J. K.San Jose Place is a lovely Café situated at Wynyard Station. On my first visit to San Jose, I was greeted by the lovely and wonderful Fiona. Fiona and her team had fantastic customer service and were really friendly too. On the day of having to leave, I went back to San Jose and was again greeted by Fiona. They have a good selection pastry items and are very delicious too. Thank you for the wonderful service Fiona and hope to see you again when I am in Sydney. I highly recommend this place if you are close to Wynyard Station.
S. N.This place is just amazing if you crave for some coconut macaroons .. it's just out of the world and must try. .. they have some slices too which are great to try ... Almond, caramel and chocolate ... The coconut slice is good too with jam topping.... Have heard very good reviews about sandwiches, so I want to try it soon...

Hand made sandwiches and burgers under $5... $2 pastries... cheap sausage rolls and meat pies, below average chinese hotplate, but the crispy chicken is nice. Shoestring chips are great and only $3 foŕ a large... also Big breaky for $10 with coffee... I frequent this place 2-3 times a week... plus the ladies behind the counter are great

Unassuming and down to earth -shop front but their stuff is pretty darn good for quarter the price you'd pay at fancy cafes.
Mmmm maybe with all the great pastries in town like Black Star Bakery, Burke Street Bakery, etc etc - I was craving something simple and "home made" that doesnt hurt your wallet. Im not one of those Sydney siders that cares more about the way things look than the actual baked goods - this place isnt anything fancy but I still think their cream buns and lamingtons are exceptional if you can stop being elitest for a second and appreciate a thing for what it is purely on merit basis.
