they sitting in the corner of a busy street, people will noticed this store right away.
they are serving really good coffee with excellent services. they don’t have any seat but you’re welcome to use the bench to chill a little, watching people in the street.
love the iced long black, perfect !

Great coffee & friendly service! The barista definitely knows how to make a soy based coffee - perfect temperature 👌🏼 unlike some other places where they burn the milk! Was fun to eat the edible cup the coffee came in 😁

Good coffee and fast service, which is everything you could ask for in such a busy place as this one.
You have the option of paying +$3 for an eatable cup which is a very interesting twist and worth the try. The cup tastes like oats and cereal but the concept behind it is very nice.

Tried the edible cup (+ $3) which is made of grains and oat, tasted terrible but love the idea behind it. The soy mocha in the edible cup was $8 though. Also tried their signature iced dirty matcha which was yummy but had a lot of ice unfortunately

Great coffee. High quality coffee bean. Professional equipments. Love the idea of ‘green cup’, which is made of grain and oat, (+$3 for cup). This cup increases the flavor of the coffee, and after finishing the coffee you could eat the cup, taste like hard biscuit. Although increase the cost of a cup of small flat white to $7 per cup, it is a good try and a creative idea of taking care of earth. Recommend this place and definitely come back soon.

Wonderful service. Location is excellent for dropping by on the way to the office. Or to catch up with friends.
Batch brew was delicious. And they have plenty of iced drinks for the warmer months.
I will certainly be back.

Fun and interesting new coffee spot with some creative drink menu items. Coffee was great and I love the idea of (technically) edible coffee cups. Even if they taste like cardboard, they're certainly a much more biodegradable option than regular disposable cups!

Amazing new coffee shop just opposite town hall. Nice central location. Very aesthetic and modern store, great tasting coffee, and I love how sustainable they are with the compostable cups and edible cups. Good prices too. Highly recommend!

Had Macha Latte here, and satisfied! Not too sweet and tasty was just like I wanted
Modernized well-designed store and friendly staffs

Finally a cafe that using eatable coffee cup as an option. This cafe is quite small and only have standing space. But the coffee is just fantastic and they also have Japan flavor choices, such as matcha, hojicha. This is just amazing little coffee shop on the main Swanston St corner. Strongly recommend to try toe eatable coffee cup. This cup can last the drink for 8 hours and able to eat it after the drink finish. If order using this cup, Only the top part of the menu able to order. When carry the cup, there is a piece of paper cover it, it is definitely environmental friendly. This cafe is very easy to find. This is in the middle of city center. There are some bakery item, but it is limited quantity and variety. Very convenient with public transport and plenty of car park nearby. Staff are very friendly too.

Great espresso pulled properly. Had a double shot of natural Ethiopia of their own roast and it was absolutely adequate. Right on

Not a really nice taste of coffee( sour and not really rich) . Maybe still in early stage of opening

This is where you can get edible cups... For a price... A very steep price... The cups are edible, sure, but I wouldn't eat it if I were you. Ever wondered what it's like to chew on cork? Well, wonder some more, because that knowledge is not worth paying 3 bucks for.
The matcha was grainy too, and the latte work leaves something, actually, a lot to be desired...
It's not terrible by any measure of the word, but I cannot wholeheartedly recommend this. It's a good place to good that desperate coffee/matcha fix, but if your heels aren't killing you, I'd just walk a bit further for better coffee.
TL;DR just hot air, but will work as a desperate fix

One of my fav Matcha & Hojicha drinks in town.
N. N.
Decent coffee, Hojicha latte was good. The coffee menu is quite interesting. The biscuit cup is tasteless though, probably meant to be that way so that it doesn’t affect the taste of the coffee.
K. W.
Just want to try the eatable cup😂
It would be better if it comes with a lid, feels more hygienic and won’t spill out😅
L. X.
One of the best coffees in Melbourne. Beautiful design. Matcha is good quality and imported from Japan. Environmentally friendly focused cafe.

Happy happy happy. That would be the three words best describing my feeling of having coffee here.
Asian inspired coffee shop, Japanese to be spesific, this place serves a good taste of hojicha latte which resemblence to what I had in Kyoto.
Great loaction, good coffee selection, and few bakery choices to go with. What I like more about this place is that they open in the morning.
S. A.
Got a large long black. Balanced and good - didn't experience any sourness (which I dislike). Will be back!
W. F.
Ordered a Mocha, great unique taste and very nice aesthetic within the store.
R.
Just OK. Had better matcha latte for the price and size. Some fly freely touching the bread so I hope they do something about it. Good location tho, but that’s just it.
H. H.
Good coffee, but just note that their cups are smaller, so it might not fit perfectly with most cup holders. But otherwise all good. Staff were friendly, almost croissants were good. Would come back!
B. S.
Hands down best coffee in Melbourne! Cold brew is definitely a highlight.
K. G.
Don’t recycle the coffee cup!
Why?
Coz you can eat it!
Very special cup😜😜
P. S.
Very nice coffee and friendly staff

Edible cup made by Melbourne? Bravo! Go Green!

Friendly staff, great coffee & comfy place

Yet another brand that showed up amidst the reestablishment of the coffee and cafe industry in the CBD after the huge punch throughout covid; implying yet another modern and contempt theme to the business fitted with high end and up to date equipments - sadly enough though, no one in the shop seems to know what they are doing when it comes to the perfection of product and/or customer service.
People would be expecting many things walking in to a place that's well-equiped with such technology.
The product itself, it's really just another one of those coffees that you can get from across the street, really.
I am still taking my time to review because honestly, there are some points for their effort, just not enough.
A.
A neat little coffee shop with friendly staff and good coffee.
J. C.
Newly opened coffee shop just opposite town hall. The cold brew comes in a cute little glass bottle. Refreshing and tasty.
M. B.
Coffee is decent enough but it costs more for a black coffee with ice than one with milk. Would go elsewhere if an iced black was your order.
P. L.
I'm very picky for coffee because I got mild caffeine allergy
(Enjoy only good coffee not for caffeine consumption)
Found this spot in the morning and they nailed it !
Added on my fav list

Excellent coffee, and really nice service. Extra credit for the cool playlist. Recommend
G. J.
Coffee is spot on everytime and the staff are always friendly. It's positioned in a super convenient location too.
S. L.
I ordered iced long back and I couldn’t drink it for a second time. Maybe they are all new so the coffee flavour is not stable.
T. C.
Cute little coffee shop right in the middle of the CBD. Coffee and Matcha and Hōjicha are all delish. Best thing of all are the sustainable coffee cups 😍
S. B.
