I have ordered take away and also gone into San Churro Watergardens many times, they have always been great to deal with and the coffee and deserts are amazing and delicious. I love the way they present their dishes and my favourite is the original churrus snack pack. I would definitely order from them again :)

God help you if the old man is taking the order, coz he expects you to know the whole menu and order them fast and if you make any mistake, you'll be corrected with a tone in front of everyone. The waitresses on the other hand are angels, they serve you with warm smiles. This is a great little place to get your sweet fix.

I Love going here! Love the food and drink! Never had an issue with food. Sometimes service can be slow. But it’s worth the wait. It can be hard with a pram, you have to really work around the tables with a pram or sit outside if the weather is nice and depending on if rebel smokers are out there as it is a no smoking zone, however people don’t seem to listen.

Great quality deserts and barista made coffee which - they always get my order right every time! Love coming here for my daily coffee and sweets fix. The taste was good..but the service was slow... costed me 15 minutes for two frappes to arrive. If it would have been 5 to 7 minutes I would have given 5 stars. So in my opinion time is something to improve on. But drinks are extremely delicious so thumbs up for that 👍👍👍

Great food but staff really need to step up their game. Drinks were served 15 minutes after our churros with a mix of takeaway cups/boxes and plates. Were told due to the time coffees were only being served takeaway but then other customers were getting mugs? My iced coffee was forgotten about and kept in the fridge because they “couldnt find our table”.

I love going to this San Churro, they have great service and consistent food quality, fresh and tasty. You also get a little chocolate with every coffee/hot drink, but the churros steal the show. Hard to find other churros as good as these!! Delicious

The best place to visit for a quick coffee. Excellent service, kind and understanding staff, and great quality coffee. In particular, the manager Natasha, is very understanding of visitor's time and money, and aims to quickly finish the orders to reduce the waiting times. My favorite San churro store near me by far! The staff are always so friendly especially the owner/manager. He’s always got a smile on his face and accommodating to any small tweaks should you want to add something different to your order. The food and drinks are always delicious and fresh, even when busy they make sure to be pretty prompt on bringing everything out. My daughter and I love coming here, so much so she’s always wanting to go only to this store in Watergardens. Thank you for always making our trip to see you an amazing one!

Been a regular customer for a long time. Excellent service, very friendly staff, always clean and plenty of places of sit. Churros are always fresh (as well as the strawberries and bananas) and good range of hot drinks to drink. Fantastic family run business and highly recommended.

5 stars to a manager named Alex I'm pretty sure, wonderful girl who helped. Fix a problem with uber. Who then she took my details to get a hold of uber to fix things. Giving me a call back to explain what's been fixed and understanding the situation. Even tho they had closed she stayed to find out the problem and fix things. Coffee is good, but be warned if you sit outside, you'll get a complimentary meal of flies. I think they caught onto all the dropped chocolate and sugar. Apart from the sticky tables, its not bad considering there aint much better in watergardens

I “used” to be at this San churros often. Never had an issue until yesterday. These young 17 year olds need to learn manners and how to give customer service. No one was behind me in line - because I have manners - I make sure I’m not holding anyone up. My friends and I were still deciding on what to order. Apparently the young counter worker thought we were taking too long. She snickered to her other work mate, looked at us with a dirty grin. Huffed and puffed. You have some where more important to be love? So - we took our money elsewhere. These girls need more training on behaviour. Before we moved on - another girl yelled out a sarcastic Thankyou. Rude rude. Shame really. I liked that place.
