Reasonable price come with a good size of dishes,coffee was great too. Look like they are lacking of staff at the moment as I saw Chef does everything from cooking serving and making coffee so service was a bit slow. Anyway, very well done chef your food and service were great 👍

The place is very popular and affordable, and feels like a small country cafe with the style of food they serve! However, it did take a little bit of time for one of the dishes to arrive in my first time. That being said, the staff are lovely and the food was superb, so definitely worth a visit!

AMAZING FOOD. Very well priced for what you get. Only down side is that they get so busy that the wait can be a while and the service slips. Our drinks all came pretty far apart. One person had well and truly finished their drink before others got thiers.

Cafe Victoria just located just outside the Elizabeth tram stop at Victoria market. With all day breakfast menu and variety of crepes at reasonable prices and big portions. Try their crepe with maple syrup and fresh strawberries and it is delish. Very friendly staff who make great coffees. Love the decor!!

Would have been 5stars if not for the rather slow service since there was only one guy who makes the coffee and meal plates on that morning. We had lattes and bacon and scrambled egg on toast, and big breakfast. Didn’t disappoint we liked it just the way we wanted it. Ambience is also nice and we liked the dining experience.

Located just off the tram tracks on Elizabeth Street, it's strategically located and suitable for people watching. Cafe Victoria serves good coffee and it's a conducive for a catch up with friends. Do not forget to try out the cakes. Special shout out to the friendly crew as well. :)

Only thing was very quick to sell and get us in, where we only glanced at menu for less than a second before we were asked if we wanted a table, it would be nice for a bit more time before deciding if it is what we fancy, but the rest of the service was great.

Lovely food, I had eggs Benedict, could have had a touch more hollandaise sauce but still very tasty. Others had scrambled eggs on toast and crepes. They enjoyed theirs too. However, there was a long wait that we were not warned of. Drinks came out quick but food was around 30 minutes.

Great Coffee and the Best Spanish Omelette I've had in a long time Only negative was watching staff dump their Rubbish in a street bin outside on the street so all that plastic ends up in landfill when it could be easily put into a recycling bin. Melbourne business needs to do better!!!

Unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time before getting our food and one of our coffees was forgotten. When it arrived the scrambled eggs were fine. It might have been an off day so I am keen to give this small cafe in a great spot another go one day soon.

The food and coffee in this little cafe is remarkably good. The best scrambled eggs in town. What let's it all down is the long wait for meals to be served. I've been here many times and once it gets busy it all becomes painfully slow. I get the impression there is one cook, one barista and one table waiter. So my advice is boost your staff numbers and keep things moving. You will then get 5 stars from me.

I go there at least once a week, as I work nearby and the food is basic and tasty. But I totally agree with our reviewers that the wait is horrendous at times; I have nearly walked out a couple of times as my lunchbreak is only 45 minutes. Don't have the savoury crepes - 'babyfood' is the right description, and they added spice, which I didn't ask for and I hate. I couldn't eat it, so went back to work hungry. The waiting staff too are lacking in enthusiasm and do nothing to make me even want to find out their names. A pity as it could be so good if they tried a little harder, as they are the only reasonably priced local cafe when the market is closed.

Food was alright, not worth the 25-30 minute wait. Also those who ordered after us got served before us even though we ordered basic meals. When taking orders we were pushed to have meals that didn’t take too long for we would not be eating together. Would not recommend.

Walked by and very satisfied... After sitting down, right away they were upfront that it was busy and my order may take awhile, which was fine. I was appreciative that they were forthcoming rather than me waiting for awhile, and in the end, to my delight, my breakfast and coffee were speedy after all. Compared to neighbourhood cafes, I found their prices were below average and the service was very attentive. I will be back.

For some reason you feel a little special eating at a cafe that is on the doorstep of the Queen Victoria Markets (which is why you came this way, right?). The food and service at the cafe were very good, so breakfast there is a great way to begin before exploring the markets.
