Stopped here for breakfast after a photographic trip at Wilson’s Prom. Delightful staff were very friendly and quick. The food was lovely, and had some nice vegan options too which is always wonderful to see and eat! Was a pleasant rest from the miserable weather. Worth a visit.

What a little gem of a business you have here. Great vibe, great selection of food, amazing laid back country backyard atmosphere (its almost like you’re sitting in someone’s back garden! Who tends to all that?!), friendly attentive staff.

Popped in for take away coffee and chai which were both great. Left with a jar of chilli oil and some cans of craft beer! Very cute store with lovely staff and lots of it staying pantry items for sale. We played a quick game of uno before we left too!

First time in Meeniyan and after a couple of laps and looking in other cafes, we decided on the General Store. Great choice if I say so myself. From the St Ali coffee, to the roast vegetable focaccia and salad , everything was excellent. Only bettered by the friendliness of the staff.

Stopped here on the way back to Melbourne from Wilson’s Prom. Enjoyed a Thai chicken pie and also the pepper steak pie with homemade relish. Lovely garden to sit in out the back. There is also a clothing swap, so if you have any spare clothes bring them along and swap them for another piece of clothing.

What a delightful little shop! It is always a joy to see local, organic, plant-based and handmade fare being celebrated, and they certainly do that here ♡ Welcoming, peaceful, and a wonderfully friendly vibe with a most delicious sticky Chai, coffee and treats for all tastes! We had good coffee and fresh muffin here on our travels out in the well kept back kitchen garden. A huge range of lovely local produce also sold here too and a served by a happy team who like what they do.

Beautiful local produce, good coffee and amazing garden to sit in the sun. Very kid friendly - sandpit, rabbit hutch and veggie and herb garden to explore. I often find it difficult to find local produce around the area and this place has it all. Great stopover on the way to The Prom or surrounds.

This is a great local store/cafe that supports local people. Everyone is really lovely. Great outside sitting area amongst the boxes of vegis an herb grown. Its really a nice meeting place . L would recommend the food an cuppas . Its has a nice feel about it when you walk in.

This is the most amazing place i have ever been to. Fresh produce grown in the lovely garden you can relax and enjoy your meal or coffee in. There are also little gifts that are hard to pass up from local producers. The staff are friendly and welcoming to. Cannot fault. If you miss this place you have not experienced perfection.
