Beautiful bright space and most importantly, delicious coffee. Delicate roasts that work well both on filter and espresso. The flavours really match the atmosphere of the cafe if that makes sense. Worthy addition to Melbourne specialty coffee scene.

Passion-driven and friendly staff showcase their love and care for the coffees they serve to us customers. Tucked behind the busy streets is this industrial warehouse that beats all cafes in terms of interior - the simplicity of the design really draws focus to their coffee making and makes you really embrace the meaning of coffee. Ordered the soy flat white and oat latte: both were perfect in every way. Soy flat weirdly enough tasted foamy like your regular latte, but they are very similar so not complaining here. Coffee beans were so smooth and rich, which was heightened by the creaminess and sweetness of the dairy-free milk options we picked. My oat latte was naturally so sweet, I did not need a single sprinkle of sugar. Good body and character from the coffee, now I just need to come back to stock their beans for home. great vibing coffee spot! aesthetics are simple, neutral and clean! they make some superb specialty coffee and serve up some great pastries too! there are a decent amount of indoor seatings however it fills up quickly! never fret as they have outdoor seating too! definitely recommend this spot for ur caffeine needs! worth a trip n visit

Nice little coffee shop and they roast their own coffee beans. Coffee is nice, but they don't have almond milk option. They also sell yummy pastry. One of the filtered coffee bean flavor is very unique. This coffee shop also sell Hojicha. Their coffee only have 1 size, which is small. Plenty of seating area within the coffee shop, inside and outside. You can also watch them roast coffee if you sit inside. Limited parking available. Very convenient with public transport. Coffee price is average. Staff are friendly and helpful.

A stunningly beautiful cafe interior, knowledgeable and friendly staff, and superb coffee. The cafe is hidden away down a side street and makes Acoffee a worthy find. The interior looks like an Apple Store - crisp and clean. Beans are roasted in the shop itself. Coffee was exceptional ; both the long black and the flat white were perfection. There’s a large communal table in the centre of the cafe, and some table seating outside the front. There’s a self service tap dispensing both still and sparkling filtered water. At the till there’s a small stylish food cabinet containing some pastries, savoury buns, and a decadent chocolate cake. The almond croissant was better than Lune’s offering! (I think they come from Agathé Pâtisserie) The chocolate cake was chocolate heaven. Awesome cafe, highly recommended!

Such bright, simple but sophisticated spot! It offers free Wi-Fi and power points for your laptops if you need to work. I visited 2 times and so I have tried their filter (v60) and their white. Both were delicious and so well brewed! My flat white was smooth and sweet, no trace of acidity in the aftertaste. Definitely one of the coffeeshops I don't mind travelling long distance to!

Hands down the best Short Black (Espressso) I’ve had in Melbourne so far. Few baristas can put decent crema on top. Lots of places try the minimalist look but ACoffee still feels ahead of the trend.

I can only rate on the coffee I received as part of a coffee subscription I was gifted by my lovely daughter. So different to most coffees I’ve had but absolutely delicious. Just right amount of intensity and flavour was same from first sip till last. Well done.

I ordered two milk coffees and first and foremost, they were delicious. I also clumsily managed to spill the first two I had all over the seat. The staff were incredibly kind and gracious, immediately coming over to help me mop up my mess and generously gave me two new coffees to replace the ones I spilt. They wouldn't take no for an answer! Lovely experience.

I've actually never been to the cafe however have recently been gifted some ACOFFEE beans which I thought were spectacular. Beautifully roasted with attention to detail in the packaging - I tried the "chelchele" which is an Ethiopian Kochere heirloom variety washed process. Filtered, it has notes of blueberry and stone fruit, quite splendid and complex. Will definitely come back and try some more beans soon.

Called in here for a take away coffee w my partner. The service was friendly and welcoming. This is a cafe in a large white warehouse, minimalist as you will see in the photos, very much like an art gallery. My strong almond latte had 2 shots as standard, which is my kind of place yay!! Extra points for that hahaha. No not really. The coffee had a nice flavour, the almond milk was nice too, but it was missing something. Mmnn what exactly I was asking myself. It may have been the almond milk, as it was quite creamy, in a nice way but I wanted to taste the coffee more. 1st world problems. It was a bloody good coffee and this place is definitely worth a visit! Enough said.

Nice coffee and atmosphere, but there are many other good coffee places in Melbourne CBD. If you are a traveler like me and staying in the city, I would try going to all the good places in the city first. If you happen to be in Fitzroy though, definitely try this place. But I probably wouldn't travel all the way here just for the coffee.

Beautiful minimalist decor and friendly service. (Below it's just my case, I'm sure they make good coffee at most of the time) Takeaway latte ordered around 3pm was not as good as the one I got at Shamble brewer although using the same beans. Hopefully you guys can address that and get better. Barista need to put effort to keep track of the espresso shot taste and the cleanliness of the machine. It was a bit let down as it was $4.5 for the regular latte. It should be in highest standard if you charge premium price.

Cool ambiance. They were roasting while I was there which was a tad noisy but became white noise. The smell of the roasting was lovely. They have free sparkling and still water on tap. The soy coffee was good but it only comes in one size. Friendly staff.

I was feeling so embarrassed when my card doesn’t work on their pos machine(mine has no chip on it) . But the stuff was very friendly and offered the coffee for free. Coffee is gently roasted, very smooth and balanced, great temperature, not crazy hot as many other places.

Been a regular for 2 years and ACoffee is one of our favourite places in Melbourne for coffee. Outside of Covid-19 it is also a fantastic hip warehouse space to enjoy a filter coffee, a bit of classical music and to see the coffee being roasted in the same room!

My 4 stars is purely for the croissants! Wow! We stopped here for a coffee after looking in a pop up store a few doors down. Coffees were nice enough (I believe), I only drink decaf which they unfortunately do not stock. However we got a croissant as our toddler always loves to nibble on them - luckily she was more interested in all the dogs around and didn't want to eat it so we had it instead. Firstly, the croissants LOOK amazing - glazed and full/puffy and they tasted even better than they looked. The layering inside the croissants was pretty perfect. We just had a plain one with no butter, jam etc and it was so devine and would honestly give 'Lune' a run for its money - one of the best I have tried in a very long time. They also had almond ones as well as Ham and grilled cheese. If you love a GOOD croissant then I highly recommend you try.

Good service, good coffee (their espresso tends to be on the acidic end of the spectrum) and great donuts (the plain, salted churro is the best donut I've ever tasted). Really nice paired back warehouse fitout, though it may be a bit white-washed-wall for some. Someone there also knows about hifi. They've got two little (probably) B&W bookshelfs that defy physics and admirably fill the cavernous space with music, usually jazz.

This cafe is boutique, minimalist, and epitomises the coffee scene in Melbourne. It's a focused brew bar with a range of milk and filter coffees, that also includes a display case of quality pastries, but our tip is to try the sublime Kolache and pair that with a sunset espresso and you're in heaven!
