Adorable corner Cafe with the most incredible spread. The iced coffee was incredible (we tried the latte mocha), and the food was top notch. Probably the best chicken pancake that I have ever had and major points for putting these smoky cut chillies through. I never liked polanta but these were magical, I stole bites out of my mrs plate. Thanks for the great experience

I wish i could give more than 5 stars. The amount of effort and creativity they have put into their food is commendable. The colours are vibrant and aesthetic. And the most important part is the taste is fantastic! Will definitely return. The only feedback would be to improve the chai a bit. It was lacking a bit of flavour.

Love love love this place. I come with my mum every so often and we are never disappointed. I love the range of meal choices and how they cater to all dietary requirements. I’ve never had a bad meal here and the staff are so lovely and always up for a chat! Yummy coffee and even yummier food

Had the burnt butter wild mushrooms with polenta and sourdough bread. Everything on the plate went together really well. The portion size was just right for me. Friendly staff, good and quick service. Returned again and had the specials - snapper burger with brioche bun and fries. Loved it!

Source Foods is a gorgeous cosy little cafe located in Highgate. They have a number of vegan dishes available, including this epic bagel filled with tempeh, loads of fresh pesto, onion jam, roast capsicum and vegan mayo 🤤 Also tried the “Vegan Feast” - a huge colourful plate with a variety of delicious components including crispy cauliflower, harissa chickpeas, zucchini and pea relish, kale, pickled cabbage, coconut flatbread, and a generous amount of lemon tahini sauce to drown it all in! The crispy cauliflower was coated in southern spices and tasted amazing, and the coconut flatbread was the best I’ve ever had! I also tried a “coffee tonic” while I was there, this one is for lovers of strong coffee only! I was absolutely buzzing after drinking this 😂

Great little cafe, food is excellent for brunches. The burnt mushrooms are a must try. Probably my favourite cafe for food in Perth. They have really upped their coffee with interesting single origin espressos. Food is still the major draw card along with the atmosphere. A fairly malleable menu with mainstay favorites.

The food is really good, nevertheless I was expecting at least 2 poached eggs. It is very noisy inside when full.

We had to change our business meeting last minute as the original meeting location was not open yet. Turned out to be a blessing in disguise. The staff was extremely friendly and was very helpful when I asked them a few questions. We only ordered coffees as it was a 30-min meeting. Was a great tasting coffee and would visit again and use for more meeting’s. Coffee was well priced and there are lots of parking available. If we had a bit more time I would have loved to have tried some of their food. There is a fresh variety available to buy. Across the road is a 1-hour free parking area and ideal if you want to just catch up. Vibe and setting is great for coffee shop. As an insurance broker we always do risk assessments and I cannot fault them. I always judge a good restaurant or coffee shop by the way their restrooms look and are kept. Clean and well maintained. We highly recommend that you try the SOURCE FOODS for a great experience in good food and how client service should be. Friendly, fast and well-priced. Looking forward to visiting again shortly. We had the vegan bagels and they were absolutely amazing. So fresh and tasty. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into this cafe and it’s menu. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The vibe is great and all the plants are beautiful. The menu caters to all sorts of dietary needs. I could not rave about this place enough.

Really enjoyed my breakfast here. The chili scrambled eggs are prepared with REAL chili!! The mushroom and veges dish is charred and tastes like char kuoy teow lol. The salmon croquettes are crispy and fresh. All dishes are beautifully prepared and amazing flavours. Will be back!!!

This café is amazing! I had a croissant with ham, cheese & tomatoes and it was very delicious, I think the best I ever had. Also the coffee is one of the best and it’s not that hot so you can drink it without waiting for centuries. Of cause I have to mention the atmosphere. It is so beautiful! It’s very comfortable and relaxing with a happy vibe. The staff support that vibe with their kind and helpful manner. I really love that place

We went on a Sunday morning for breakfast ,I had the bacon and poached egg on toast which was not bad .the Mrs had the Japanese hotcake with the toppings and that was unbelievable, awesome plate all ingredient working well together ,I ended up finishing the Mrs plate which I enjoyed more than my plate..the coffee and choc smoothie were not bad too..very happy with the price we paid, friendly staff too ..we will definitely be going back again

Source is my favourite ‘go to’ place for a healthy lunch and/or coffee. Though various owners over seven years or so, their food quality remains consistently tasty, healthy and fresh. Super impressed! The food was spectacular, even the vegan options which are, for many cafes, a low effort afterthought. But most of all, the coffee was amazing. Easily the best long black I have ever had in Perth, an Ethiopian natural from Guji, roasted by Proud Mary Coffee Roasters. I will be back for more.

Lots of vegetarian options and a great playlist. It's on the smaller side indoors so it can get quite noisy but if the weather's nice they also have outside tables with a view of the park. The salt and pepper tofu is delicious but I've had a number of great meals here...the menu doesn't change much but it's all super tasty so you can't go too wrong.

Giving this place only 3 stars because of the poor service. Food was good, coffee was great, but the staff were cold, inattentive and looked like they weren’t happy to be there. Even my 10 year old daughter has this to say about them: When I needed to go to the toilet and one of the staff came out with the key, she gave my mum a look, rolled her eyes and said in a sarcastic voice, “Yeah sure,” when my mum asked her for the key. They didnt have smiles and we’re not friendly and they were not apologetic when they missed my mum’s coffee order.

This cafe or restaraunt is in a great spot, close to the city and in a good area thats easy to get to. I have been there many times at all times of day. Breakfast is sensational. I ordered poached eggs on toast with bacon and it was superb. The bacon crisp and not to thin or thick. The eggs yolk was the perfect viscosity and went great with fresh sourdough toast. The service is fast, and it's not often busy. They offer a wide range of selections for breakfast, including gluten free, vegetarian, organic and vegan options. Source Foods is a great place to go if you want fresh, delicious and fabulous food.
