July 2021. Sisterhood is a Melbourne style brunch cafe where everything is whitewashed, has loads of greenery and lacks a little bit of soul. It is however very popular and extremely busy, so busy that if you're sat at the Tables to the right as you arrive, and the middle stools are occupied, your backs are at times touching each other. Food is priced within a range you'd expect for this style of cafe, and meals are enjoyable. Staff were friendly, however a lack of communication meant that within a minute of sitting down, a different member of staff asked us if we were ready to order our meals. She returned with five minutes and we were still not ready to order. A little time to review the menu would have been appreciated. The folded eggs promised braised duck, unfortunately there was less than a tablespoon of the promised duck in the serving. It's a nice venue, however it was a little underwhelming.

Great food and fantastic service. I really like the interior - bright and clean. The chairs are unusually comfortable. My bacon was almost cold but when I informed wait staff they took it off my bill. Two things to work on: a mid meal check in would have been appreciated, and, the website states that one can text to reserve a table. When I texted however, I was informed that this service was not available. Overall fantastic work guys!

Really good cafe in Sandy Bay, Hobart. Firstly, this place is extremely stylish with friendly efficient staff. Secondly, the food is really good. The avocado toast was a delight with its picked radish and the rice porridge was more like a decedent rice pudding. Finally the coffee is really good here. What better way to spend breakfast on International Women's Day.

Spacious sized cafe and the most greeted thing about this cafe is dog friendly! Coffee was way better than before I had, liked it! Cute cafe for enjoying chillax happy Sunday

Love the dining setting. Delicious coffee. I got a vegan jaffle! Yummm. They have different type of lattes on offer like taro latte! Yummm. Great place for brunch. Plenty of space to go solo or big groups! Even have baked doggie treats

The folded eggs with duck, enoki, chilli and herbs might've been the best meal I had in Tassie - really, really good. As was the coffee. And we liked the Scandi-styling with white, wood, plants and plenty of light. Nice place, and very helpful staff

Lovely local cafe with friendly staffs. Very clean and hygiened. staffs cleaned tables and chairs whenever customers move out. There are about 8 tables in the backyard with open sky. Good place to enjoy a cup of coffee or brunch in sunny day.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I only dropped in to have a quick catch up with friends who were already there. All I felt like was tea and toast with Vegemite and was reassured that was no problem. (And it was presented beautifully, and the sourdough was spot on). I will return when I have a better appetite for more, as the menu looked amazing.

I was too hungry to take any photos! I had poached eggs on sourghdough toast with smoked salmon and a soy cap. The eggs were bright in colour and super fresh and tasty. The salmon was some of the best I have tasted. Sides are a little on the pricey side however locally grown and great quality.

We happened across Sisterhood around lunchtime on a Saturday. Super friendly and efficient staff and a great menu ranging from breakfast bites through to substantial luncheon plates. I ordered the Croque Monsieur which was a well crafted sandwich comprising sourdough bread, leg ham and cheese. lots and lots of wonderful cheese. As if the cheese wasn't enough the whole affair was drenched in a cheese sauce - yep it's as close to heaven as you'll get when in Sandy Bay. We will return.

Beautiful light and airy cafe with great atmosphere. Staff are friendly and attentive, and the service was excellent today. We got a young experienced waiter Josê. He's solved are problems really quickly. Thank you Josê, we definitely going back. Highly recommended.

Lovely cafe, quite noisy when busy. Pan fried white fish was excellent, the rocket, parmesan & pomegranate salad was underwhelming as it didn’t actually contain any pomegranate, or any dressing. Still, would consider going back, staff were friendly, service was good and it’s a good location.

Consistently delicious food and friendly service- always welcoming but brisk and professional. Modern and varied menu. I’ve taken many friends here and it seems like a place where everyone feels pretty comfortable and accommodated, regardless of age or tastes. Good job folks!

Stunning venue. Really Unique decor and a warm atmosphere. Ordered the breakfast pasta. Cos ya know pasta for breakfast is the food of Champions. It was incredibly tasty. All the staff were Lovely. Big shout out to the tall brown haired chef that made my pasta!

My husband, daughter and I tried Sisterhood for the first time this morning and we were really impressed by the food, coffee and atmosphere. The styling was very 'on point,' and the table service was quick, with reasonable menu pricing. I loved the house-made cherry cola!! Of particular note was your lovely team member, Rachel (American accent). She was incredibly welcoming and authentic, and her interactions with my two-and-a-half year old daughter were so sweet! Customer service is generally pretty reasonable in Hobart, but Rachel was exceptional. I wanted to highlight her friendliness and warmth for the benefit of management - she's a big asset to your service delivery team! Thanks for a great experience, I anticipate we'll be back again soon! :)

We took our puppy to its first dining experience at Sisterhood recently! He got served first with a lovely puppychino and a dog treat. The puppychino was a great hit with Haali!! I had the steak which was cooked to perfection and good value for money. The ambience is great, and it felt safe with generous spacing of tables. Staff were very friendly.

The place looks really nice, interior is very well designed, however, we were not happy with their food and coffee, especially with the price range. If you are planning to dine here, best not to expect so much with the taste and quality of the food and coffee to not get disappointed.

Once seated and given menus, nobody came back to take our order. In the end we went up to the counter to place our order. Would have purchased lunch but because of the lenghty wait we only ordered Smoothies, which werw very nice. Perhaps you should have more staff on the busy times.

Amazing flavours but felt miserly. My vegetarian wife tried to substitute mushrooms in place of ham on her eggs benny, and they charged the full side price. Not very vego friendly. Similarly, the coffees were good but very small with no larger option.
