Great coffee and they do lactose free milk too! Super friendly staff. They kind of only do coffees, and some pastries, so you'll probably have to get your snacks elsewhere, but their coffee is definitely top notch. They're located in the CBD, near the intercontinental hotel, and where vue de monde is.

It is truly one of the best coffees!! I was a regular at Sydney Bonnie cafe and actually missed their flavour once I moved to Melbourne. This morning I finally popped in ..So busy! But so efficient! Great customer service, same sparkling water as in Sydney.. and an amazing coffee! The moment I sipped my coffee it felt like home.. Perfect temperature, perfect taste, perfect texture... delicious! 🧡

If you like oat milk, no matter how good the espressos are here, Bonnie only serve the most watery, flavorless brand of oat milk on the market. Minor Figures are the Carlton Draught of oat milk and Bonnie coffee seems to be the RSL of cafes, thinking their patrons have no taste.

I have been here a couple of times and the service is always great. They always offer sparkling water while we wait. The let down is the coffee. Unfortunately it’s very milky even when I ordered a strong latte.

Service: Service at Bonnie's is always on point. The staff are always attentive and even managed to catch my eye (I usually stand with my eyes on the floor) and ask me if I'd like some sparkling water while I wait. Coffee: Had a Soy Cap and a Soy Latte. Both were very nice.

It’s a pleasant surprise to have found a coffee place which has the same name as me! They close early at 4pm so can’t really tell from take away if the coffee was good - but the staff (a guy) is friendly and willing to help with our take away and the way he talks is quite customer engaging 👍 it’s kinda hidden (without a sign at the door) that I’ve almost missed walking pass Deloitte

The coffee was good, but the staff were very unprofessional. Whilst waiting for my coffee, the conversation of the staff and behaviour could have done with being a bit more professional. The member serving me was great, but others playing around with cleaning implements, including placing one in or near her hair, was very distasteful. Rummaging through drawers and playing with what they find does not give a great image. Unfortunately will be unlikely to visit again based on the staff.

What’s not to love about this place - there’s a reason why the line is usually halfway out the door! They make ordering quick though with two tills, and everyone that works here is genuinely friendly. Consistently delicious coffee and sparking water while you wait. I love their they are supporting the TCX cup exchange scheme too.

Great little cafe with a cosy atmosphere. But the coffee has been a little inconsistent. Ideal for takeaway orders, but if you want to sit in, you'll need to pick your time's wisely as there's indoor seating for only up to around 6 people as I recall.

When you've had three truly excellent coffees in a row, it's time to rate 5 stars. Some of the best coffee I've ever had, and it's consistent, which is the real trick. Busy and loud, but you don't have to wait long, and they bring you a little glass of sparkling water to drink while you wait. If you're close by I wouldn't bother going anywhere else.

Nice place. Was offered sparkling water while i was waiting outside for the person i was meeting up with. Was packed at around 8am. There are seating outside...about 3 tables. Inside tables are scarce. Service is good. Decor and ambience is pretty hip. I worked across the street so this was a good place to get daily coffee.

Cool, calm, current. I met a colleague here for coffee on a business trip and was impressed with the care the staff provided in looking after us. The coffee was exceptional and they’ve even got a few gorgeously crafted mugs and goods for purchase. Indoor and outdoor seating provided.

Freezing cold, tired and sick is not how I want to feel just before I go on holidays, I also had a ton of deadlines and really needed a quick pick me up. I dashed into Bonnie Coffee for a quick mocha to go. Thankfully there is no queue as everyone seemed to have their caffeine hit already. Even though I got takeaway, the super friendly staff gave me a glass of sparkling water, and quickly got my coffee order ready. Although I still like Axil better (their mocha is more chocolatey and I am not a huge coffee drinker - don’t hate meeee!), I won’t mind visiting again simply for the atmosphere and service.

Probably the busiest cafe on Collins Street, especially during the pre-work 8 to 9am rush. The staff do an amazing job at handling the crowds, handing out sparkling water to every customer and learning regulars’ orders. Always nice to see a full crowd of people drinking coffee on the street before heading into the office. Didn’t enjoy the Bonnie Blend; long black had no crema and lacked the bitter freshness of other Melbourne roasted blends.
