Love the new look with the butter beer on tap! I used to always go to vic park with some friends to get a frothy butterbeer so its good to have it near by now haha

Had the original one. The bun itself was actually good, crunchy outside and soft inside when freshly baked. However I do hope there is a stronger hint of cinnamon, for the sweetness of sugar actually covered the scent of cinnamon. The size was reasonable for the price. All in all not the best cinnamon bun I’ve had in Perth but was good.

I tried both stores in the same day because there are exclusive flavors in each one. Mount lawely seems to be famous for the apple custard. bought a whole box of it to share ! Very beautiful taste with a very generous portion of custard and fresh apples.

Very friendly owner. Love their different selections of cinnamon buns. Butter beer remind me of Harry Potter! Follow their instagram, sometimes they held a contest and you might get free cinnamon buns😍

Just a little hole in the wall bakery/cafe, with delicious cinnamon buns. I had the original one ( it's vegan) and it was really nice. They do other vegan flavours too but they're not always available. There's various parking spots / carparks around the area. No seating at the moment.

This place is 5-star worthy...I don't know how there are any 1-star reviews at all :/ I loved their butterbeer! The place has got a great atmosphere and lovely customer service! And of course, I had a fresh cinnamon roll which was pretty large for a pretty good price! Definitely a recommended spot to chill in Perth.

We first experienced the wonderful coffee and 'Sinamon' buns at Mt Lawley and now have experienced the same consistency at the Vic Park Lounge. The coffee is too our liking and consistent between locations. The buns are out of this world-Lin Shu!

It’s great that there’s a place dedicated to cinnamon buns, it’s just a shame that they’re not quite up to scratch. Don’t get me wrong the flavours are good there’s just very little filling or frosting, a good cinnamon bun should be saucy rather than a dry experience as the sugar cinnamon filling melts. This is what separates this place from the likes of Cinnabon (or even McDonald’s cinnamon melts in Asia as crazy as that sounds) which is still in a different league it saddens me to say.

I am totally in love with this place! Who knew cinnamon buns could be made into such creative delicacies. Love the wide variety of flavours. The staff are super friendly and provide excellent customer service. The buns are freshly made and you can tell by how yummy they are. Highly recommend a visit.

Really tasty and great flavour options. Would be good to have the vegan options noted on the glass window. Have purchased these buns on two seperate occasions, the second time the bun was overly doughy but I’m not sure if this is because it was fresh out the oven and warm. Regardless, will be back to try the other flavours.

Don't ever go here!!!!!!!! You will regret it! Your hopes to ever be satisfied again by another dessert will fail. So fresh with the perfect balance of soft warm dough and crunchy cinnamon sprinkled edges. Sweet, but not to sweet. Literally melt in your mouth. You think it's big enough to share and you definitely won't finish it on your own, but then you look down and just crumbs left... yeah it's too good. I didn't even like scrolls before I came here.

Great food, friendly staff, really get to know you and your orders, love coming here. Edit: I used to love coming here but the last 2 times have been dissapointing. First time they didn't have anyone that could serve coffee (only training staff) so going out of my way to come down was a waste of time. And again last night they closed 45 mins early without updating their business hours. This may be the last time go here :(.

My husband, my 2 year old daughter and I came here a couple of weeks ago, we got a pecan scroll and a creme brûlée scroll, we sat outside where they provided some table and chairs and we enjoyed our scrolls while taking in the hustle and bustle of Beaufort street. The scrolls were amazing, huge, soft in the middle, delicious and different. We really enjoyed them and the staff were lovely too :) overall a really pleasant evening.

I went here once, after months of following them on instagram. They had a fresh batch coming out and eating them straight out of the oven was heavenly. She was super friendly and patient with everyone because a big crowd just came out of the theatre next door. I really do love the location, a quiet nook. The buns were also extremely huge and its really worth your money. They're not cinnabons, but hey I'll take anything closer to that

I am glad someone finally opened a place for proper Cinnamon rolls in Perth. They are solely dedicated, so their rolls are really good , carefully made and have a wide variety to choose from. The prices are very reasonable, range from 6$ to maximum of 8$, and mind you, You get a MASSIVE roll for it. So I advice you to eat it after dinner 😂

ROLLING with the cinnamon bun craze, we decided to try this cute little shop in Mount Lawley. The service was friendly, and there was a good range of unique cinnamon rolls (you can choose a number of toppings, or even half-and-half, and they'll make it fresh for you). A little on the pricey side (ranging from $6 for the original cinnamon roll to over $10 for the gourmet ones e.g. the Ferrero Rocher cinnamon bun), but definitely Instagram-worthy and perfect to share with someone you love!

Absolutely loved the cream cheese Cinnabon. Not overly sweet which is good. Definitely prefer these over Get Chunky across the road which is always filled with people who like the insta hype. So glad I tried Sinamon tonight. Kinda hope it doesn’t end up getting so popular that you have to queue up but it was so good I had to review it. I’m definitely going back tomorrow to enjoy one with a coffee.

Visited Sinamon the first time on Sunday after my colleague been chasing me to go there haha (Helen, I actually went lol) They have loads of options and the staff suggested the new flavour triple chocolate Almomds. Oh my ! I do not regret to finish the whole bun at all. It was so so so good. Especially went back after to buy the cute box of six to share with my family. Frankly, I have been going to the other place down the road everytime when I crave for cinnamon rolls. I guess the table has turned around now hahahah Well Done Sinamon team. There are too many five-stars here because they are really too good! They got a great vibe there, when you go to buy the rolls the staff are really nice and friendly, and they have groovy music playing in the background :D their rolls are super fresh and their coffee goes wonderfully with their rolls!
