Our company, Kennedy Civil, purchases coffee every day, if not 2-3 times a day, from The Coffee Club Narellan. Not only do we continue going back due to a great brew, but the customer service we are given is something you do not find too often these days!! The staff are lovely, they always greet us with a friendly demeanor and often offer to help carry orders back to our office when we cant manage with just one set of hands. Highly recommend and will continue supporting such great service.

Floor and tables were dirty. Asked a staff member to remove the bread crusts and cake from under our table and only half cleaned it. Ordered two cakes and two coffees. My cheesecake was warm and rubbery. Dishes had been washed but not well and had smudges all over them. Coffee was nice at least.

The food was amazing and the service was exceptional. I had a voucher that I accidentally left at home which had a discount off the total bill. However, when I asked one of the ladies if I could use the app to show her that the voucher was still applicable, she let me use the voucher this way which was really good. This is a very busy store and the food and coffee are both good but expect to pay a small fortune for both. Walk a little further and there are other great cafes in this complex which also have great food and coffee but much cheaper.
