Great club. Bistro many choices to choose from. Lunchtime specials, very impressive. On the waterfront on Lake Macquarie. Plenty of parking across the road from the club.

Staff behind the bar were great. Excellent food choices, with very little waiting time from receiving your meals, in which was more than enough. Friday night raffles were great, with me winning a tray of chump chops, and with at least 6 others at our table winning a variety of prizes. The club has a great view of Lake Macquarie from it's dining room and main area. Only downside was the league players party participants, who were quite eager to pick fights with at least 2 from our table, and whom I'm quite sure left a few small little plastic baggies and beers in the restroom, in which seemed the local hangout for them.

A lovely place to drop in for lunch. Delicious food, I can only show a photo of empty plates...lolz The view of the lake was stunning. Amenities were very clean and staff friendly with a happy persona. Thank you Wangi Workers, we will be back!

Great for Asian food but average for Western food. The Singaporean noodles and Laska were really tasty! On the other hand, we ordered a medium rare steak and it was overcooked. Highly recommend ordering from their Asian menu.

LEASE Clean Newcastle have eaten at the bistro.Yummy food Asian and western food.Not consistent with portion size Other than that ok but find Rathmines memorial bowling club to be better for food size and price.Drinks are cheaper at Rathmines also.

The food ar the bistro was quite good (except they forgot 1 meal). It has the convenience of a jetty if you want to tie your boat up while inside. Nicely appointed little club.

Myself & a friend, and our wives really enjoyed our dinner. The Nasi Goreng, Satay combination, Szechuan beef and stir-fry prawns were all top notch. The club has a relaxed atmosphere and a great view of the lake! I think we'll make this place our new regular watering hole...

Beautiful spot overlooking the lake. pokies, big snooker room, massive function room. Bistro owners have changed several times and food has been up and down. Current owners serving great food like the classic chicken snitzel and Chinese options.

Wangi workers is in such a great position with a park Reserve between itself and the lake. There's plenty of parking and I was attending a function. Everything went very well.
