Good ambience. Nice and cosy space with great food. Portion size is good too. Fast service. The chilli jam was sweet rather than spicy. The portion size of salad leaves was a bit lesser than expected. Overall, a good space for a quick bite or for a catch up.

Lovely hidden cafe in Sandy Bay. Very nice setting and the coffee here is on par to what we love and are used to in Melbourne (really good!). The cakes were delicious and staff here are attentive and friendly. Would love to come back here for a proper meal.

The food is not bad and they give us enough. But the poached eggs are a little bit dry. What’s more, it takes too much time. They have two people in the kitchen, but it still takes 30 minutes for our food.

We went for a meal to celebrate my daughter's birthday, and as usual had a fantastic meal. Great service, great food and great value for money. We recommend Giddy Up to people as we cannot find any better place in Sandy Bay area.

Great local cafe with wonderful service and consistently good food. Generous food servings and a simple but creative menu with most options available as take away. Outdoor seating area is great for summer. It can get very busy and you should consider booking for breakfast on the weekends.

Highly recommend this place because the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a very small step up from the street, bit inside is level through to the rear, where the adjustable roof slats allows sunshine in when sunny, or keeps the rain out when wet.

I would say it's a hidden gem in Sandy Bay. They offer one of the best brunch in Hobart. I enjoyed pork, smashed avocado and egg Benedict on top of sourdough and my girlfriend really loved their Belgian hot choc.

A little off the main road, so parking close was very easy and the wait time once we ordered was very short. The Belgian chocolate mocha felt like a December morning, and add-ons easy and reasonably priced.

It was OK. Food was nice but the service leaves a bit to be desired. The staff lost our drinks order - we noticed when others who had arrived after us were receiving their drinks. We pulled aside a wait staff member, who retook our order. And it still took ages - when we quizzed her again after waiting a further 20 mins (over 45 mins at this point) she apologised and explained that there was a big backlog. It was disappointing that it was their error and we were still pushed to the back of the queue. A nice breakfast but this did put a dampener on our overall experience.

This little gem popped up when I searched for breakfast places near Sandy Bay. And what a gem that is. We had the Veggie Brekky Bowl and Smashed Avo - both 5-star tasting experiences as was the coffee. The staff was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere stylish yet warm. Worth a visit!

One of my favourite brunch places in Hobart! I love the breakfast bowl! A wide variety of menu choices catering to all dietary types. Service is friendly and efficient, with a nice choice of indoor or outdoor dining options. Coffee has been average each of the half a dozen times I have been over the last 2 years, but I am always hopeful this will one day improve.

Discovered this hidden gem of a cafe while randomly browsing Google Maps of my neighbourhood. The cafe has an unassuming and quiet exterior which opens up to a modern, cozy dining environment in the middle of a suburb. I've ordered the smashed chorizo dish, and it's superb; crumbed feta cheese on crushed chorizo and avo, topped with poached eggs, the dish was fantastic. Recommended secret brunch spot (although it wouldn't be so secret anymore with all these raving reviews!).

A little off the beaten track but we'll worth the trip ( to be fair it's still in the city....) . Really welcoming and warm staff in a cosy environment. Coffee was ace and the chicken bacon and thing Panini was 10/10! . I also saw a super cute dog out the front at one point. I feel like the cafe orchestrated this to increase customer satisfaction
