Have to say the purchase of our new Gaggia Classic Pro was very easy, from making the sale via email to pick up all within the hour. The lovely office support crew we're fantastic with the sale and support nothing was too hard, just old school sales which a lot of retailers are missing in my opinion. The machine is fantastic back to enjoying our morning coffee's once again.

I was in the market for a new coffee machine but needed it yesterday. So I was very keen to go to a shop. The Gaggia model I wanted was not easy to find so I had no choice but to order online. After much research I chose Segafredo for 2 reasons: I spoke to a real person and they were able to price match (with a better price). Machine arrived in 2 days! Not bad at all. Customer service was excellent by phone and email. Highly recommended

I took a chance when buying the Solis Barista Perfetta plus as it is an unknown brand in our market. The price is competitive and consequently, it provided an additional alternative to consumers. I like the design language and the work-flow when pulling a coffee shot is smooth. I did not feel that I had to wait for the machine to heat up or cool down to finish making my latte. The machine has a quality feel about it, especially the accessories that came with it, After a month of daily usage, I find it a pleasure to pull shots in the morning. The staff at Segafredo were honest about their opinion of the Solis as it is a new brand. But despite the newness, they were willing to learn and help us new "early adopters" with the coffee machine. I had a small issue with a leaking internal hose, in the beginning, but with the help of staff, the issue became an opportunity for both myself and the staff to know the machine even more. Would I recommend the machine? Well, I am truly enjoying the machine and if that is any indication then yes I would recommend it.

I ordered a couple of 1kg bags of their Extra Strong beans and had them delivered the next day, no delivery charge. Love the coffee, it's rich and smooth and is perfect for my Breville Barista machine. Very satisfied customer.

Francesco was brilliant over the phone he gave me all the options of coffee machines available for a small business and price matched the Gaggia Anima Prestige and threw in 2 kilo bags of coffee beans. Delivery by courier the next day and love the machine it makes delicious coffee to satisfy any fussy italian ! Carissa followed up with confirmation.. 2 year warranty and service available.

I purchased the Gaggia Cordona Prestige and found it to be a great coffee machine. The machine was at a good price and arrived quickly. My only concern is that they should sell or provide the right water filters and descaling products for that machine at the time of purchase.

So happy with Segafredo! both in product (Gaggia Classic Pro) and incredible customer service (Niklas is wonderful to deal with) I was amazed at the speed of sending me the machine from Perth. I found them via Amazon but ended up going directly through their website and not only did they match but they beat the price I requested plus threw in some coffee etc. So 5/5 all round and will definitely be using Segafredo for any future purchases.

My newly purchased Gaggia Anima Prestige made a weird hissing noise when making coffee. I rang the warranty people at Segafredo and they told me that it certainly didnt sound right and asked me to bring the machine in. I dropped it in and the staff were very friendly and made me feel very confident in their responses. Two days later they rang me to advise the machine was repaired and that two boiler seals had been replaced. Because I live in country Victoria they freighted the machine back to me without cost. It arrived two days later. Its back in full use at home and without the hissing noise. Great service from Segafredo and great people to deal with. Thanks.

He set it up, installed it, gave quite a few bags of coffee & products to try. He just made it easy. The Dr Coffee makes all coffees & has hoppers for decaf, chocolate & Chai.
