The choices are fabulous, the food is top quality, the prices are reasonable, the staff are lovely, great ambience & a nice stroll around the nursery & gift shop after...plenty of parking. Going again! 😁👍

Friendly and efficient customer service, lovely atmosphere 💮🌸💐 Good coffee and ordered the VLC Big Breakfast. Really enjoyed the beautifully cooked scrambled eggs, crunchy hash browns, tasty mushrooms, bacon, tomato and delicious cheese kranksy with relish which for me, was definitely the hero of the dish 😋😋😋

Sadly the quality is not as good as it used to be. Bring back the big breakfast! Today our order was taken incorrectly, we were served a bottle of water for the table with no glasses, no cutlery served with our food, quality of food and portion size was average. The staff looked tired and overworked but were lovely and really trying their best. It was very busy and we had to wait 30 minutes, the staff did take down our number and called when a table was ready for us so we could walk around and enjoy the nursery while we waited, so that was lovely. Overall, it wasn't really worth the price, but it was a lovely environment. It has so much potential to be better.

Beautiful environment for a lovely meal. They do high tea, they're dog and kid friendly, and after your meal, there's heaps of wonderful plants to choose from.

Great meals, l had the buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup and bacon that was delicious, my mum & partner had the fish tails and salad, they said that was lovely, other family members had the chicken and caramelised tart that was great too and my partners mum had poached egg with a side chips.. All meals were very tasty. Customer service was A1 and the nursery has a great shop with knick knacks at very reasonable prices. Definitely worth a browse. Highly recommend.

Lovely setting. Extensive menu including plant based options. Enough options to satisfy our whole vegetarian family with all our different tastes and preferences. Bookings advised. Its very popular. Great gift shop too.

The nursery is filled with the healthiest plants I've ever seen! Such great variety and plenty of stock. The shop has homewares, clothes, books and a gifts to suit a variety of people. The cafe has a diverse menu with delicious food, the customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is lovely in amongst the nursery. Our meals arrived promptly and we were able to get a table without booking. We will be returning customers and have already been recommending this cafe to others.

A girlfriend and I decided to have lunch at Van Loons Cafe without a booking. We were welcomed and accommodated by their friendly staff, water was brought to our table without having to ask, our orders were taken in an acceptable time frame and the food arrived not long after. We were very pleased with our choices and we would highly recommend this venue for lunch. Overall a lovely afternoon.

I just had my birthday party (actually two parties!) catered by Van Loons cafe. I could not be happier. Kersten and her team were amazing. The food was sooo delicious - every single guest commented. They accommodated vegetarian and gluten free dietary requirements with absolutely no trouble. They did everything they said they would and more. Amd it was beautifully presented. I could not recommend them more highly for catering.
