For any lover of Banh Mi you need to come to this Collingwood institution. There is a reason that Trang commands a queue of people waiting for their crispy Banh Mi delights and it's because they definitely do make one of the best, if not the best in town! From roll to home made pate / signature sauce and amazing roast pork I spot no fault in this roll and if you catch them when the bread comes out fresh and hot it's a whole other level of foodgasm for sure. Freshly baked large Banh Mi rolls all at a very affordable $10 alongside stuffed to the brim with their signature crispy crunchy and tasty roast pork is a must try. With plenty of other tasty options to try.

Great range of vegan options even though I always go for the crispy pork & service that always puts a smile on my dial. Special mention to the older lady who serves there who's an absolute delight.

Super quick service in this very busy cafe. My crispy pork roll was very good, and this place does not hold back on spice which is excellent. The ingredients were fresh although the pork was cold, and the bun dry. My partners vegan chicken roll was good too. Overall this was a solid experience.

Always a delightful experience. The staff are all super lovely! It's vegans paradise for Vietnamese, they have mock duck, chicken, pork and marinated tofu rolls. Vegan steam buns, vegan viet salad and rice paper rolls. All of it is super delicious! My omnivore mates love it as well :)

And lovely fried shallot and peanut. Super delicious. $9 for me is pricey as I have had as good for half the price in the west but you don't mind as you know the area you are in. A++

A regular of this local Vietnamese sanga shop due to the consistent fab flavours, the friendly service and the satisfaction of my taste buds after a roll. I would eat from here 3 times every day for at least one year! Serioulsly nice. Best banh mi ever. I tried crispy pork with pate. And portion of pork comparing to any other vietnamese bread roll place, was absolutely standing out. Whatever they put in the rolls, they make it very generously. One bite, you taste heaven😂😂😂 Their 1 dollar donut is really nice. Interestingly chewier than regular donut but just right amount. I’m really glad I got to know this place. I love this place! I used to work nearby and eat there most days. Now whenever I'm in the area I make sure to stop in. The Vietnamese rolls are to die for! They have to best selection of faux meats and a thorough understanding of vegan diets and other food intolerance. The staff are very friendly and even though I've not been a regular for nearly 3 years I am still remembered when I come in.

SO yum! First bahn mi (Vietnamese sandwich) place I've been to that uses legit, identifiable meat (not your typical sandwich meat). Out in the display case you can see the trays of BBQ pork, crispy pork and chicken which they cut up in front of you when they assemble your sandwich. I got the Crispy Pork Roll and BBQ Pork Roll to share and the Crispy Pork was the clear winner. The veggies were nice and fresh (could be a bit more pickled) and there was some kind of sauce they put that just brought it all together. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again. There are vegan options here so plant based friends won't be missing out. Most people took their food to go but there are a couple tables out front to enjoy your food on the spot.

I come here often for their divine baguettes. My favorite is roast pork with just carrot and coriander. Yum. This place is very popular with the locals and expect a queue at the door at lunch time, but be patient, it's worth it. There's seats outside to eat at, so dog friendly.
