and coffee was great. It was really busy when I went and the staff couldn't apologise enough about the wait (which wasn't long at all). Happy to go back, as me and my partner had a great time

Wow this Beese & Co Cafe is the best with great service and the food was divine with the hot chocolate also the food was brought in the local area with Fresh Farm Eggs and homemade delicious jams are Marmalade jam, Rhubarb jam and Blackberry jam!! We will be back next weekend!! 🥰❤️

Came here because of high rating. Great customer service from all staff, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful setting, plenty of outdoor seating, natural shade and lots of parking. Why 3 stars? Food took a long time to arrive, and when it did, the toast was undercooked and near cold. The eggs were also barely lukewarm. Hash brown and bacon were hot (so they probably had to wait for those), which were delicious, but it was a disappointing amount of bacon. Due to the wait, I didn't mention anything to the staff, because I didn't want to wait even longer to eat. I understand that's not fair to the cafe (not giving them a chance to rectify), however that's how the service industry goes; best foot forward at all times. I'll be back, and hoping that today was an anomaly. Customer service, location/setting, and food taste are great... just need to work on food timing and bacon rations.

I have supported Bees for many many years but their prices are now on the upper end for a cafe and (sadly) I’m going elsewhere more often. Staff are friendly but the venue would benefit from some refreshing.

Really cruisey little cafe situated around the quiet side of Yarralumla shops. They're not everyone's glass of tea, but I really like the magpies that congregate in and near the trees above the al fresco dining area. Of course, I don't feed them, but they're just so quintessentially Canberra, I like them around. Great tea, coffee, nibbles. Am yet to have a full meal there, but it's a favourite spot for sitting, drinking chai and talking with the birds!

Big outdoor space with umbrellas in case of rain or too much sun. Ordered the hotcakes at around breakfast time, but was a bit soggy because the add too much sauce. I would recommend having the sauce on the side, also could have been hotter.

So good to be able to sit down in Beess to eat. Food was good and interesting. Service quick and friendly. Highly recommend the China Pai Mu Tan tea. And they have Portuguese tarts! Coffee was just okay, everything else excellent.

Met friends for brunch; good atmosphere, good selection of meals at good prices. The staff were friendly and welcoming. My initial latte was not too good, which could have been an anomaly. After bringing this to attention of the staff, I had another brought to me without hesitation and the remake was spot on. Definitely worth a visit!

Excellent coffee, delicious food, friendly staff and fast service. Beess & Co Cafe has been a mainstay of the inner-south cafe scene for over a decade now, and it's only gotten better over time. The menu is always changing and always interesting and caters to all dietary requirements. The outdoor dining area is well-shaded making it perfect for Spring and Summer brunches, lunches, or just a quick coffee and cake. Speaking of cake, try the hummingbird. You won't be disappointed.

My food was quite nice but my partner ordered eggs Benedict with extra poached eggs - making a total of 4 eggs - and all of them had rock solid yolks. That is obviously a huge disappointment, especially when you have paid for extra. When the waiter saw two eggs left over on the plate, he made no mention or enquiry about it. Needless to say, we will not return as I will not be able to convince him to give another shot with so many amazing breakfast places around! Pity.

This is the corner we use to have informal meetings with my colleagues, we work not far from this cafe. The coffee is really good, only once I had a coffee that didn't meet my mark, I asked if they had changed the brand, but the hadn't, they offered another one. Breakfast are good too, very classic Australian bread, egg in may forms, bacon, salmon, etc. I only tried one main for lunch.

We found this on google reviews after having a truly terrible breakfast in NewActon the day before. We dropped in on our way to the Mint with 3 adults and 2 kids. Breakfast and coffee were fabulous! Every poached egg was perfectly cooked. I would drive across Canberra to get breakfast here again-it was the best brekkie we had in a 4 day stay. Great friendly service, and the best coffee and eggs benny I’ve had in months. No lie.

Such lovely people! My baby swiped my toddler's plate (with precious mini cupcake) off the table & smashed it. The staff were only concerned that the girls were ok & said not to worry about a thing & replaced my daughter's mini cupcake free of charge. Really welcoming of mums with small children.

Am a regular morning diner, and can confirm that Beess & Co are consistency fantastic! Genuinely friendly staff, great baristas and coffee, and fabulous food :) Look forward to the strawberry and rhuburb hotcakes all week (#amazeballs), simply divine. AND they love dogs, so your puppy can sit with you outside while you enjoy your breakfast (and you can slyly slip him some of your breakfast). They also have gluten-free sweet and savoury choices for the gluten avoiders, including a delicious gluten-free orange and poppyseed cake, yummo!
