D. M.Whilst visiting Perth, Mini was my favourite place for a coffee for 3 reasons:
- it’s open first thing in the morning so when I wasn’t sleeping because of the Timezone adjustment, I could start my day and grab a coffee first thing in the morning
- the coffee is great
- the bloke behind the doubter is awesome. He has great rapport with his customers. I must have stood out like a sore thumb and he took the time to ask where in from and then make suggestions of where to eat in Adelaide :)
M. B.This tiny place is such a gigantic surprise. The man running it was so friendly. The lunch I had was absolutely delicious!! Who knew using garlic butter instead of normal butter would add such flavour to the tried and true HC&T toastie!

R. M.Not always one for adventuring into the city but Pete makes the trip worthwhile and has always made me feel welcome everytime.
Ordering the usual, a capachino and a delicious ham, cheese and tomato toasty (of course with garlic butter for that extra kick, trust me👌) I enjoy the architecture of what London Court has to offer and some people watching.
Located on the right at the entrance from St George's Terrace, Mini Espresso is one stop you MUST make time for to enjoy a great food, coffee and friendly service.
Oh, and did I mention the garlic butter yet?
G. S.The service is fantastic and fast, no matter how big the queue may be, so obviously great coffee.
The staff are always friendly and take great pride in their craft. A visit here is the best start to the day ever, well done guy's 😊👍👍👍
S.Nice shop, unfortunately not the best coffee. Very milky no coffee flavour, need to compete with the other shops.
S.i haven't been to mini espresso, but i can tell you this right now, if peter is running it, it will be the most enlivening experience you will ever have, AND the coffee will be fabulous, do yourself a favour and get yourself down there!!!!
P. S.Enjoy coming to Mini most days, Pete is always keen for a chin wag and makes a mean coffee. The tiny teddy's are just the icing on top!
N. L.Peter doesn't pay well, or at all, but every now and them i get scraps from the bin for free.
For this review he is letting me eat half a toastie a customer couldnt finish. #blessed
