This place is packed on Sundays but they're quick with turning tables around and getting excellent quality food and drinks out. The only mistake new made was ordering the delicious sounding milkshakes and food, it was too much for us (even the kids meals) and we had to take a whole heap home but honestly that tells you more about the generosity of the Cafe. A local resident recommended we check it out and we'll likely do it again whenever we're in the area.

The Elixir Breakfast; egg was amazing and the rest of the meal was delicious with a caramilk hot chocolate. S'mores Pancakes; tasted great just very filling due to being thick went well with a White hot chocolate. Will definitely come here again.

We frequent elixir as it’s just one of the best if not THE best in Perth for breakfast. Went for Father’s Day and we got a table quite quickly (they don’t take bookings), it’s always full. A large variety of delights on offer, we have vegan as well as gluten free requirements in our family and they have a good range for all. I had their pancakes which are massive and very tasty Their coffee is good too which is a requirement for a good Brekky. Fresh tasty juices add to the experience. The staff work very hard as does the owner who is on the floor, behind the counter and in the kitchen. I watched the owner wipe down a table and me being a cleanliness nut was impressed as he washes the edges of the table with a clean cloth and didn’t flick crumbs onto the floor. He cleaned the seats and set up the table for the next patron. An example of hard work to his staff and he did it all with a great smile on his face, why wouldn’t he be happy? his customers are as he has a great model of a business. The only downfall is it’s so busy you may have to wait! But it’s worth it!

Although the cafe was very busy (Sunday morning), the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely and when I mentioned we were sharing dishes, they were plated separately for us. I have been to Elixir a number of times. Always receive quality food and excellent serving sizes. Arrived this morning just after they opened and was greeted by friendly staff. We were able to get a table inside. They do not take bookings. It started to get really busy just before 9am. The menu has a huge selection. I had the vegetarian breakfast. The serving size was huge and at a great price. The poached eggs were so tasty. Will definitely have this dish again. Give Elixir a go! Keep up the great work Team!

This place was great. Went for lunch today. They were super, jam packed busy and yet they found us a table immediately, the customer service was fantastic (friendly, relaxed and professional) and the food was really nice. My partner had the steak sandwich and I had the buffalo chicken burger. Both were perfect and I will say the burger deserves a special mention because the flavours were really unique and delicious. Prices are also really good!

At first I was not all that impressed. I’m not a fan of lining up to order when I’m dining in. After a long wait, we got our coffees, which they did get the order a little wrong. The coffee was, however, delicious and the staff were lovely. We didn’t order food but the food that was coming out looked pretty good. Elixir breakfast was superb!! The scrambled eggs, bacon, mushrooms spinach were perfection🤌🤌. The hot chocolates were quite sweet so be prepared if you try them, we had white chocolate and caramilk. The Smores Pancakes were definetly perfect when it came to presentation however were kinda dry but still struggled to eat one just because of its sheer mass. Taste was delicious 😋😋. Customer service was exceptional. Perfect balance between being attentive and also giving you space. Communication was clear, friendly and the vibe of the Cafe for 8am was busy but humbly quiet. Will come again. And I do recommend

Nice atmosphere although a little hard to hear because of music they played although it did seem to get turned down later. Food was nice and service quite prompt despite it being busy. Servers were very attentive and polite. We had egg benedict burger and the half size (fabulous idea) which was still generous of the Elixir breakfast!

Came here twice. We ordered the Egg Benedict and they were amazing. The drinks were very good too - chai and choc chai. Only criticism is we were seated outside and it was freezing and I understand it is a busy time, the wait was too long. And also the adds-on such as mushroom is not cheap but the portion is too little. Second time we sat inside it was nice and warm. Mac Benedict was not bad, nigh breakfast was awesome. Hot chocolate was good too.

Sunday morning breakfast here was excellent. Despite how busy it was, the food and drinks were delicious and very well presented. The Apple Crumble pancakes were huge and cooked to perfection, the extra bowl of butterscotch sauce is the icing on the...PANCAKE! Oh and the bacon & eggs were on point according to my Wife. We drove 35 minutes to try this place out and it was 100% worth it. A must visit place, especially noting that breakfast is available to 4pm! Will we make the hike back? Yes!

A few things though, we had to ask about our coffees a couple of times as it took a little while to come out, we had nearly finished our meals by the time they did arrive. The french toast was good, maybe a little too much nutella as that's all you could taste, I expected nutella obviously but I ended up scraping some off just so I could get to the french toast. Another fabulous breakfast. This place gets so busy yet the service is seamless. Our coffees and breakfasts all arrived within moments of each other. Minor complaint about not enough sauce on my breakie wrap was sorted immediately and with a smile. The owner does a great job of coordinating the staff and customers and really leads his staff by example, always friendly no matter how under the pump they are. There's good reason this place is always so busy, worth coming back for again and again.

Great Cafe with excellent staff! I had French toast with bacon and maple syrup, wasn't the best I've ever had but the serving size is definitely generous, I left feeling very full which is what you really want. An old Favourite. I have not been to Cafe Elixir for a while. And for the life of me I don’t know why? The food was delicious as always and the service, on point. I had the Elixir Burger that comes with chips. The burger patty was juicy and full of flavour. It has a large onion ring on it which adds great flavour. The bun is a Brioche bun, which gives the burger a touch of richness and sweetness. The sauce topped it off to deliver a very enjoyable lunch. Oh, and the chips were good too. If you have not been to Cafe Elixir or have not been back in a while, I highly recommend you pay them a visit. For the coffee lovers, you will be impressed with their “Five Senses” coffee. Enjoy!

What a cafe, since moving closer it’s my go-to for those morning coffee runs. The staff are always so polite and attentive and the food is delicious from popcorn chicken burger to their warmed chicken salad yummy! Another big plus is how dog friendly they are outside so you can enjoy your coffee and your dogs can enjoy their dog menu which offers puppochino’s and dog meats.

If you love French toast, I'd definitely recommend coming here for one of the best! Their Nutella French Toast is definitely worth the drive! Expect thick slabs of French toast with warm Nutella, white chocolate bits, hazelnut crumb and vanilla ice-cream (but don't expect any fancy interiors... And the service was not the best). They have a huge menu, and it was pretty packed on a Wednesday morning, so go early to avoid the crowd!

Have always loved to come down to the elixir for a treat a couple times a year! Will still come back in the future, best spot for brunch. Unfortunately today i got some pretty upsetting service, although we didnt eat there because it was quite busy and there was no seats which was all fine as we were not expecting them to be able to seat all 5 of us. I asked if the tables in the foyer was theirs and the man who served us said "yes their mine" and remarked that "i worked hard to buy them","i bought them", "i put them together", 'screwed them in". At this point i was pretty shook that he was saying that and just looked down embarrassed. My partner and her family were pretty shocked at how he spoke to us. That was pretty sad after i had hyped this place up to some family from down south and that was their first interaction. Hopefully i can make them come back to enjoy your food! Then being struck on time and not being able to wait for Elixir to free up (no fault to Elixir). We headed to the Dome 50 metres away and got excellent service

Must try Cafe in Wanneroo, had the fluffy Pancakes and they were to die for! Waiter didn't notice a chip in our glass around the rim so when mentioned they were on top of it like a spill in a shopping centre, discounted the meal when we were happy to pay the total and were so apologetic, really genuine staff!

I had brunch here with my eldest brother, and ordered a cheeseburger and a latte. The latte was served at a very drinkable temperature. The burger was phenomenal and the chef is to be commended on balancing the various flavours of it. My brother also enjoyed his meal and noted that the mocha was especially well grounded. The customer service was above and beyond standard. We’ll be visiting again soon.

Top notch place. Sadly never been for anything other than breakfast, but all my breakfast experiences have been top. Best pancakes in Perth. And this is coming from a fat American. It's hard to finish a whole plate of pancakes but I darn well try. The bruschetta is also super good. Everything I've tried has been fantastic. It's a bit of a drive for us but we always make an excuse. Always friendly staff, and have seen owner almost every time I've been there. He's always a good chat and friendly.

We come to Elixir frequently, and always take people from out of town to brunch here. Always fantastic service and food. Chips and gravy and the pancakes are always incredible. Even if the pancakes take a little longer to arrive, the waitstaff always let us know in advance. I bring a container now because I can't finish the pancakes and hate to waste such a delicious meal (although they do provide free containers!) And the owner noticed, and filled up my smaller container with butterscotch sauce to the brim. So thoughtful and such a nice touch. We will be coming here for years to come.

The staff working were polite and friendly; however, side dishes were missing upon meals being delivered to the table and I had to ask 3 times for water, eventually even going up to the counter to try and collect it myself because it just never arrived. Other than that I would go back because the food was 5 stars.

We have been here many times and never had any issues with food or service. I don't normally write reviews but today Elixir went above and beyond the standards of food service. Instead of driving we took our bikes but on the way my husband came across a prickle field and got a hole in his tyre. We weren't far so walked the rest of the way. Before helping ourselves to Elixirs delicious food we went across the shops buy a new tyre. That was not very successful. We decide to order our lunch and prepare for a long walk home. When paying the bill, Taylor the owner asked what our plans were for the rest of the afternoon. Our reply was walking our bikes home with a flat tyre. Without hesitation he offered us a lift home, which our legs and feet are very grateful for. Besides this generosity, the staff are always pleasant, food is great, its a nice relaxing atmosphere, they have blankets and heaters for those chilly days and your can bring the loyal family pet .
