Strongly recommended for anyone working in the city for lunch. They serve $10 lunch meals which are perfect portion and it does not compromise on the quality. For serious chilli eaters, I recommend nasi goreng with shallot and chilli.

Great meals and prices. Little bit more rice pleaseeee. Updated - went back the next day as I did like the meal and this time asked for more rice which was handed over at no cost even though I offered. Truly nice people and food here

This is by far the best ‘hole in the wall’ takeaway food outlet in Canberra city. I’m often getting a lunch box of yummy Indonesia curry or stir frys. Excellent value, always hot, comes with a drink and appetiser for $10. The guy who serves is super friendly, and does it with a smile! Also has a brilliant range of vegetarian dishes.

Bloody sensational food and service. Best "hole in the wall" joint in the CBD! The daily queue speaks for itself!

Hole-in-the-wall takeaway lunch place - the $10 special (drink, entree and main) is a great deal. The lamb is always tender and delicious. Come either a little early or a little late to avoid the queue of public servants at half past - although the queue does move pretty quickly.
