A good KFC with friendly staff offering good Customer service. The Zinger Stacker burger is delicious, it has an amazing sauce! This Burger will fill you up. I love the Tenders Meal Box and I'm glad I can add extra Wicked wings to compliment it. The hot chips are thick cut and lightly salted. The gravy has plenty of flavour too. The drive thru is efficient with ordering and the wait is minimal.

Asked for a zinger box with extra salt on the chips. didnt end up getting extra salt on the chips and the zinger burger had a pube in it. The pube tasted great though. edit - Went back and got molested by one of the cooks

Ordered off this restaurant a month or 2 before Christmas and they stuffed my order up. They are extremely busy most of the time but wasn't happy at the time so I rang up and complained. Manager added me to a list for orders like normal for replacement although I did not go down and get it. Went in there today and wasn't expecting it to be honoured as it had been so long but the manager still honoured it for me and I ordered extra as well. So was happy about that. I got home and realised not only had they honoured the replacement but they had given me a few extras as well. Keep up the good work I know with how busy you guys get down there it's not easy to get everything right all the time but this sort of customer service is fantastic after not ordering from there for a few months as it annoyed me just blew me away. Manager was happy to listen to my concerns with the online ordering and pricing and appreciated the feedback. Well done team KFC Noarlunga 😃😇🥲

Do you like fried chicken? Good. Because KFC Noarlunga can serve you some pretty good chicken (most of the time.) With promos and special items always coming and going, you can always try something new without hurting your pocket. The dine in room is always clean whenever I've been. Customer service is average and the wait times aren't long unless you hit the peak hours of ordering. I will say they need to pick up their chip game, have gotten mixed results when it comes to their large chips, high rate of not getting a full box.

Drive through is really quick but is a little confusing if you've ever been to a different store, most stores give you drinks at the first window, but if you pre-pay via the app, you can go straight to the 2nd window.

Just went through drive through. They were under the pump and it's right in dinner rush. Outside is 33degrees so I can only imagine how hot it is in that kitchen. Anyway, my household consists of multiple fussy children and I ordered 4 meals. Each meal was altered annoyingly and I apologised profusely. I was expecting a few errors and wouldn't mind if there was. I was incredibly surprised to find no meal errors, fresh food in every box and we were in and out in about 2 minutes. Nice work KFC Noarlunga u guys have impressed this mum. 5 stars for u guys. Sorry again for all the annoying alterations.

Great service, we had to wait about 10 minutes and they gave us 2 free 1.25L Solos. Trainee was really good, give her a raise. But Elizabeth gave our friends more chicken so Idk what to say about that.

In short: Ordered via Menulog, and it was swiftly delivered for about $7.95. The food was hot and delicious! In long: Delivery saved the hassle of wasting petrol and screwing up the atmosphere, and driving would have cost more than the delivery fee cost me (never mind insurance etc.!). Pretty much the same delicious food you would grab at a KFC, in my case popcorn chicken, burger, chips and a 600ml Solo! Not a single complaint about any of the above!

The customer service is excellent here. As soon as you go through the driveway and get to the speaker, a very polite man asks for your order. Then someone completely different repeats your order back to you. I thought it was a joke for a while but then I realized the man's voice is pre-recorded. I'm not sure how I feel about this, as it seems to be a bit like cheating in the customer service game. Otherwise I have had no real complaints regarding the food quality and service provided at this establishment.

Only 2 customers in the store when I entered and they were already eating their food but it still took over 10 minutes to get my small order. As I entered the store I noticed some sauce splattered on the floor near the entrance. Before I placed my order I pointed out the potential danger of the sauce on the floor and I salesperson said she would see to it immediately. Ten minutes later, I left with my order and the mess had still not been cleaned. This is not a very good thing. It should have been cleaned immediately to avoid any possible accidents.

Look, it's a KFC so you know what you're getting, though some are obviously better than others. This one is on the better than average KFC side of things. Haven't had any trouble with an order from this one, as I have with several others. As a company, not as good as it used to be by a country mile, but as an individual store, it's a good one as KFC's go.

Fillets here are some of the best in South Australia. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that they consistently stuff up the type of fillets. We always specify original fillets and quite often they give us zinger fillets
