A. D.The best thing about this museum is Alf and Sharon the volunteers. They are friendly and entertaining. They are very knowledgeable.
Sharon makes the scones fresh every morning and they are awesome. They have real expresso coffee. Lots of the locals just come in for the cafe.
This museum fits a lot into a small space.
I am not a museum person, so didn't look at too much. They offered us head sets for an audio recording. If you wanted to look at everything you would be here for hours.
N. B.Absolutely brilliant. Lovely to meet Alf and Sharon. Alf took the time to chat with us about some of the memorabilia. His wealth of local and historical knowledge along with his obvious passion for the subject was wonderful.
G. B.A definite must see when travelling through. We visited the Banjo Paterson Museum which was informative with audio guides. Had a Banjo Paterson burger which was delicious and only 5.--, can't go wrong there. We also bought some locally made flour. What I'm trying to say, please support these small towns by spending time and money.
V. S.Impressive Museum. Loved the commentary and history from a time long ago and about our Aussie Icon Banjo Paterson. We also enjoyed the animal sculptures between Molong and Yeoval. Well worth the drive and visit to this historic little town.
A. Q.A very interesting insight into this life of one of our nation's finest poets and story writers. The food at the cafe was very good and at $5.00 for hamburger plus great coffee well worth it.

E. M.A hidden gem in Yeoval on the way home from NSW. Lovely coffee and friendly people. The permanent Banjo Paterson exhibition is worth an hour or two to enjoy.
K. A.Cannot really comment on the museum as I did not go into it. However bought a bacon and egg roll an a hamburger, both very nice and good value. Service was good and jovial.
I. M. G.So glad we took the time to stop. Fantastic hot coffee, delicious scones and generous milkshakes. Staff are very friendly and took the time to chat, despite being very busy. Museum is interesting, lots of memorabilia accompanied by audio handsets to increase interest and understanding of the different objects. A small town gem.
J. B.Really fascinating museum- filled to the brim with information and a detailed audio tour about the famous poet, as well as thousands of artefacts from Australia's past. The people who run it are so friendly and dedicated to the museum. Definitely worth a visit!

J.A Banjo Paterson tragic I have to confess. " There are blossoming trees and pretty flowers and the golden grass is fresh and sweet from summer showers". If you are Australian or want to be one get your backside out here. Excellent camping ground.
