Excellent food and drinks. Very comfortable, especially given the size and location. QR codes on every table, venue is very clean and well-kept. Staff are particularly friendly. And, I mean, the name is amusing. What's not to love?

Absolutely delicious meats and salads, veg, arancini, drinks, breakfasts, and sides. I got a beef and veg lunch for $9.50. more than enough food, at a good price!! And tastes incredible. The staff are also extremely nice, accommodating, and friendly.

Very tasty sandwich. Ordered the Southern BBQ Beef with fried onion, jalapeno cheddar cheese sandwich. The bread is toasted, improving the crunch and texture. Biting into the sandwich there is a generous amount of meat, but not too much that it is falling out of the sandwich. The jalapeno cheddar cheese adds a nice fiery element but doesn’t dominate the sandwich.

After I’ve been tried few pies in other places I gave up on pies, then I tried the pies at The Meating House, I was unable to stop eating specially the beef n blue cheese! Personally is the best place where to have pies n coffee

My go to place for lunch. Quick service, the food is very high quality, the home made meat pie and blue cheese is fabulous, and the pork loin complete with crackling is better than mum makes. Ths salads are always interesting, not an iceberg lettuce in sight! Great food, great coffee.

On a cold Friday, I treated myself to a meat pie. Surprisingly, not a lot of places get meat pies right. This one did. It was yum. Have been there on another occasion for coffee which was good too. Friendly staff too.

Just have to say the pies from the meeting house so many great flavours you just want to try them all bought some pepper steak mushroom onion and egg and bacon The flavours popped in your mouth and the pastry was light and flaky .

I saw on another platform that the meeting house had $5 toasties this week. Yes $5 toasties to celebrate the start of autumn. Call it what you like I was there as soon as I could get there lol. I tried the triple cheese toastie w cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, mozzarella and mustard mayo on grain bread... I was trying to be healthy hahaha. Well this toastie was delicious, it was piping hot, runny, goey cheese on some good bread!! Woo hoo it was so good I might just have to sneak back this week as the special is only for this week, the first week of March! So hurry lol. You can sit outside, inside or upstairs but get there hahaha. Happy days!

Great food selections for breakfast and lunch, very nicely set up. Good quality coffee, slightly more in price however puzzles me as to why the coffee is never filled to the top. Doesn’t feel quite right for the price of coffee.
