After 3 years of anticipation, we finally made it here for the Sunday Brunches...No regrets...this place felt like their mentality is to not waste any food...I feel like their dishes are intentionally created to be completely eaten "Formidable". My nearly 8 year old thought they needed more kids colouring content and real pancakes instead of those French creape thingyz. We got charged accidentally under charged and we reported ourselves and the gave us free iced coffee for take away as appreciation "Karma". Thank you for the wonderful food and scenario!!!

Such a quaint place it is very deceiving from the front entry as it is huge inside and out the back too. Very lovely very fast efficiency for the size of the place had our meals out within 10mins. Meals were absolutely lovely, I had the vegetarian breakfast it was delicious. Thankyou!

This cafe on Angelo St is tucked away at the back of the shop. It is a very pleasant setting with trees and plants providing a cool place to have a cuppa and/or breakfast. The breakfast menu is pretty standard and i didn't wait long for my big breakfast to arrive.

A secret place alright! To look at the front is just an average cafe but going thru the doors and thru to the back is wondrous. A beautiful atmosphere with shady trees and plants galore. We were amazed at the prices which is cheap compared to every other place we go to for Brekky! And the service was great and friendly and the food was good too I can’t fault this little gem of a restaurant. Fresh juices were exactly that, freshly squeezed and yummy combinations. I highly recommend this place for Brekky (all day) and lunch!

We had my daughter's Wedding Shower at The secret Garden yesterday. It was amazing as they created such a beautiful setting with flowers and candles on the tables. The service was first class, we wanted for nothing. The food was all scrumptious. I can highly recommend them for a High Tea like we enjoyed or just a cuppa.

Pretty surprised as to how nice it was. The from the street looking at the Cafe it looks pretty small but when inside the Cafe, it leads you through to a pretty large 'Secret Garden' area. It's all hidden out the back. It's rather deceiving, hence the name I guess. The service was basic but the staff were friendly and helpful. Meal size was great and it was good value for money. Will definitely be going back again.

This is only my second time coming to Secret Garden C&P but it most certainly will not be my last. It's a bit of a drive from where I live in the northern suburbs but it's totally worth it. Initially I had thought that the prices were a bit steep, however the portion sizes are sensational and very good value. What makes it even better is that the food is really good too. A word of warning though, the display of cakes next to the cash register is tortuous if you are trying to lose weight. If you have a sweet tooth or plan to just do coffee and cake then you have to just simply indulge yourself! The lemon meringue is sensational and the lemon curd is so unbelievably tangy with the sugary meringue giving you that sudden rush. Again, the serving size is excellent. Coupled with the spices of a Chai latte it was nicely balanced on the palate. The service here is excellent too, the staff are very helpful and friendly which also goes a long way to keeping people coming back. Do people come back? Do they ever, the place gets very busy. On a nice day try to get a table out back in the garden, it's really nice. After a meal it's nice to wander through into the nice little adjoining garden centre.

Lovely setting, service messed up half our drink orders bringing out the wrong drinks repeatedly, but coffee was nice enough when it arrived. I also had the croquettes. Not a large serve but tasty and I enjoyed it. Unfortunately another table of 3 next to us said our table of 9 was too loud and complained, which distracted from the whole experience. (9 people are always going to be louder than 3) - and the reason we chose this venue was because of the large outside area with a big group.

Has always been a lovely spot but this time I was a little disappointed with the food. I ordered a salad sandwich on wholemeal bread and when it came the bread was stale. Sent it back and they came back with fresh bread. Not good.

This is really a secret. Fantastic meals even if your vegetarian. Find your way to the garden after enjoying your meal, breakfast, lunch, morning or afternoon tea or just a coffee. Take your time there's no rush. Very clean. Staff are very pleasant and polite. One of my favourite places.

What amazing care! Was waiting to be served and there was a problem with the very frail elderly customer’s credit card which was declined several times. The card didn’t work and the solution was cash but there wasn’t enough to pay the order. Before I was thinking to step in and pay for the lady the cashier slashed the cost to what the lady had. Such a great lift for me in how people still care in the community- well done, made my year. Still a great cafe.

Excellent coffee and food which can be enjoyed indoors or outside in the shaded garden. A small playground keeps little people amused while bigger people relax at the variety of table sizes. Leisurely pace although it's so popular that you're not always guaranteed a table at busy times of the day.

Notable for its big shady garden, which makes it a very pleasant place to enjoy a meal or just coffee and a treat. The menu is very "safe" and I've never been blown away by anything, but there's plenty of choice so if you go with a group there's something for everyone.

The Secret Garden Cafe is an amazing little Cafe with incredible food, coffee and a fabulous, kind and professional staff. The folks working here are incredibly sweet and took really good care of me as I stopped by to get a coffee and breakfast. They are incredibly professional and will go out of their way to make you smile and make sure you have a positive experience. The venue is very beautiful and cosy and that's just indoor. They also have an outdoor portion which expands to the back of the Cafe and is quite fascinating to look at. They have a high variety of coffees and foods and do their best to make sure it's of the highest possible quality. I can say with confidence. This is one place I will definitely be making a return to and bringing friends with me to enjoy a similar experience.

Been more than once to this cafe and love it. Ordering off the menu is at the counter, where there is a sandwich and cake cabinet too. I love the outdoor space at the back (particularly the hills hoist overgrown by a grape vine) it is relaxed and friendly with plenty of seating. My food didn't take long and was delicious.

Nice hidden cafe its well popular the food us awesome and the prices are not bad either. We go there all the time for brekky or brunch. Can just walk in or phone up and book a table to be guaranteed you have a seat strait away. They do great coffee and awesome juices. Parking across the road is 1hr for free which is good as well :)

Enjoyable Resturaunt with heaters provided for the cooler weather diners on the verandah. When the weather is favourable, the outdoor garden area of trees and paving works delightfully. Good food, well served and promptly so. Polite and helpful staff. Prices seem reasonable and food would suit most ages and tastes. Parking available opposite the site and a garden shop as a delightful neighbour, for visiting after the meal.

Neither restaurant nor cafe exactly, but a good bit of both, the Secret Garden really has a secret garden that's a delight. It seems to meet a real niche demand from a diverse customer base. Or baby squid pockets passed as calamari to undercooked burver patty to poor excuse of salad (limp onion on two small leaves and a slice of tomato). Service was poor and the place was not busy.
