Elevated brunch is certainly one way to describe Industry Beans - some of the dishes look like they come from a fine dining restaurant! Flavour wise, backed up also - we had the mushroom Porcini nest, and Angus Wagyu burger with added polenta chips. Both great flavour, however the polenta chips were abit on the salty side. Not the cheapest brunch overall however but very nice.

Came here two mornings in row when I stayed in Sydney for the weekend. It’s a bustling and busy little cafe with really good food and coffee. Appreciated it being open with so many cafes in their CBD still closed. They did seem to be understaffed both days though as staff were quiet flustered.

The coffee here is very good. The brew is very well done and the beans are very tasty. The service was quick and professional. The store is immaculate. That being said $6.28 for a large latte with almond milk is on the expensive side. Further to this if you look at photo of the large size is not even twice the height of a key.

This is a lovely cafe with friendly service. A very clean environment with many special coffee options. I ordered the bubble milk tea and it was so strong with miniature tapioca balls that were so delicious. I would recommend if you are looking for specialised coffee drinks in a lovely setting.

This place looks straight out of a retrofturistic imagining of what cafes will look like in the future. It's sterile but welcoming, coldly lit but warmth emanates from the staff. The coffee is second to none in the area and the food is so good I came back multiple times. There are the more abstract meals which are definitely worth it (fruit sashimi) though cost a tad more than I'm happy paying but all the usual stuff is expertly crafted. One of my favourite things are when the cook has taken care in the placement of the ingredients and sauces in items like rolls, wraps or burgers. The chef in house masterfully put all the pieces of my bacon and egg roll in such a way that it motivated me to write this review. Definitely my favourite place and conveniently accross the road from Mecca so you've got all your coffee dates sorted if one is at it's covid capacity. Lastly the baked goods, I suspect, are fantastic except they are routinely sold out by the time I get there.

This cafe is located in the heart of CBD nearby Queen Victoria Building. Its very cozy and minimalist inside the cafe and the coffee they serve here is really good. They have their Fitzroy blend for the house blend milk coffee and you can choose the seasonal blend during different season for a change if you want to try different coffee beans. The food here taste great and is well presented with attention to details and the plating is skills is one of the best around. One of my favourite brunch spot in the city and easily my top favourite cafe in Sydney.

Not very crowded on a Saturday lunch time. Tried a iced coffee and porcini. not bad at all. Surprised with the style of their ice chocolate and the “potato chips” they made. check out the photos and u will get what I mean

Food look absolutely beautiful, clean and minimalistic interiors. There’s a hipster vibe and the wait staff have some character so the place might pass off as pretentious. However I enjoyed myself cafe was cozy to stay for a little while and indulge in the food. Food: I was recommended to the porcini egg ($21) not the most mind-blowing food I have had but in overall it was very enjoyable. There’s a mix of different textures in the dish - crunchy fried kohlrabi, soft poached egg, crumbly feta and porcini bits on a bed of sautéed spinach and charcoal cauliflower mash. Avocado (+$5) was an additional order so it’s not part of the original dish. Price is definitely on the pricier side, serving was pretty small, so you might want to get some sides if you’re feeling hungry. Coffee: Good, but not the best. There’s probably more other cafes that serves better coffee. Alt milk: Milk lab almond milk

Posh interior design and coffee machines, yet, picked the wrong cup of coffee -- the bubble cup, way too sweet and its with sago... my friend's cold brew was much nicer!! The coffee rubbed wagyu burger was not bad overall, but the burger sauce and the green salad were very salty... The omelette was average, again. Will try another coffee if walked pass next time.

Went on a Sunday morning/arvo for brunch. Great service, nice decor, yummy food. Had the peanut butter brownie, barramundi folded eggs and added bacon. Sooo good!

I love this cafe because of its ambience, staff and coffee. I had the pancake and I’ll give it a 4/5 just because it’s not as soft as I’d like it to be. Staff is friendly and coffee is good.

The place is very cozy and minimalist. There is some sofas in which you can relax in. It looks a bit like a lab, very white everything and clean. Staff are incredible nice, very good service. They serve you with an smile. Very fast service. The coffee quality is amazing, very good coffee beans used. My coffee had some bubbles on the milk. There is not toilets inside, you need to go outside for toilets. Cash it’s not accepted, only card. They sell keep cups with beautiful design. I did not try the food but it looked very yummy. I will come back for sure. It is a bit pricey but the coffee quality is great also service, so you pay what you get. I hope they open more places soon! ❤️

A nice cafe with minimalist decorating style that is simple yet beautiful. Also, as a barista myself, I am really impressed with how great the coffee taste here. The cold brew I had here is no doubt one of the best I have had in Sydney. It has a really clear and lovely fruity smell and flavor. As the coffee was quite concentrate, I dilute it in the glass of ice given and it become sweeter and more pleasant to enjoy. The guys are nice and helpful, and they obviously know what they are doing. I missed the sparkling cold brew coffee here, as I did not noticed it exist until I left, so I will definitely come back for that. The coffee bean here is quite famous as well, as I saw at least 3 people came to buy coffee beans during a short time sitting there. Really a must try if you are a true coffee lover.

Great coffee shop with friendly service. I’m a big fan of the Bubble Cup: cold drip coffee with their house made consoy (a special blend of condensed milk and soy milk) with coffee-soaked tapioca pearls. I haven’t had a chance to enjoy their food menu - would love to try one day

Every Melbournian should know Industry Beans. And the coffee standard is certainly on par with their outlets in Melbourne. One of the few (if not only) places you can get a cup of ‘Magic’ in Sydney. Ordered the eggs and they were salty, granted it was a portion of the eggs that were and the rest of the eggs were fine. Great location in the city as well and you can’t miss it. Will still be back for the coffees.

Just had breakfast here on a wet Sunday morning. Nice to see that they are open weekends which is an enjoyable walk down from Darlinghurst. Menu is great. A lot of non carb options. I had the green omelet with avocado and bacon. Everything was perfect. Will come back to try other things on the menu.

Great coffee, let down by the food. The burger was pretty good but the baguette was very tough and seemed two days old. Dessert looked amazing but the cake was very dense and lacking sugar and flavour. Would definitely return for the coffee but not the food. Returned for a takeaway coffee. Large latte with their house blend cost $5.65. Tasted good but can't justify the markup on everywhere else in Sydney

Fantastic place. Amazing coffee and Great service. I was recommended here by a friend and I was not disappointed. The coffee is to die for and the coffee rubbed Wagyu Burger is one of the best burgers I've tasted. My friend ordered the fried chicken burger and thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was impeccable. Efficient, friendly and very attentative. Our hostess explained the full coffee menu along with the characteristics of each blend before making a recommendation based on my normal preferences. I chose the winter blend mocha following her recommendation and it was spot. I was very impressed with the quality of the coffee and the attention to detail in the service. They were busy during the lunch service but I didn't feel rushed at all. After our meals, our plates were cleared and our water jug consistently refilled. Very impressive!

I went to Industry Beans’ Melbourne location last time I was there for holiday and was thoroughly impressed. When I found out they were opening a Sydney location was thrilled and it did not disappoint. The cold brew was delightful, the soy latte was quite possibly the best I’ve ever had (in Sydney or Melbourne) and the fried chicken burger was easily the best I’ve had at a cafe (and I’m not saying that lightly). Lovely staff, friendly service, cool decor. Shoutout to my server Matt who was an absolute boss and super knowledgeable about coffee.

Best coffee in Sydney. No question. What sets this place above others if you’re not as fussed on coffee is the service. Something must be said about the respect Industry Beans have for their client when they keep their space in such an immaculate condition, and not only the seating area but also the working area. The staff also are the happiest and most sensible humans I’ve experienced in hospitality, and that speaks volumes of the business as a whole. To call this a 5 star establishment is an understatement.

My only gripe was the price... $4.20 for a small coffee is above and beyond the average in in a very competative part of the city where good coffee is not in short supply. Best spot to enjoy coffee and brunch in the CBD with a full brunch menu and lots of different specialty coffee drinks to try. The Evergreen Omelette (greens, pickled fennel, heirloom tomatoes and zucchini ribbons) and Fitzroy Iced (cold brew, wattleseed panela and milk) are my picks, and there’s lots of retail to take home from coffee to chai to handmade coffee chocolates. The design is totally different to any other cafe in Sydney and makes this cafe such a nice place to spend time. Staff are super friendly too!

Just went to this spot to grab some food and coffee. I ordered a flat white, an iced long black and a breakfast roll. It’s called ‘breakfast roll’ but it’s not a roll to me😂. The food was delicious, the sauce in it was different. Must have a try. I like their long black, it was balanced. But some bubble emerged on the surface of the milk foam. Which made the latte art look not that beautiful. But the taste was good anyway. I bought a cup with their logo on it. I just really in to these kind of simple&cute cups. Love it. Check out their modbar coffee machine as well. You cannot see that type of coffee machine very often.

A woman with a unique hair looked inefficient and spoken poorly. Without it it was star 4 or 5. Flat white was very delicious, so I ordered a brew. Wagyu hamburger at lunch was also delicious. I was asked if I wore potatoes, but I didn't. I don't know espresso chocolate, but it was delicious. One had a refreshing sweetness of citrus like a citron inside, and the other had a slightly sweet taste. The food, coffee and customer service were all good, but I want to improve a little. I want to feel 4 I expect next. I went with my friends today because it was delicious last time! It was crowded and there weren't many seats, but I was able to sit down immediately after cleaning up by a male clerk The customer service didn't wipe the desk this time, but it was beautiful and the water was a little late but it was a polite response, so I felt it was good! The taste of flat white was delicious although it wasn't as impressive as before. I forgot the name of the rice of the egg, but I asked for it, but I felt a little less. But I think the arrangement is very beautiful. Change to 4 as a bonus, go if you like again (Original) とっても美味しかった！接客も私が関わった3人の中の1人を除いてとてもよかった。男性のスタッフ、女性のバリスタさんは丁寧な接客でした。ユニークな髪の女性は効率が悪く見えましたし、話し方も雑さを感じました。それがなければ星4か5でした。フラットホワイトがとても美味しかったので、ブリューも注文しました。ランチで行った和牛ハンバーガーも美味しかったです。ポテトを着けるか聞かれましたが、つけませんでしたが、次は付けてみたいなと思います。エスプレッソチョコレートはよくわかりませんが、美味しかったです。一個は中にゆずみたいなシトラスの味さっぱりした甘めで、もう一個は少し甘めの味でした。料理、コーヒー、接客、全て良かったがもう少し改善して欲しい期待があるので3にします。気持ち的には4にしたいです。次に期待してます。前回美味しかったので本日は友達と行きました！混んでいて席がなかなかなかったですが、男性店員の片付けですぐ座ることができましたれ今回は接客は机を拭いてくれなかったが綺麗だし、水は少し遅めだったが丁寧な対応だったので、良かったなと感じました！フラットホワイトの味は前ほどの感動はなかったものの美味しかったです。卵のご飯名前忘れましたがそれ頼んだんですが、私には少し少なく感じました。でもやはり盛り付けはすごく綺麗だなと思います。おまけで4に変えます、また気が向いたら行きます
