Hands down my favourite café in Canberra. I've been coming to Pellegrino's almost every week for years now and I've yet to find anywhere with better serving sizes and prices in the ACT. Best club sandwiches ever, juicy and high quality ingredients. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always make me feel welcome. The hidden gem of Canberra brunches.

Was here this afternoon! my first café eat in since the lockdown, we had the big brekkie, the Pellegrino Pasta, chips and coffees. the coffee is a bit weak but not the worst i’ve had. The food was great though it did take a little longer to get but definitely worth the wait! The pasta was perfect and the chips were crisp and well salted! Would recommend if you’re in the area

Very average experience. The service was decent and food and coffees came out quickly. We ordered 2 cappuccinos and they were basically flat whites with chocolate on top. I didn't finish mine as it was bitter and watery. The big breakfast was decent sized. Portions were good and it looked great. Bread was very lightly toasted which can be good or bad depending on your preference. They had steak knives on the table which is was appreciated when attempting to cut through the crust of the bread. The tables on the right side of the venue are all sporting a wooden rustic look. They were sticky due to the varnish. Considering how many cafes there are nearby, I would only return if everywhere else was full and I didn't want to drive somewhere else.

Delicious! The bread they use here is so much softer and tasty than most cafes. Service was really friendly and quick, and serving sizes were so generous! Definitely need to come with a big appetite.

Very friendly staff that catered for our gluten and lactose intolerances. Coffee was pleasant, but the stand out was lunch which had really fresh ingredients and some of the best gluten free bread I've had. There's parking right next door which is a bonus

Delicious Brunch Bruschetta paired with soy latte. The bruschetta was so flavoursome and decent portion. I know this might sound silly but when the cafe provides proper steak knife with their meals, it makes it so much easier slicing through the sourdough! Friendly service and fast too.

Lovely experience, staff where friendly and although they had no vegetarian/vegan options on the menu the staff where kind enough to alter some of the meals to make them vegan friendly. I ended up having a delicious mushroom and sweet potato wrap which tasted divine!

This place never fails to impress! Had my favourite brunch item, Eggs Benedict after ages and it was still by far the best I've had in Canberra. The coffee was fantastic too!

The food is good. Egg Benedict with pulled pork is tasty. The burger is okay with crispy chips. Absolutely love it. One thing disappointed me is the coffee. We ordered one small and one regular cappuccino . The taste is too strong and too bitter for both of them, I don't know they put how many shots in them, I've been drinking cap my whole life, but it's just the first time I want to add sugar in. Except coffee, all good.

Nice place. No vegan options on menu, if you ask they can make something for you. I got a vegan wrap, it was nice however there was two tiny pieces of chicken on my plate when I went to lift my wrap off the plate. So Im not sure if it was residue from the chopping board or how it found its way into my plate. Overall it was ok. Food for rest of my group who are not vegan was good.

Having dropped off our vehicle in Fyshwick for an early morning window repair, we walked around the corner to Pelliginos for breakfast and coffee. The equal blend of suits and hi vis jackets said it all. Service comes with an authentic smile, the food is honest and the coffee good as. The "big breakfast" plus coffee will both kick start and see you through the whole day! Some of Australua's best cafes are hidden away amongst industrial areas and Pelligrinos is one of them.

My husband and I went for breakfast there this morning and I have to say I was blown away. My breakfast was absolutely delicious. Large portions so ensure your hungry and fast service. It has to of been the best breaky I've had to date, will definitely be going back.

Love this place... so consistent. The coffee, the service.... its my go to at least once/week; absolutely love the BAE Roll with the added tomato and spinach and it is great value. Haven't tried much else on the menu other than their coffee, and scrambled eggs on toast, because I keep coming back for the BAE roll...the BAE roll for me is the best bacon and egg roll in Canberra at the moment pipping the cupping room, ona and the knox (ona used to be my fav until they changed their ingredients and sauce)

Once upon a time I had an experience with a common delicacy often referred to as the 'egg and bacon roll.' At first glance I immediately recognised that this was a 'double egg and bacon roll' which as the name suggests, includes a double serve of bacon and egg. The roll itself was of the brioche class and small scrapes of sauce covered the external of the dish from where it had oozed out as the top bun was placed on. The first bite is what physcologists would describe as a combination of true love and pure euphoria. The egg was so perfectly placed that the yolk instantly broke in a way that coverd the roll with delicious liquid gold with almost no spillage. The bacon, ahhh the bacon. The slightly charred border of the strips within the roll crunched in such a magical way that was so perfectly complimented with the perfect toasting of the brioche bun that it created what I would describe as the closest thing to heaven. What really topped it off for me was not the bacon, egg nor the roll but the sauce. I'm usually one to sway towards the classic bbq but it took me by surprise when I was asked if I would like aioli as well. I'll never forget the look on the girls face as she said that. It was so casual and relaxed for she hadn't recognised the severe impact it would have on my life. Feeling adventurous, I accepted her offer and combined the aioli with the bbq. The combination was divine and life changing to say the least. There are few careers in this modern society where your actions can make a positive impact on society as a whole. I truly believe this roll was created by someone who intends to offer the very best to the rest of the world and although there was no visual indication, I believe the roll was filled blood sweat and tears. Solid roll 10/10.

Lively and sunny alternative to the usual Fyshwick takeaway. Slightly more adventurous and expensive breakfast but with the usual bias towards heaviness to be expected in industrial areas. Parking is almost impossible and wifi is not on the menu.
