The shisha here is one of my faves in Perth. They do many flavors and have ice pipe which is really great ! The vibe is very basic though and music too but quality of shisha is really good here. You can actually hear your company and don't need to shout over the music.

Pleasant service. Food and drinks were nice. Clean cafe. A choice of inside or outside sitting, so to sit outside amongst trees and bushes was nice.

Love here . Been coming for over a year and absolutely love the atmosphere and people who work here. Steve the owner was done amazing job in changing the decor and Kevin is the best hardest worker they have and is Always up for a joke and a laugh. Can’t imagine my Friday nights without coming and enjoying a shisha .

Cedar Cafe has it all. Great authentic halal Lebanese cuisine, with amazing drinks and deserts and an amazing alfresco area where one or a few can sit down and chill out over a brilliant sheesh (hookah).

The ambience is akin to sitting in a small backyard garden, a little housekeeping is required especially for the fountain. The hookah was good the first time I visited, but the second experience wasn't great. I did raise it to the management, and they did try to fix it a couple of times, but the hookah didn't improve much. Hence, only three stars for inconsistency.

If you have been looking for an affordable shisha bar that actually served good quality shisha around Perth CBD like I had, look no more. This place provides a lot of shisha flavours, the shisha quality is great and customer service is excellent. The shisha price varies but it's only around $30 for a big hookah and we were greeted by a very nice and friendly staff at the bar. We never had to ask for a coal change because the waiter was always ready to change it. Definitely come back again.

Cannot fault both Kevin and Steve on there customer service!! They make you feel warm and welcome and like you never want to leave. This place is the perfect escape in the heart of Perth, and with the dynamic duo you will start to call this place your second home!! Excellent job gentleman keep up the good work!!!

The vibe see you were really good the music was popular rap and the TVs had the AFL game of the night playing. The staff are really accommodating to fix any problems with the Shisha too.
