Good food with a nice view, we had the smashed ago with poached egg and hashbrown and the much room, egg and sausage toast. The hashbrown was generic but the rest was fresh and delicious. The service friendly and attentive, cant go wrong with breakfast here

Nice lunch except had to send it back because when you read the menu no where does it state cheese to be all over the item. Please ensure you list everything so we dont end up sending food back to the kitchen to be wasted

Not impressed. Not as good as it used to be. No light meals other than chips, of which our order for was lost and never arrived. Offered refund and free serving but too late. Meal service seemed disjointed. There were only four tables with between 2 and 4 diners, including our table. Noticed that meals for each table came out at diffetent times, with some time in between service. Meals should have been served together at each table. Staff should have noticed that we had long finished our coffee and were still sitting there.

This is a top place. Can swim in the Lake. Relax at the bbq and grassy play area or have an excellent coffee/meal at the cafe. Enjoy a meal while gazing out at Lake Macquarie. Recommend this cafe for a very pleasant outing.

The owner is really friendly and such a lovely woman!!! I would've given 5 stars but unfortunately the menu was lacking. Only a few food options which was disappointing because I was looking forward to trying some of the food pictured in other people's reviews. Perhaps their menu has been cut down recently? The food we ordered was yummy but just wish we had more options to pick from.

Nice coffee shop in Wangi Wangi. It is just facing the Lake. There is no inside facilities and no public toilets, except for the once 100mts away in the park across the street. Coffee is nice here and they have a very nice blueberries scones from the bakery next door. It get a bit windy sometimes but they have some shutters across the deck which makes the wind much more tolerable. About the food here, it is of a very good quality. I recommend the beacon and egg roll which is not only cheap but also delicious in this place. The staff is very friendly and the places is very COVID safe by the way. If you have the chance to by in Wangi Wangi, make sure you stop by this coffee shop.

This is a really lovely restaurant. Went with my family, and they were very accomodating of our dog, who sat outside with us. Staff were friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely and quiet, with a beautiful view over the lake. The food was delicious, I had the dukkah crusted lamb and it was super tasty and filling. Everything is reasonably priced as well, glad we went there!

Coffee good. Food not to bad. Service a bit slow. More attentive staff would increase sales. If you see customers have finished a drink, ask if they want more. I would've had more coffee if I had seen staff. Bit more customer service staff and it would be great.

Although it's tucked away in the small village of Wangi Wangi, this cafe has been completely renovated and from the building up it's a great place to bring friends and have lunch or just come for a morning cafe.

What a great Cafe! I was in town for the weekend with 5 old mates. We get together once a year at different venues. We were staying across the lake and took a speed boat to breakfast in the morning. Nice way to start the day. The Cafe was quite large with tables outside. The menu was good and food delicious. The service from a bevy of waitresses was first class. Friendly, personable and professional. The girls put a smile on our face. What else can I say! Reccomend!
