Located in the busy North Hobart strip. I liked the mixed decor and atmosphere. We chose items from the dessert menu. Waffles and brownies. Very nice indeed. All four of us agreed that the quality and portion sizing was spot on. Nice coffee too. The waitress was friendly and engaging.

Absolutely the best experience I have ever had anywhere in Australia. 3/3 of the desserts we ordered were amazing. Finally a good desserts place in Hobart. The best. I can't explain. Amazing Desserts. I haven't tried, but their Savoy menu looks great. THE friendliest staff. Warm, quirky decor. Delivery (free if you order directly). Massive opening hours!! Open very late!! Spotless Store.

The first day I arrived to Hobart with my family, we were looking for a nice brunch to have, we saw the fusion cafe and my spirits changed, the food was breath taking and the staff were very kind and friendly, this cafe and restaurant is above highly recommended and we had a wonderful experience!👌

Brilliant food (layer of raspberry batter in the chocolate waffle came through perfectly but didn't over power), Lindt hot chocolate amazing, fantastic service, very courteous regarding our baby and the music and good coffee. Need to go back to try the savoury menu.

We met the head chef as we first stepped in the door and were greeted with warmth and kindness. We decided to stay for dinner as well as dessert. The menu was large and had good options. I decided on the toasted ham and cheese sandwich with chips. Beautiful bread and so much cheese 💜 However the best was yet to come, dessert! I had the Nutella pancakes, generous serving and super light and fluffy pancakes. Was so yummy. Apart from the great food, I loved the great service and recommendations from the chef :)

We went for dessert today to Fusion Cafe and desserts. It was so decadent and scrumptious. The service was lovely. Made our 3 year old son's day. He was so happy. Friendly staff were so accomodating especially when our little one was very noisy. We look forward to our next visit to try their meals as well.

A deserving 100% for everything! The lady serving was so kind and lovely! The cafe was clean and there was such a happy feeling all around. The lindt hot chocolate was creamy and yummy. The dessert was delicious (we took our leftovers home because there was too much). I recommend the Cafe to anyone, but definitely if you are looking for a yummy and late night treat!

Our waffles were made fresh with passion and care. It was not overly sweet and the balance was just right. The service was excellent and the Pastry Chef was professional and friendly. We are looking forward to try their unique specialty - Chicken Tandoori savoury Waffle Pizza- and we can't wait to treat ourselves again with a delicious Brownie Waffle. Highly recommended if you are after quality food and a friendly service.

Was suprised to find this in North Hobart. We found it through a google search. It was a very warm welcome when we walked in the door. The menu had a decent number of options for dessert. Lost of different waffles and brownies. I had the Oreo Brownie and it was big, rich and awesome! I'll definitely be going back again. It was good to see a number of Uber Eats and Deliveroo orders running out the door, so there is definitely alternate ways to grab their desserts.

Love this cafe, a unique concept. Tried most items. HIGHLY recommend their desserts, especially their brownies, literally melts in your mouth! Their new creation pizza waffles are pretty good with a savoury waffle base, a must try. Not many pancake options in Hobart but this cafe also makes scrumptious pancakes. Tasty burgers with some great sides. Presentation of items is also pretty neat. Would definitely recommend.
