American styled joint. Thick shake was thick enough. Chocolate peanut butter tasted so good. The ice cream was just a normal ice cream with a fancy name. Burgers are small in general. Buns were soft. Lettuces have shrunk. Shroom patty is the best here. Beef patty a little dry. Onion rings were crispy. Bacon was crispy and fried chicken was bit small. Fries were alright. This place is a hit and miss for me.

Super delicious burgers, I definitely recommend the crispy chicken burger with fries. The bun was super soft and tasty, the chicken was flavoursome and crispy, hence the name. The fries were also quite enjoyable, will definitely order this again next time. The ordering process was super easy, I didn't even have to go to the counter but instead scanned a qr code on the table and paid with my phone, so simple and easy. The interior was very pleasing to the eyes and they were playing many great early 2000s songs which was the cherry on the top.

Lovely burgers. Wasn't very busy, but did seem somewhat understaffed considering the location and fringe being on. Great food, nice atmosphere and liked that you could choose your own table on this trip. Nice friendly staff.

For a real American Burger experience yiu can go past the beach themed Burger joint. Lots of Burger variations, milkshakes and desserts to choose from. Fast friendly service with takeaway options but definitely worth dining it to complete the experience. Will be back for sure.

A fun American style diner with all the old fashioned good you'd expect. The burgers are more like something you'd make at home than your usual take-away. Great sides and thick shakes. Ok second time coming here i ordered and asked the lady how long it would take, she said not long, 5min max. 😞 20 min later i get my order, 10 min left of my break. I thought the burgers were pretty good here like the first time a came but i had a warm to cold burger, the sauce on it is delicious though. Chips were disgusting, cold and floppy, i orders the sriracha mayo as a dipping sauce so that made the chips a taste bit better.

The place is decent and friendly staff. Some recommendations: please focus a bit on cleanliness. We sat on the table given by the staff, but the table top had some food sticked to it so we moved to a different table. Fries: maybe the option of adding salt to the fries might be good for customers. Burger: kinda expensive for what you pay for. Not really bang for the buck. "spicy chicken burger" is supposed to be spicy. It was not spicy at all.

Visiting Betty's Burgers is an experience that you pay for. There's lot of helper staff directing people around. I went on a Friday night and there was a queue to get in. The food is modest. I got the classic burger, chips and coke. My wife got the prawn burger and sparkling water. All up $48. Chips were not as good as HJs or McD. Burger was ok but salty and by the last bite the bread roll was soaked in grease. Flavour was ok, better than McD Angus burger, not as good as HJ whopper. Wife like her prawn burger but it wasn't worth even half the $23 paid.

Betty's Burgers at Rundle is a dream in its self as a burger bar alone. Food and beverages delivered at a high standard and at fast rates. The food and beverages are delicious and reasonably priced. With a well designed restaurant and extremely accommodating, friendly and well mannered staff, Betty's Burgers at Rundle is a great eat in restaurant to take friends and family, and is just as good takeaway.

I’ve wolfed down a few burgers over the years but these were among the best. The family gave theirs top marks and my Noosa burger with prawns was incredibly tasty. As were the desserts. A side note: we were unable to phone in for takeaways, instead being directed to ordering via their app which required registering - cumbersome and time-consuming.

Well today I went back to Bettys & I had the Spicy Chicken Burger with onion rings & my mother had the Classic Beef Burger with french fries. Our meals were absolutely scrumptious, the staff were fantastic, friendly & very helpful. I'm now rating it as one of my top 10 burger places. Definitely worth it, though next time, I'll order the Pork Belly again. Went there again last month had the new beef burger with battered prawns, highly recommend it.

I had the only vegan burger on the menu. It was bigger than my partner and I had expected, especially as it was bigger than his more expensive chicken burger. It filled me up and had plenty of fresh lettuce but I couldn't say it was impressive enough to want another one. The small can of ginger beer was very expensive for $9. The thick chips weren't bad but not an adequate size for $7.

Ok, so we've got a contender to challenge Nordburger. Went here for the first time today (a little behind the 8 ball for a burger lover) and had a delicious experience. What wasn't so great, however, was the somewhat clunky ordering process. It seemed to take a while for orders to be placed. For a popular place like this I'd expect them to have this sorted. Regardless, the product was excellent. I had the Betty's Double, a side of fries with shriracha mayo and a Peanut Butter Chocolate thick-shake. The burger patties were juicy and tasty, the fries crispy and salted just right to my liking, and the peanut butter chocolate shake not too sweet. The pricing here is a little on the high side. For a similar product you'll pay quite a bit less at other places. This is, however, one of the best burger joints in Adelaide. I'll be back (time and time again no doubt).

Food:The burgers were really good, and so were the onion rings. The fries, however, were a bit floppy and oily. Efficiency and Customer Service: We asked for our concrete (ice cream) to be served after the meal, had to wait for over half hour even after being reminded that we were ready for them, only to be told they ran out of vanilla ice cream. When they finally arrived, one cup was noticeable more hollow than the other serves. That was then I finally made a complaint to the manager (I didn't say anything before because I was out with 5 teenaged kids and didn't want to ruin the day)who then said we ordered a build-your-own hence it was smaller. I then said it does not say anywhere in the menu that that's what it would look like. I must've looked really annoyed as the manager finally offered a half-hearted apology as well as a refund. Dining Experience: Although the place looked really nice, the ambiance felt rushed and the meal process was not very efficient. Everything was disposable and felt more like fast food restaurant, rather than a milkshake and burger diner one. Also, the concrete servings were noticeably less full in the cup as compared to the photos they put up in their FB or IG accounts so I found it was really misleading. All in all, won't probably be back. There are other burger places in the city that offers a more pleasant, genuine, and relaxed dining experience. If I wanted fast food experience I could've gone to other franchises at 1/4 the money I've spent.

Grrat atmosphere and presentation. Kinda expensive to get a decent feed. The beef burgers are kinda close to the old Burger Theory burgers in flavor and the best item on the menu. Best bang for buck is the double beef burger. That said, you can always add another patty to keep prices reasonable. The chicken burger was nice, but the chicken was too subtle in flavor and not thick and juicy like Nord's. The pork belly was kinda messy but lacked flavour entirely. The pork needs salt when cooking and this was just pan seared so had no legs if not for the sauce. The chips were great on their own but even better with the Betty's sauce. The concrete was nice. Like the Burger Theory custard of old.

On the way to Palace Eastend Cinema, quick bite, dropped into Betty's, busy Saturday night. Had fried mushroom burger, side of small chips and Betty's special sauce. Burger was quite OK but quite small and simple, little lettuce, one slice of half ripened tomato and a nice sauce with it, special dipping sauce for fries OK too, however, very much let down by the almost stone cold , limp, non-uniform fries. Let the whole meal down. If I had more time I would have taken them back. Betty's please don't let yourself down. Put someone on the pass please 😁 if you know what I mean. Shrooms burger $14 (top dollar for a very simple burger), small chips $5, dipping sauce $2. $21 all up. Overall, not good value for money. I won't be rushing back there anytime soon. I’ll give this place a 5 star rating just based on the food alone. The burgers are amazing. Super tasty. I’d seen this chain interstate and never tried it. Saw a photo of the burgers on Instagram and they reminded me of shake shack so in I went to try it out. Glad I did. Delicious. Fairly expensive though and beware it has a 15% surcharge on public holidays. Service was a bit sloppy but it was newly opened so you’d expect a few teething issues. Interior decor is nice. Somehow they’ve made it feel like an outdoor joint with the theme and indoor plants whilst being an indoor joint. I had the classic stack which is the classic burger with a mushroom/cheese patty extra. That mushroom/cheese thing is amazing

Betty's is one of the newest burger shops to open in Adelaide and already one of the best. The burger menu is small (beef, chicken, pork and mushroom) with a few variations. Burgers are American style all with tomato and lettuce and they are all delicious! The staff are super friendly and the food comes out really quick. If you have room after they do great ice creams (concretes). There is generally a line, but it moves quick and is worth it!

I’ve been waiting anxiously for the opening of Betty’s in Adelaide having seen the growing franchise across the Eastern states. The setting was impressive, bright and open with a very classic beach feel. The presentation of the burgers and flavours were great albeit a little on the smaller size compared to many other burger establishments in Adelaide. I did enjoy their signature lettuce hanging from the sides and the fries and sauce condiments were high in flavour. Being our first outing we did try the concrete and it was quite delicious! Not being a big sweet tooth myself I did find it crazy sweet and a bit too much for my palate but for those with the craving of sugar and sweets you are in for one heck of a treat!🍨🍭 I’m looking forward to getting through a few more of Betty’s burgers soon 😍🍔

I have spent the past few months experimenting and trying different items on the menu, and I feel that from this experience I am now a sufficiently experienced individual to be able to give a reliable review of this burger joint. I can confidently rate Betty's Adelaide 6/5 stars based on my experience. I have tried different burgers, and my personal favourites are Betty's Deluxe, Betty's Double, and the Spicy Chicken. The burgers are consistently crafted to excellent standards, made with soft buns, fresh ingredients and juicy patties. My partner and I also really enjoy the thin fries because we feel it has the perfect balance of crisp, softness and salt. Their customer service is impeccable - they are always happy to accommodate our different requests, and are very warm and welcoming when dining-in. We frequently order our burgers to go via the app, and they consistently make up our orders in short time. The only thing holding me back from giving Betty's Adelaide a full 7 out of 5 stars would be their delivery range - we feel the measly 10 kilometre radius that is currently set is honestly appalling. I mean, come on, Betty's. There are people living outside of this radius craving for their weekly fix of Betty's Burgers but needing to drive into the city just to pick it up. Sure, this limitation is probably holding us back from buying the burgers everyday, but that just means better business for you right? So hear me out Betty's - either deliver further out, or even open up an establishment in Westfield Marion maybe? I think that's a fantastic idea, and definitely not because Westfield Marion is more accessible to me Regardless, I think Betty's is a fantastic burger joint, and would recommend everyone to try it out. Oh, and it's halal as well!

The food was pretty good, however it lacked an essential element to create the perfect meal. It lacked concrete. After hearing the name Betty's Burgers and Concrete Co. I was extremely excited to bite down into the savoury crunch of solid concrete. However this excitement was crushed when I found out that the diner didn't sell 'literal concrete.' The burger was of incredible quality. It contained delicious meat, fresh salad, and flavour filled condiments, but it didn't have any concrete. I believe I have made my point that the lack of concrete destroyed the vibe set by the restaurant's first impression.

Fantastic, burgers taste really "fresh" and clean, if that makes sense. Fried chicken is perfectly cooked, could do with a little more sauce though. Chips are basically identified to McDonald's, so if that's your thing then you'll love them. Had one of the "concrete" dessert cups @!$ unfortunately it melted very quickly in only 25 degrees, it was extremely rich and I had to share it, too much for one, also wouldn't work well for takeaway. Will definitely come back.

Great Decor. Okay burgers. Average service. I had been looking forward to visiting Betty’s since there opening and got a chance to dine this week. It’s quite busy due to fringe festival so expect long queues and waiting. I absolutely loved the decor, the vibes and lively environment. When we walked in, there were several tables available but the staff was for some odd reason filling up the benches first and tables were being kept available for I don’t know who. I did like the ordering booth, it reminds me very much of shake shack. Food was served rather quickly which was great but one common issue with all burger spots is how they wrap the burgers. The steam from hot food make the buns soggy and fall apart which is never a great experience. I was expecting better quality. In my opinion, the beef burgers are good but the fried chicken was bland and not that crunchy! Overall an average experience, i hope they can make burgers that can hold together in the future.

I will be back as I enjoyed the food but I hope they can improve some things and make it better value for what you get. Besides some new staff not knowing what to say to their customers and having a rude tone, if i was a fresh face i would certainly not come back. Having to stand the whole time while looking though the menu the first thing we would do is judge make a quick decision to either leave or pick anything not properly looking at the menu which can lead to not liking any of it, but since I'm a regular the food was excellent and the drinks were fantastic and after that i relax with my family. I visited with a friend and we had a couple of burgers. The food was good. The staff were great. They gave me the wrong change but promptly fixed it up. I thought that it was a bit wierd that fries needed to be ordered separately at a cost of $5 but that is not an issue. However, I noticed that a lot of packaging is being used which is a shame. The burger came in a box, the sauce was in a mini sauce pot and the drink came in a disposable cup. It would be great if the owners can focus a bit more on the aspect of sustainability.

Friendly and fast service, food serving sizes are probably a little under the average, however the prices somewhat reflect this. With most (including myself) people’s tendency to overeat the sizes are probably actually doing us a favour. I had the spicy chicken burger which what I have rated at 4/5 it had decent flavour but probably lacked a little in the chilli department. I also had onion rings which were again a modest serve but quite nice in terms of quality. The smaller servings allowed me to try a dessert (the peanut butter brittle) which was beautiful. If google would allow I’d actually give a 4.5 star review as they probably don’t deserve only 4 stars, however I usually only give 5 stars to establishments that I think are above and beyond

Half way through a burger, I found a big fluff of lint, presumably off someone's clothes. It was pretty gross, however the staff was kind about replacing it and was apologetic too. A good response to an awkward situation. There was a sweets bar which I didn't try too, so no comment about that, but worth considering if you wanna go. I'm personally not going back as I know better places that I trust wouldn't have lint in their burgers. That said, I recommend confirming what I say for yourself, best opinion is your own when it comes to food.

Heard great things, and was disappointed. I ordered takeaway and waited 30 minutes and until I got my food. They told me I had to still wait for my shake. I waited and eventually asked to cancel the order, after I watched three people standing around trying to figure out what was wrong with the dishwasher instead of processing drink orders. When I cancelled my order, the man serving checked and said my shake was ready (he actually was very apologetic that I had been waiting and they had forgotten to give me the order) so I took it and left. It was completely melted. I was so annoyed that I’d wasted my time and money and left with a melted shake, cold hard chips, and a soggy burger.

Got to try Betty's for the first time in Melbourne but, as I was in a rush then, I couldn't enjoy the place. A recent visit to the new Adelaide branch finally afforded me the chance to take the ambiance in. Lovely 50s pop art deco setup combined with a relatively large American diner menu made for a great dining experience. I sat by the al fresco windows starting onto the road. The Deluxe Burger wasn't mind blowing but still excellent. Loved the freshly cooked onion rings.

This was the second Betty's Burgers that I have been to (the first being in Chermside Brisbane) and the quality of the burgers is good. I had the Betty's Classic (double beef) and found that the buns ended up soggy near the end. The burger was tasty and the serving size of the burger and chips was perfect. Walked out feeling satisfied. My partner had the single patty burger but with a gluten free bun and she said that the bun was just delicious. Great place for gluten intolerant people to dine as well as they have dedicated area for coeliacs.

Oops, burger almost slipped right out of my hands, the outside of the bun was so slimey... Tasty beef burger, good fries even though they were luke-warm. Not many customers in at 830 on a Saturday night but started to fill up a bit as we were leaving. Might return to see if the slimey burger bun was a one time thing or always oily but need to save up or take out a loan first.
