Coffee is fine but expensive. I brought my keep cup and told the lady I wanted a small coffee. She reckon it was medium size and charged me for 4.8$ ( 20cent discount for keep cup I guess) Well, my cup is 8-10oz and it’s definitely not medium size. Maybe they called it medium size here. Even if it’s medium size in their standard, I ordered small size when she took order…. You could not make a small coffee in a “medium” size keep cup? Next, I was hailed from counter and I walked to her as she wanted to explain to me that was a medium size keep cup… I asked for dine in and staff still brought it in a take away bag. I like the food but I was expecting to have a nice dine in experience on Sunday morning. Otherwise I will order it to go. The 3 stars give to the lady being so friendly and attractive even when it was busy.

This has to be one of (if not my favourite) my favourite cafes in the world! Hidden away in Belmont! Hey can you guys please open up shop on the Swan River or ocean side?! We're talking hand-made, grass-fed, locally-sourced food, incredible coffee! You won't be disappointed eating here!

Pretty sweet local spot with a massive range of menu items to suit all eaters. The kids bacon, egg & toast meal was a very generous portion at $11. My partner was disappointed with the small portion of the Nutella waffle(S) as it only came with one small waffle cut into 4. I got the fried chicken & waffle, which again came with only 1 small waffle, but a massive serve of chicken. This one had a nice spicy kick and full of flavour. Laid-back, family friendly environment was an added plus. Big thanks to the young staff member who brought my energetic 2 year old coloured pencils & a drawing paper 👏🏼 Overall, would recommend. We will try again in the future.

The F5 Coffee Co, cafe used to be dark and uninviting, but they have renovated and now it's a nice bright cafe that has really good coffee and food. Highly suggest it as a local! 💯

It’s so great to see that F5 have a whole separate vegan menu!! I couldn’t go past this EPIC burger when I saw it on the menu! It’s called the ‘No Harm No Fowl Deluxe Vegan Burger’ ($18) with a vibrant beetroot, black bean and walnut patty, their homemade liquid cheeze, topped with their amazing mix of chipotle pulled bean curd, enoki and banana blossom, as well as a delicious Granny Smith slaw and their house BBQ sauce. So many amazing flavours! 😍🤤 I also tried their Vegan Green Brekky ($19) which was another fantastic meal consisting of turmeric tofu scramble, roasted brussel sprouts, asparagus, broccoli, cauliflower hash, pesto, avocado and fresh herbs. I was really impressed with the quality of their meals and it’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into creating them. I also thought their prices were very reasonable, no vegan tax here! They also offer some vegan cakes in their cabinet, pictured is a peanut butter and chocolate slice. I’m keen to return to try their loaded fries (only $12!), topped with the same chipotle pulled bean curd, enoki and banana blossom mix, and liquid cheeze!

Always amazing! Lovely staff and super friendly to our little collie! Love the coffee and the food! The breakfast burger, creme brûlée waffles, Bahn mi croissant and the egg and bacon bagel are definitely stand outs! We will definitely keep coming!

I have driven and rode past this place many times, I told my daughter that we must eat there one day as there were always a lot of people there. Today was that day. I had the brioche BLT and my wife had waffles, they were delicious. They warm the blt in the sandwich maker and that worked well, not as well as freshly made though. My wife had the waffles with creme brulee ànd banana brulee and she throughout enjoyed it. My daughter and some in law regularly eat here and they enjoyed the breakfast as well, he had the burger. I didn't have a coffee and didn't ask the kids how they enjoyed there's so I can't comment in the drinks. The shop is eccentric with jars as drink containers and different decorations but not at all of putting, it was interesting. I would go back, it's a bit on the expensive side but recommended

Been here a few times, but I’ll post about today. Stopped in for a quick fix brekky, eggs on toast. Perfect poached eggs. Easy you might say? Well nothings worse than overcooked poached eggs so big tick for me. I’ve had the coffee, it’s brilliant, and the fridge is stocked full of delicious looking bagels, croissants and brekky rolls. Funky vibe inside, outdoor seating for those sunny days. Little hidden treasure. Worth it!

Perfect little cafe hidden away in the burbs. Serving up delicious selection of usual cafe style food but with a cheeky edge. Coffee was great as well very unexpected in this area. Family friendly with small selection of toys n books for the kids. Gluten free vegan menu. Has a pop-up feel to it with furnishings that reminds you of the stuff Gran had, which is cool!

Turned up here late one afternoon, not long before it was time to close. It was quiet and that was great as I was able to have a great conversation with the barista on shift, Kev. What began as a causal question about the 5senses coffee being served turned into a learning session as Kev went on to educate me about the two varieties of single origin coffee on offer, my taste preferences as they relate to different brew methods, other cafés in Perth that have a great coffee game and eventually ended up with a recommendation to attend the Adelaide food and wine festival! Needless to say the coffee was served up very well and Kev also offered a sample of the cold brew. Will definitely be back for more great coffee. I went there for the beverage but stayed for the fascinating conversation. Truly unique experience and one that I wish I could get more of at other coffee bars that just don't seem to care.

Went to get coffee the other day and they were sweeping the floor when i arrived so waited to order then i ordered and they went back to sweeping with no one making the coffees being on a 30 min break i went across the rd to get something else then put that in the car an went back in and i was expecting the coffees would be ready but no just making them. Food is incredible and definitely deserves 5 stars, but paying attention to what your customer orders is half of that - we used to come very frequently, requested hard eggs and they often came out runny, so we would send them back but got tired of this. We thought we would give it another go the other week with the mocha and coffee shakes (which are amazing!) but the same thing happened, we got a mocha and a chocolate shake despite the order being repeated back to us...too late tell anybody about it as we had driven off already and had waited 10 mins for them...

i‘ve come here twice now and i have to say the second time wasn‘t as good :/ the first time was great service and good food (although i wish the waffles came with maple syrup too hehe), but the second i had a different experience. the service was mostly good except for one lady who barely acknowledged me. she gave me my food and said „here“, i say thank you and go to make eye contact and she doesn‘t look at me once :( she walked away without saying anything else and i just felt like she didn‘t care for customer service at all. as for the food, i ordered a vegan burger and it came out overcooked and burnt on the edges. it was dry and just really meh. if i hadn‘t had the previous good experience i would have given 3 stars. the smoothies and coffees were good especially with the added option of oat milk! my favourite! i‘m sure that this might have been a one time negative experience, but one time is all it takes

Glad that we’ve found this amazing hidden gem at Belmont. F5 Coffee Co is located in a suburban area of Belmont, not right in the middle of Belmont Main City, and the surrounding area will give you more of a peaceful and quiet vibe. Apart from having plenty of seatings inside the cafe, there are also several seatings outside the cafe, making it pet friendly. The chai Latte was superb and a regular Chai is actually being served in a much bigger cup which is amazing for the price that you’re paying! This is by far the best Chai Latte in town! The breakfast and lunch menus are pretty appealing too, we’ve ordered the Benny and Smash Avo. Would definitely come back for more!

They have great vegetarian and high protein menu and takeaway snack items, their cold drinks are fantastic, and they source much of their produce locally. Amazing place, superb staff and brilliant coffee and food. Always a great atmosphere for catchups. My favourite is the iced lattes. Not sweet, and a good, cold strong coffee just the way I like it. I'm updating my review as I unfairly judged this place during a busy Christmas time when the staff were overworked. Though it's in an unexpected spot, this is the best coffee I've had in Perth. The food is also delicious and beautifully presented. I find lots of cafes make the food look pretty but the taste falls flat, but this place makes genuinely great food.

You can sit inside or out, and they have created a nice outdoor space that feels like sitting on your porch at home The menu is full of different sized meals, so you can have a snack or a full meal. There are also vego and vegan options. Because of the above, we visited a few times while in Perth, and have been recommending it to everyone we know there.

Just shifted into the area and found this great little cafe this morning. Wonderful coffee and worth stopping by just to try . The owner takes priide in making a great cuppa. They had some nice homemade shortbread and brownies that caught my eye but having just finished breakfast I resisted. The menu sounded interesting so I will be stop by next time closer to lunch time to try something. It always shows when a place is managed by the owner. So many places around that make such poor coffee made by staff who appear not to even be interested in the customer.

It is a well presented, inviting and relaxed environment with calm and soothing energy within its walls. The food was delicious and so fresh with every flavour within your meal dancing on your pallet. Customer service extraordinaires, a friendly, respectful, polite establishment with mannerisms and people skills of a rare and high standard. Most certainly a gem place and we will definitely bring making this a regular breaky date spot.

They do the best eggs Benedict in Perth by far! It's actually called eggs Blackrock but the only real difference is they use bacon. They make the hollandaise sauce on order and it is just amazing. Their coffees and iced coffees are really nice too. Usually a meal and a drink will set you back $20. They do a really cool book exchange there too, it's like a small country cafe in the middle of the city.
