Very delicious strudels and puffs, as well as cozy place to hang out with friends. The Chwee Kueh and Roti Kaya breakfast are delicious. If you're looking for a spot to have breakfast, a quick lunch, or an afternoon tea, try out Freddie Strudels. Uncle Freddie and his family are really friendly as well. I really like coming to this place 😄

Cozy shop with friendly staff. Best place for strudels whenever I visit Perth! Mango and durian are my fave. The puff pastries are so crunchy and fresh and light. Comes in convenient takeaway boxes as well. The large size has 3 layers of puff pastries while the smaller one has 2 layers. Travels well 👌, managed to fly it interstate.. Best eaten immediately while it's still fresh..

Our absolute favourite strudels in Perth! I love that they can custom-make strudels with your favourite fruits (you can even choose a combination of fruits), and it's always so fresh! My personal favourite is the mango lychee strudel. We also enjoy the traditional Singaporean breakfast that they offer - it's a great deal! Really can't rave about this hidden gem enough.

Came here for durian fix! The durian paste in the strudel is real fresh durian, paired with fresh custard - literally yummo! The pastry is light and flaky, not too sweet and goes well with the durian fillings. If you're a durian lover and likes pastry, this is the place you should try.

It's amazing meeting another Singaporean and certainly love the taste of Singapore when being overseas. The durian strudel was great and a must have when missing the seasonal food overseas. Extremely friendly boss who makes great recommendations too!

Freddie strudels serves delicious durian strudels. However recently with their newly acquired box size, they have noticeably significantly shrunk the size of the log strudels and yet increased their prices for it. This will definitely deter many loyal customers from buying from them in the future. Update: no confusion on my end, definitely bought and paid for the full log and it has definitely shrunk.

UPDATED: The best strudel in WA in our humble opinion. Fruit filling are always fresh, not overly sweet, and excellent family business customer service. Ps: Love the addition of the $10 Singapore breakfast (2 eggs, home made kaya toast and coffee), we upgraded to matcha latte for $2 extra. PREVIOUS: Lovely little place that has become our new favourite and go to place for dessert pastries. Love the little strudels range with fresh fruits inside. I just wished they also do coffees!

I've been to this strudel shop only twice now, and I'm committed to saying: This shall be my go-to place when I am strudel-hungry. I've had the strawberry and durian strudels so far - and the pastry is perfect, the thickened cream is perfect, and the fruit flavour is perfect. Only actual downside is not the store's fault. There's paid parking, even if you only plan to run in for 2 minutes. Absolutely try these delicate and delicious desserts!

Nice variety of strudels. The pastry is very flaky and light and the fillings are full of flavour. Tried the durian and matcha strudel. The durian was lovely, though the red bean in the matcha can be quite overpowering and filling. For those who like hot drinks e.g. coffee, it might not be hot enough for you.

Like the name suggests this simple and elegant cafe shop does an amazing strudle. The durian strudle is a must try and goes perfectly with a coffee or an iced chocolate for the kids. The owner hand makes the pastries and really cares about his desserts. This one is a great find in Perth.

If you guys like extra crunchy pastries, then you’ll like their strudels. However, taste wise, I personally prefer Corica. You can taste the custard, the whipped cream and the apples and blueberries (tried that flavour for the first time). Although Corica isn’t as crunchy as Freddie’s it is less sweet hence less crunchier. Unfortunately Freddie’s were too sweet that I couldn’t taste the fillings. The custards were too set when kept in the fridge, unlike Corica where it stayed smooth. The matcha was rather bland too. Well, personal choice!
