Difficult to find parking, limited menu, understaffed and noisy. Seated outside the toilets in a restaurant that was at 40%, and we had a booking. Small plates meant stacking food on top of other food. Best thing about the coffee was that it was in a china cup. Yeah Nah, Tried it once and would go back if nothing else was open. Not my scene.

Excellent food at a moderate price. Went with a party of 12 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Two of us got a large pizza and only ate about a third of it. Big size and topped with ingredients which reach the edges, couldn't be happier. A lot of meals came with hand cut chips. I would recommend to the owners to cut them smaller, the novelty of the thickness of the chips did not override the lack of taste that such a thick chip provides. Good food and the drinks were decently priced. Staff were also pleasant.

Great Mexican parmigiana, buffalo wings were steaming hot and very tasty with a siracha sauce. Few beers on tap for a brilliant Saturday arvo. Great time of day to go too as not many had the same idea as us.

Had lunch on a Monday afternoon. It was relatively quiet with only a few other patrons at the time. Orders are placed at the bar counter and food will be served/delivered to your table. Ambience was good, tv set was on mute with subtitles so you can still talk to each other without being drowned out by the noise. Food took just a bit longer to arrive than usual but portion sizes and taste more than made up for it. We had the BBQ beef ribs and the sirloin steak. Ribs were tender and the meat fell off the bone. Steak (medium rare) was cooked well. Both meals came with delicious battered chips that was still crispy even at the end of the meal.

A nice place for a meal and a drink. I had a steak. It was well cooked and all the sides were very nice. Only negative no table service. Order at bar only.

Nice atmosphere, good selection of craft beer on tap. Steak was a 6.5/10, a bit tough for a scotch fillet but still a good feed, chips and vegetables are on point (vegies could use a mild butter garlic sauce, but that's just fat me talking.)

Great atmosphere away from the regular haunts of Canberra. Great for a Christmas party or function. Food is good and varied. The staff are friendly and the owner is very helpful and attentive. The rear deck on a nice day is a great secret spot for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Nice set-up at the edge Griffith shops overlooking the park. Plenty of seating options from table dining to a drink at the bar tables. Very good lunch menu including weekly specials and accompanying wine specials. The verandah at the back would be great all seasons.

I have been a few time. The service has always been good and the food is good as well. I have been with a few groups and they have no problem with groups. I get there before 6 to take advantage of the cocktail special. The food specials are good as well.

The cocktail menu is not very interesting or exciting, my beef salad was awful, very salty, every single piece of meat was gristly and I had to throw it away into my napkin. The decor is nice, the staff while efficient were not particularly interested or friendly. It has a good atmosphere but the food left a lot to be desired which was a shame

Lovely healthy lunch, I had the vegetarian salad. It was divine. I also like that they have sparkling water on tap. The only downside was the grumpy bearded guy behind the bar who clearly didn't want to work there.

Slightly biased as this is my local pub but I'd frequent even if i didnt live nearby. You can tell the staff genuinely care about the patrons experience and the cellar/selection of beer on tap is wonderful. Oh and food is tip top for a pub! You'd expect that though being surrounded by CBRs best restaurants.

Just an all round great spot to meet friends for a drink in the comfy lounges or order some food and pull up a chair.. the pizza are really good and the beetroot pattie vegi burger is extra good. Located conveniently at the Griffith shops ( just next door to us ) with friendly staff and awesome atmosphere, it just an ideal spot to shake off a long working day or welcome in the weekend... great spot for functions too

The food was awesome, the service excellent and I can see why some of my Kulture Break friends say that Gryphon's is their local and they have held many events there.
