G.Friendly lady runs the show, very courteous. Her young staff are polite and efficient. The fresh cinnamon donuts are delicious and their coffee is comparatively good for a donut joint. Recommended for a winter snack!
J. G.While this place has great customer service, information is lacking.
If you order anything, you're normally assumed that you want a large of everything and charge you a heap. With the boxes, they won't let you know if any specific donuts will add to the price, they just out it in and don't tell you.
I've had plenty times where I check my bank statements afterwards and I was charged a lot more than I thought I was paying for.
The donuts are amazing, however this is a drawback that makes me reluctant to go back.
As a customer, it should also be our responsibility to double check, but as a 'professional', as a server it'd good to inform your customers. Always check, and be understanding if they tell you extra good donuts would cost more, but it's just good to be told.
