One of my absolute favourite go-tos for food, staff, coffee - and I love the industrial location, with its glass house vibe and breezy, leafy terrace. The emphasis on the best, freshest, tastiest, healthy ingredients, cooked with a very deft touch, is passionately driven and executed by the team - there are always low carb and veg driven options that makes Plumb a standout in the crowd. Heaps of delicious 'tradie treats' too, like the fantastic big brekkie and burgers. The mushrooms on Sonoma soudough with thyme and poached eggs (cooked to perfection!) will always draw me back, as will the smoothies - full of vitality and goodness. Always hanging out for another Plumb fix!

Never been to this Cafè before and wanted to give it a go as it has great ratings. The atmosphere l felt was business meeting like, but was very clean in the cafè. The service was somewhat strange from the young man as he took our order for coffee's and when he brought them out he knew we wanted food and had the menus in our hands but turned and walked away, I did call him back and took our orders. The coffee's ordered were meant to be skim cappuccinos but they were more like coffee with milk. The food was plonked on the table by the young man and walked off, I had to fetch for our cutlery as he didn't give us any. The food though was pretty good and serving size was very reasonable. I ordered the White Choc Waffles but I am not sure where the white chocolate was. All in all it wasn't the greatest Cafè experience for us and could of just been an off day but if you are after a decent feed this place won't disappoint with serving size.

I would like to give 1000 stars!!! Best brekkie ever! Best banoffe waffles ever! Very friendly staff, clean and nice place, beautiful decoration. I absolutely loved the whole experience. I'll come back soon and strongly recommend. Go over there with your friends and family.

Friendly customer service. Limited breakfast menu however, a variety for lunch. The venue is licensed if you enjoy a sneaky wine with your lunch. The hollandaise sauce tasted like lemon sauce hence the 3 star review.

I had the fortunate pleasure of getting the double egg and bacon roll with a coffee for $10 absolutely amazing..... Eggs cooked to perfection and coffee felt like I was drinking velvet! I'm going to be there every time I am in. Fyshwick!

Great coffee, great food and incredibly friendly staff who were able to cater for my non-carb keto'ish diet. I had the big breakfast and should have taken photo but it looked (and was) so good that I just hoed in. Perfectly runny poached eggs, tasty sausages, nice bacon with a bit of crisp etc. I'll be back!

Very good food and coffee at reasonable prices. Mastered a long black with cold milk (AKA a white coffee - not flat, not cappuccino) faster than other coffee shops I've used in Canberra. Can phone in order ahead and pick up which is great for the "coffee on the way to work" routine. Best B&E roll south of the lake. Needs a slightly lighter hand on the vegemite though.

Rating for their Wagyu beef burger. (On take-away menu.) Excellent taste and generous portions. This selection is very good value for money. On reflection, one of the best burgers I have had in Canberra. Certainly the best for the price. Staff were very friendly as well.

Really handy, licenced eatery in Fyshwick. They do a killer chicken scallopini - I've had that twice! The burgers and pasta also look great. For a local cafe they have a reasonable selection of beer and wines and the service is good too. This will be a regular for me when I'm in Fyshwick.
