Yesterday, I discovered this wonderful cafe with a relaxing ambiance. I ate in for breakfast. The food was amazing, the latte was served in a really large mug and the service was outstanding. I also order to take out their apple crumble. I had it for lunch and it was divine. I truly highly recommend.

What a superb experience. We mainly went here as it was pet friendly, but this place is a hidden gem. Reading the menu, I was a little concerned about the emphasis on 'wellness' foods. The idiom 'It tastes bad - so it must be good for you...' was playing in my head. However, while in the queue getting ready to order, I saw the detail going into the food preparation and presentation. This looked good! I watched some dishes go by, and my mind was saying: 'Yum! I want what they are having.' I scanned some tables and viewed the dishes that had been served up...This place looks alright. I had the Breakfast Board, and what a treat. I selected 'Poached' eggs as my style, while my partner ordered the omelet. Well my taste buds were in for an unexpected extravaganza. Poached eggs on sourdough bread had the slightest but most haunting hint of vinegar. The grilled tomato /halloumi creation on a mushroom was another winner. The splash of salad with a zesty balsamic vinegarette (that's my guess) was devoured by the palate. There was some 'healthy' green stuff and red stuff. But they tasted so good, I questioned whether they could be that healthy! (Beetroot & spinach hummus sounds healthy right?) I was loving this stuff! Quinoa on avocado, hash brown (potato rosti) and then my favourite- with the most unassuming name: 'House mix Beans'. What a winner. This now moves to be my 'First Place' winner. But each element was a winner. I am so confused. Yummy food... but healthy? Each morsel explored another dimension for the taste buds. (They had retreated when they heard 'wellness', 'healthy'...) Yet they were suitably stimulated, and most impressed. I wish I had more time here. Alkalizer is hidden gem that has opened my eyes go a whole new universe of healthy and tasty foods waiting to be discovered. Mark it on your 'must do' list. Grab a friend or two. You will not be disappointed. In fact, it might become you new favourite haunt. Oh, and the coffee is great too!

I’m always apprehensive about trying new cafes and breakfast spots but Alkalizer does NOT disappoint. This place deserves ALL THE PRAISE. Great taste, menu, service, presentation - Alkalizer does it all. The food was delicious, fresh and healthy! The service was also exceptional and staff are very friendly. We ordered the omelette pan and breakfast board. Both of which were very filling. Eggs were cooked to perfection & bread was very crunchy. Overall, loved the portions and it’s perfect for sharing!

One of the best little cafes in all of Sydney. Went there with a group of friends for a dinner. The staff there were excellent. In particular the woman owner who took care of every need we had. One of the best experiences of service we had ever received. The food there was excellent. Tasty, full of flavours. Finally the dessert was amazing. Looked to good we nearly didn't want to eat it. Would recommend if you are in the area.

This place is heaven for people with special dietary needs. We had the most beautiful person serving us. Shefali is totally an angel, so are all the staff. With a small Cafe inside and an open outdoor seating area. Not bad for a well situated get together Cafe for any occasions. Thank you to Shef for the lovely and amazing customer service. From the booking arrangement to the High Tea arrangements. We had the pleasure of eating delicious and divine food. Presentation of the food was immaculate and the portion was just right. So well done to all the staff from the kitchen to the front house!

Stumbled upon this gem while visiting from out of town. The kitchen had just closed but the owner refused to turn us away. Great staff. Great coffee and excellent food. The staff here are very friendly. The coffees are amazing and they make their own bean. I have had breakfast and lunch from here an a few occasions and it has always been great. I love their coffee I have bought some to take home I like it that much. Some items can be a bit pricey on the menu but overall I would recommend this nice friendly cafe to everyone.

The Alkalizer is a nice little funky cafe that puts a little spin on the ordinary. The menu consisted of meals that while familiar, have been spiced up to give them a suprising twist that impresses and offers the taste buds something fresh and new. Menus are updated every so often to give customers something new to look forward to. Of course there are the regular staples for anyone not too adventurous. The atmosphere is amazing. The room has been decorated with a modern and slightly hipster vibe while not being too over the top to scare away first time customers. There are toilets but they exist outside as this place shares council grounds. However toilets are clean and kept in good condition. High tea is available here, well worth it. The owner is usually present and a pleasure to talk to, always checking in on customers if everything is alright. Staff are friendly. Catering is also available. Overall a very nice place to eat, would recommend again.

How often is it that you find somewhere that the food looks like the photos you find on a website? This cafe is situated far enough back from the road that is very peaceful, yet still close enough to watch everyone zip by on a major intersection. The food was superb and presented even better. The large coffee is actually served in a large mug. Something that is becoming increasingly more rare to find. It is more on the expensive side of cafe breakfast / lunch around Campbelltown but your money is well spent here. I will be a returning customer for sure!

We love this place! We stumbled upon it while visiting and everything was delightful! The people, the food,the decor! If you love good quality, nourishing foods and drinks, this is your place! The turmeric latte was delicious and so many gf and DF choices! For a treat we had the sweet potato fries and I don't know what they do to these but there are so many yummy flavours!

Update: went for a work lunch yesterday and was pleasantly surprised at the food. I had a wrap with vegetable and chicken and avocado. Although I didn’t notice the avocado it was pretty good. My workmates had salads and a burger and awesome chips with a great herb salt. I’d definitely go back. We used these guys for catering at a function recently and was excellent food and organisation on their part. Definitely recommend them to anyone very competitive pricing.

Incredible food and wonderful service! I find it hard to find a healthy cafe with tasteful food but this place blew my mind! Their sweet potato fries were the crispiest fries I've ever had and there wasn't even a drop of oil to be found! Absolutely amazing! We ate here at this small cafe for breakfast. It was our first time in Campbelltown because we are attending a wedding the following day and our first time in this cafe of course. We basically were drawn because of the high reviews from other people, I kept our hopes high and it did not disappoint! We had the usual breakfast menu with the omelet, slice of toasted bread and crispy bacon. Small pack of food served on a cast iron skillet but it was really delicious.. We enjoyed a lot! I hope we can go back but unfortunately, we live far away.

I love coming here it is pricey though. I haven't eaten here but they are good on their servings, the food always looks amazing and I haven't heard any of the customers complain. Mother's day brunch at Alkalizer was disappointing. Had to wait almost 90 minutes for our order and even then, the meals came out warm instead of piping hot. They didn't even get the orders right because they forgot to bring out my daughter's meal and so had to wait again. The owner kept on apologising saying they are busy and had walk-ins but I think if a booking is made that's no excuse. She didn't even bother to offer a discount. Not sure if I would go there again. Besides that, I think the prices were high and the food nothing to rave
