What can I say about Dimattina coffee shop on Collingwood street osborne park, Today I decided I needed something cold to drink with a coffee kick, and thought I’d take a trip to the Dimattina coffee, The young ladies behind the counter where only happy to help, and even went the extra mile and made something not on the menu. The ice coffees where amazing and served with a smile and the extra touch of a chocolate on top was a above and beyond. The young ladies that served me where amazing and a credit to the owner, there so helpful, friendly. I’d urge everyone that’s passing by to pop in and try one of there many different coffees and sample the food. Once again I can’t recommend this place enough, great staff and great coffee.

Plenty of parking with complex and street. Have to say loved the atmosphere of the place, they roughly divided the place in 3 area. When we were there the area at the entrance seem to be eatery, and the other area more coffee. I absolutely love that ideas, plus you are surrounded by various coffee machines. The staff are very good as well, they don’t hassle you to order, it was a great relax environment. The coffee we ordered was very good. Highly recommended.

Dimattina now stock the epic Grassfed vegan donuts on the first Friday of every month. I tried both the chocolate honeycomb and the key lime cheesecake donuts and they were both incredible! I HIGHLY recommend the custard filled ones as their custard is simply amazing 🤩 Dimattina are coffee specialists so you are always guaranteed to get an excellent coffee here! They also have a number of vegan options on the menu including smashed avo, tofu noodle salad and the ‘Super D’ nourish bowl.

The food and coffee was delicious! Definitely would come back. The atmosphere was great but the service was touch and go. There seemed to be a lot of usual customers which is great! Only issue we found is that they were somewhat served before us even though we arrived earlier. Awesome spot though 😊

First time here today. Tried their Avo Smash, added grilled haloumi and poached eggs and couldn't fault it. Serving portion is pretty big, this particular dish was out of this world. Compliments to the chef! Staff was so friendly and very professional. They check on you every now and again, make you at ease. Cafe itself is very clean, great atmosphere. Thanks team, Will definitely be back!

Love going for a coffee when I'm in the area always top notch, however, had a negative online order quality experience. I ordered 4 single origin beans as filter roasts and they were all too dark (couldn't get anything more than roast flavours) more resembling an espresso roast (shouldn't be happening from a speciality roaster). Customer service would only offer a voucher to less than the value of the coffees not a refund. I cannot trust ordering filter beans from Dimattina unfortunately. Edit: Dimattina followed up very well by providing me with some roaster selected beans free of charges.

This is a hidden gem. The Avocado smash was one of the best breakfasts we’ve had for a long time. Chef Didier has added some wonderful touches to surprise the taste buds. Very generous servings. Great coffee too and very friendly staff. We’ll be back, for sure!

This place is definitely popular with its customers. Had the Chai Latte, and it was sweet but authentic. I had Chai latte before, but not as good as this! Also had the cappuccino, was a bit bitter and creamy in a really good way (as I didn't like bitter things). The waffles are aesthetically pleasing as well as the Eggs on Toast. Super yum! The atmosphere in this place is relaxing and super cool as there is a massive tall tree: LOL Definitely will come again, is the opportunity arises.

Well this place is a nice welcome surprise! Tucked away in industrial back streets, you enter a beautifully calm, naturally well lit cafe and welcomed by very friendly staff. The coffee is a must!!! One of the best coffees I've had in Perth with a great selection and they're not wanky about it either making it more cool. The food list is short but has all the necessary fare. Simple food done right without being amazing, but definitely hits the spot. You come here for the coffee though. Great job!

Perfect scrambled eggs. Seems like an easy thing to achieve but not all chefs can make scrambled eggs without it resembling rubber. These one though were light airy, fluffy soft folds of perfection. Love that the chef allowed us to add cherry tomatoes which were not on the menu. The coffee was spot on delicious crema not bitter and the right temperature. Found this cafe while looking for tiles for our new bathroom. Would definitely go out of my way to go back again.

Big thank you to all the staff in Dimattina for making my daily start the best it could be. Jenna and the floor staff make it feels like you are among friends. Didier (chef) at the kitchen whips up the best meals you can get in the area. The quality is constant and what you'd expect in 5 star restaurant. Please try their omelette. It's the best I've ever had in any restaurant.

Went here today with a friend in search of some quality beans both for roasting and brewing, and got a bit more than we bargained for. The roaster came out to talk to me about what kind of green beans I was after, and when I said I was going to roast my first batch he gave me (for free) some generic Columbian beans to experiment with before using the speciality grade beans I was purchasing (and was given a discount on). On-top of that amazing example of customer service, they have a wide range of ready to brew beans, and specialised brewing equipment on offer. I haven't sampled their in-house brewed coffee or dined at the restaurant but if the service is anything to go by, I'm sure it'll be worth another review.

Amazing coffee, this place is steeped in the history of coffee making, while also having the latest and best barista gear going. This place has a lovely feel inside, and is a real pleasure to visit. Recent changes to the menu have not been a dramatic success for me, with a certain lack of cheaper options and also a drop off in value as well. Despite this the coffee will keep bringing me back!

Really solid coffee, but as with most places that are good, They become a casualty of their own success. you can wait upwards of 15 minutes to get a coffee in the morning which just isn't possible for me, which is a shame. Staff for the most part friendly but clearly busy and can be a tad frosty. Head there when the peak times are done.
