Yummy
The grilled Coorong Mullet is fabulous.
Do go early, they are popular and can sell out of some fishy things. This is also licensed, and I hear does good coffee.

Arriving at the friendly looking, bright blue Coorong Cafe, we were greeted by a happy spread of tables and friendly staff who made us feel welcome and cheerfully took our orders.
The food was prepared quickly, but with no compromise on quality. It was hot and tasty and made with fresh ingredients. This resulted in wonderful flavours and a very tasty meal.
I would happily recommend The Coorong Cafe to anyone, and will definitely return!

We’ve been here twice - once in September and then April school holidays.
April was the pick as the wind was low. The food is hot and tasty, though we were surprised that only 20% of it is locally sourced. And sold out by the time we had arrived so the local mullet must be the pick!
Views and ambience are great, kids went down to small jetty’s nearby for some fun. Prior we drove to the Murray mouth look out just a few kms away and ran out into the sand as the tide was out along way.
Good fun, clean air, great pictures!
R. D.
Great quality food and the owners always make you feel welcome. They often have live entertainment too.
Warning - no matter what the weather, always take warm clothes as there is usually a freezing cold wind coming off the river. They have set up large hay bales as windbreaks as well.
G. B.
Great setting, good customer service. Hay bales provide a great windbreaker
M. D.
Really good fish and chip and lots of options for fish lovers and other options for people who don’t like fish , table spaced out nice and really good serving sizes.
S. C.
Very nice fish and chips, views were great.
Friend staff with good service.
Definitely worth a visit

Perfect end to a family day out. Fish and chips with an awesome sunset. Looks like we weren’t the only people that knew about this view and food. Car park was full!
Great chips. What topped it off was a choice of beer and wine to enjoy with the food. We sat on the tailgate, ate and had a great time.

Excellent destination if you want to do a drive from the Murraylands or Adelaide. Beautiful fresh food served by very friendly staff. Marvellous seafood with other food for those who don't like seafood. Great location with views of the Murray Mouth. The food van is situated on Hindmarsh Island next to Sugars Beach. Basic tables, chairs and amenities and can be windy but totally worth it.
T. H.
This is a fantastic spot for fish and chips, burgers etc. Sometimes hard to find a table because its very popular on weekends so take a couple of camp chairs or a picnic blanket and enjoy. Its also licensed which is a plus!
C. P.
Fantastic fish and chips with excellent choice and range. Great spot, highly recommend you drop by.
L. J.
Great food great choice great prices cannot fault it.
T. M.
Food was delicious prawns and chips best chips I’ve had in a long time! Very windy but that just added to the experience!
M. H.
Excellent atmosphere excellent fish and chips very well run keep up the good work.

Great place . It is casual but the food is good. Coorong Mullet we had. We sat on a table really close the water and it was just lovely. They had sheltered places to sit also. Can take your own chairs and table if you want. They sell achocol as well as cool drinks. I think they have a toilet also but don't think there more than one so make sure you go in Goolwa somewhere like we did.

These guys are legends. Put on a band for New Years Eve. Great food and awesome people.
J. Y.
Great atmosphere with a core of classic meal options that are simple but done well.
W. C.
Beautiful food, amazing service and friendly staff, plus a beautiful view!
Thankyou Coorong Cafe! 😋
P. S.
Fresh tasting, nice chips, served with wine overlooking the water
K. C.
Great seafood, great customer service and the location is fantastic. Enjoy a drink and live music on a Sunday, you have to visit.
M. W.
Great view . A short wait for food is well worth it.
B. B.
The fish is nice but they don't cater for families at around $11 for a serve of fish (no chips). Setting and sunset is lovely.
I. S.
Great at the Murray Mouth great fish and chips had a beer wine available they do coffee hot chocolate hamburgers bute service lovely setting
K. H.
Despite the wind the cafe is in a beautiful location serving excellent fish n chips. Haven't eaten my way through the menu just yet but plenty of choices on offer. Congrats to the hardworking staff.
K. &. B. W.
Lovely relaxed evening with good fish and chips.
A. W.
Great location. Average food friendly serving staff. Good music but too loud to talk over.
t. g.
The fish is goood! Have to buy chips separately which is kind of a disappointment. Other than this i would recommend you to try!
S. T. W. (.
In a beautiful Coorong location. Great fish with crispy, non-fatty batter. Two good sized pieces per serve. We both had Butterfish. Plenty of chips in a small serve although they were just a little dry. All outdoor seating. Guarantee you won't be disappointed if you pay this unique place a visit.
K. N.
Very lonely and empty looked like a funeral service and no one turned up
M. G.
Best fish we've had in years!
J. M.
Fantastic Fish and Chips, the local mulloway was some of the best we have ever had
B. B.
Full service pop up fish & chips & burgers. Try local fresh caught fish. Many menu options.
P. N.
For something different and casual, this is a great hidden breakfast or lunch experience. Right on the Murray Mouth with great views of the Coorong, eating is an outdoor affair on tables and chairs set along the Coorong. The fish and chips from an established food truck are tasty. This is a casual dining experience so don't expect anything fancy but expect good service, food and coffee.
S. W.
Fish and chips are delicious. Staff are friendly and the location is picturesque.
S. M.
Quirky little popular caravan/cafe setting near the Murray mouth. Friendly service and tasty feed. Great for something different.
P. M.
Well cooked fish and chips to be enjoyed at the waters edge
T. C.
The range has expanded in recent months. Great to see they now offer grilled fish. This little eatery is all about location. A reasonable serve of fish and chips at the Mouth of the Murray.
W. W.
Quaint but busy little Cafe, well positioned.
