An absolute MUST when in the region. What a wonderful place to visit. We were very warmly welcomed into the restaurant with open arms by Dawn. My group purchased some scones which were amazingly well paired with the handmade jams. The gift shop was amazing. It’s almost as if you walked into another world as you are greeted with almost anything imaginable, including the on-site made jams and wine which are also served in the cafe. The Christmas section of the gift shop was perfect for anything Christmas decorations. The service was of the friendliest and we cannot thank Dawn enough for making our day so happy and bright. Will certainly return soon!

An amazing little cafe/farm! So peaceful we went on a rainy day so was hardly anywhere around. The scones were absolutely the best I've had along with the jams! They were soft and fluffy and complimented beautifully by the home made jams and cream. There is chickens and gree range Guinea pigs running around. A great little spot for afternoon, morning tea and coffee.

This place is unbelievable. The flowers all look so real you wouldn't know unless you touch them that they were artificial. And the little nic nacs so precious

Such a beautiful experience with the entire family. We were treated so warmly & enjoyed the most delicious pies & yummy scones. The lemon butter is a must. We were a big group of multiple families & their patience, kindness & homely hospitality is old school down south. Thank you for having us ❤️❤️❤️

What a delightful shop experience and I have had a lovely chat with the owner Dawn. Wonderful flower display with many interesting products or gifts for all ages.

Can't decide what I loved more - the scones in the gorgeous coffee shop or the flowers in every hue and imaginative display - I'm a stickler for flowers 💐 so found my little piece of heaven at Annie Brook. Did I mention that the lovely lady that runs the place made it even more worthwhile visiting 😀

What an excellent place to spend a couple of hours. Yummy homemade food followed by a long look in the emporium trying to decide which items belong in your home 💕

Beautiful place. I loved the steak & mushroom pie and the cheese scones are delicious.
The staff is nice and this place is dog friendly.
Also there is plenty of animals around. From Guinea pigs, chooks, sheep, koi fish etc....
Without to mention the very cute shop attached to the cafe.

Such a lovely peaceful place. The homemade pies were so delicious. I bought some to take home. The tomato relish also very yummy and complimented the pies. Friend had the vegetable frittata and said it was very tasty. The staff are very friendly and handsome 😊. The shop is great could spend a fortune there. Would definitely recommend this place to visit xxxxx

Have visited numerous times, love the shop, there is always something new.
The food is lovely but it's hard to go past the lighter than air scones and the fig jam 😋. Love the guinea pigs too 🙂.
L. B.
Delicious home cooked food with friendly service and free range guinea pigs to entertain the kids while you wait. Definitely try the scones. You won't regret it.

Took my mother for afternoon tea which was lovely. Bought some stunningly realistic flowers for a beautiful crystal vase my lovely man bought for my birthday. Very happy ❤️

One of the most places I have been to, the customer service is out of this world greeted with kindness and care and sense of a far away home. I loved going around the backyard and seeing the animals such as the free roaming Guinea pigs and chickens. It’s a must place to visit with reasonable prices considering the food is all home made and the gift shop filled with goodies.

Anniebrook was our first stop for morning tea on a day out for 25 ladies on a Gannaways coach. We arrived early and spent some quiet time browsing in the treasure trove shop before ordering our morning tea of delicious home made scones, jam and cream. The charming young Barista remained calm and patient throughout - not easy with so many ladies. Dawn looked after us well despite being short staffed. The bonus was the dozens of Guinea pigs roaming in the garden …so unusual to see.
Thank you.

Beautiful rustic coffee place!
🥮 The food is 100% home-made and delicious, pies are my favourite.
☕ The coffee is barista grade, you might have to wait a few minutes if it's busy but it is worth it.
🤵♀️ Service is also really nice even when it gets busy.
🌄 The place is located in a small beautiful vineyard and you might be able to spot some guinea pigs.
I strongly recommend it if you want to have a good time and authentic home-made food.
I will definitely keep visiting this place!

Absolutely beautiful! We were not expecting it to be so full and colourful! The service was amazing, super friendly and helpful! Highly recommended checking this place out!

The best food/scones I've had in a very long time..service with a smile and the children well accommodated for.
The farm yard animals kept the kids entertained while the adults chatted.
Coffee and tea were great also so an added bonus.
The gift shop is well stocked with extremely well priced gifts and silk flowers .
Staff went the extra mile with helping me with shipping to New Zealand.
Keep.up the great work. We will definitely return. Thank you!

Great cafe and farm to relax. Tried the scones and they were very delicious and fresh. Must try the fig jam as well, I bough a few jars to take back home and friends. It’s great

Off the beaten track but well worth it
Anniebrook has its own cafe and a boutique homewares outlet setup in a barn.
So many great products available as per my photos, there's something for everyone.
Directions on how to get to Anniebrook are clearly marked along the way.

An easy drive from Busselton, this place offered delicious handmade food. We enjoyed fresh baked scones with fresh jam... So delicious! Theres also a shop offering a unique range of flowers, bags, oils and even beautiful Christmas decorations, sourced from around the world. The staff are also friendly and helpful, making this a great place to visit for everyone.
J. N.
AMAZING collection of decorating plants and flowers. Beautiful pots and cute gifts. Well worth a visit. Also has a coffee shop on site!
L. M.
Fabulous cafe small but great menu - home made pies are well worth a stop.
Tea and coffee + scones ….plain- date or the best cheese scones ever.
Shopping? Something for everybody.
Beautiful farm setting plenty of room for children to play and animals to see.
D. R.
Fabulous place! A wonderland of silk flowers, garden ornaments, Christmas shop, books and clothes. Then go into the cafe for the best homemade scones ever, hot out of the oven, served with fresh cream and a selection of delicious homemade jams. Highly recommended!!
S.
We have visited the gift and flower shop a couple of times now but today we took time to visit the Cafe as well and I am so glad we did! The scones were the best I've ever had with home made jam and freshly whipped cream. We came late in the day and were made so welcome. I honestly don't know what you could find fault with here. Beautiful home made food, great coffee and the most serene setting possible. A must visit when in the area.
A. Y.
Chickens in the cage are cute. Flowers /look/ nice but fun fact they are fake flowers. Not that much to shout about. Probably still a good place for a quick snack.
N. H.
Great service, amazing array of flowers and other products, wonderful cafe.
K. C.
What a lovely place. Had the best home made cheese scones, date scones with lemon butter. Best lemon butter too. Coffee was made perfect too. Well worth the stop. ☕💜

Drove past this café on our weekend away, and decided to call in the next morning for brunch.
We had the most delicious scones with fig jam and cream, and a great pepper-steak pie with salad and yummy tomato relish. Old-school, home-made, proper country scones :D
Bought some jam and relish to take home with us. Highly recommended!
K. B.
Simple menu options which are executed brilliantly. Friendly staff who are happy to assist and introduce you (or the kids) to the guinea pigs.

The most beautiful scones, jams and cauliflower pickle. We were just out for a drive and I had been thinking about scones all weekend - these definitely hit the spot!
Dawn you are the loveliest lady! Thank you for sharing some of your stories with us - we can't wait to come back to hear more of your stories over scones and tea with some sneaky takeaway pies next time!
C. S.
Wow what a beautiful surprise to walk into this stunning shop. I can't imagine a better place to buy a statement arrangement, personal service and great advice
I know I'll be back again and again..
T. Y.
Nice place and interesting to visit. All the flowers (inside ones, for sale) look good but are actually artificial and wines not worth mentioning. Cafe was nice and scones with jam and cream were some of the nicest I've had for a long time.
R. E.
Dropped in following the A board outside. so glad we did! We did not get a snack, but will next time. I was dazzled by the shop! Full of.... things, silk flowers, dolls, Christmas decorations, soft toys, artwork, clothing. Too much to list. Quality things, not 'tat'. Very helpful friendly service, left alone to browse.
A. A.
Visited two days in succession so as to purchase the exact flower girl posies for my only daughter’s wedding 👰 later this year.
I know NSW to WA may seem excessive but ...
Pleased Covid-19 slowed, lifted bans- glad technology allowed interaction that made my girl feel confident choosing from the immense selection of silk /artificial flora.🤍 The stock included a huge native 🧡array along with mind blowing colour variations 💜added to any number of shapes/tones of greenery💚 to fill it out perfectly!
Attention to detail from the friendly ladies serving was exceptional .💝
Home made eats and coffee ☕️ set in a farm surround topped off the day.
Highly recommend Annie Brook Farm 🥰

We just happened across Annie Brook and decided to stop for lunch. A beautiful setting with goats and sheep sunning themselves. The boys had delicious pies and I had some fabulous date scones and I agree they were award winning. Even to the degree that we bought some to take home. Definitely worth a visit.
P. B.
Absolutely top quality home-made food at a very reasonable price. Terrific friendly, helpful staff. We recommend a visit to Annibrook to anyone who wants delicious food in beautiful surroundings. We look forward to going back. There is so much to see and enjoy. Thank you everyone.

One of the most interesting, vibrant and colourful places to visit in the South West wine region. Highly recommend stopping on your way through or from Margaret River. The owner, Dawn, is very pleasant and welcoming. 5/5 stars from me. Other local businesses take note!

We discovered the farm on an unplanned detour in our drive around the valley, and were amazed by the experience. With their freshly baked scones, great coffee, homemade jam and excellent service, Anniebrooks is a must stop for breakfast in Yallingup. The staff was very helpful and gave us several good recommendations on local attractions.

This place really has something for everybody! Coming down the driveway you wonder what else it has to offer compared to the last 500 wineries you've been to. I bought my partner the best gift a man ever can, some flowers that will never die! Amazing! They looks so real too and are really affordable. The rest of the shop has things that you are always looking for but never know where to find. From Christmas decorations to teddies and everyday decorations for the home and garden. Oh yeah and it's a winery too! And a cafe! We needed the coffee just to get the energy back for another adventure through the shop :) spent half the day here and will be back for sure to see the rest :) thanks so much anniebrook you really are a hidden Jem!

A great gem of a shop and winery in the heart of Margaret River, 10 minute drive from Busselton. Beautiful silk flowers including Australian Natives, roses and bridal flowers and bouquets, something for everyone. Lots of ornaments, scarves, garden ornaments, jewellery and so much more. Put aside an hour at leas to spend time here and do some wine tasting to end it all off.
