Outstanding burgers that remind you of the burgers you get in the US. The bacon is crispy American style which is a nice change from the usual Aussie style. The staff are very friendly too and it's run by an American guy who knows his stuff. We will definitely be back.

Great atmosphere, amazing bacon. Went to Winters Burgers for dinner one night, recommended by a family friend as the top place to go down south for a good bite. Have never had bacon as good on a burger. Medium wait on the food, but well worth it. Staff were very welcoming and helped make the experience what it was.

First time here, was fantastic! Burgers are excellent, fries were that perfect crispyness. We had the south Aussie burger, the tradie burger, Rancho fries and cheesy fries. All were on point. The staff there were super friendly. Will 100% be back 👌

The burgers here are very nice good size and tasty we also had 2 different types of loaded fries which where good but needs to have more sauce on them they taste good but more sauce would have given you a 5 star rating will definitely be back to try some of the other burgers on the menu

Staff were super lovely here! And the premise was nice and clean and inviting! I especially loved the mural on the wall! And getting to the food: The burger I ordered was honestly one of the best I've ever had! I ordered the Tradie Burger, and it was served to me looking like a masterpiece on a plate. Not being a tradie myself, I feel I should now subject myself to a good workout to counter all the mouth-watering cholesterol that was piled into the Burger. But my glob was it worth it! I also ordered the sweet potato fries. I've never had sweet potato fries before so I had nothing to compare to, but the ones served from winter's burgers have set the standard high if I ever order them from somewhere else to compare! I'll definitely be ordering again from here! Keep up the good work :)

Haven't eaten at Winters in a while but will definitely be back more often. Staff have always been lovely here but big props to the two women working front of house tonight, you were both delightful and so professional. Was a slight mix up with my meal that I didn't bother mentioning as I knew they were busy and it didn't really bother me. However, they realised their error and brought me a new correct meal despite the fact I had practically finished the first one. Really appreciated that effort!! Highly recommend for the best burgers and service :)

Updating my previous 5 start rating from 3 years ago, sadly. We used to absolutely love this place and their cheeseburgers but they've changed to a new burger bun which is dry and nowhere near as nice/fluffy as the old one. The bigger issue is the huge waiting times/lack of good communication via phone. We literally had call 3x tonight (finally getting through) and last week we called 5x on the one night but never got through. We called at 7pm so they were open. The staff are always run off their feet, itching to get off the phone so much that they literally leave things off our order in their haste to wrap up the phonecall. I think a bigger place with more staff would help immensely with the service. Sad to update my review but hopefully they consider our feedback.

The most amazing burgers you will ever eat. This is place is our regular take out choice. Last night we thought we'd try the halloumi fries and wowee everyone loved them, so now we'll have to get them everytime aswell as the best chips going around.

Excellent burger, onion rings and halloumi fries. Quality was amazing. On holiday from Melbourne, and wish we had this place locally. I had the ranchero burger. Bacon was crispy, just like back home in the US. The onion rings and halloumi chips were battered perfectly. Highly recommend this burger joint!

Gluten Free options on almost all the menu only a couple not. Gluten free Buns and the staff totally understand being celiac. Thankyou. It is so nice to enjoy take away food especially a hamburger.

Bit of a hit and miss, if you get their cheeseburger and chips, you will NOT be let down ! Tastes absolutely amazing and the chips are so good, definitely get a bag/large! You will finish it all. However, their crispy chicken burger, buffalo wings were a huge let down. The buffalo wings had no taste and it was very obvious that they were not fresh, and had no sauce, just tasted like reheated 1-week old chicken. I guess it does depend on your preferences but the cheeseburger is my go-to!

Amazing onion rings and chips. The Winter's sauce was great but the burger was disappointing. I ordered the vego burger and it was practically just a slab of pumpkin on a bun, for a burger the same price as one with meat it should be more filling/protein packed than pumpkin on a burger.

Really nice crunchy chips! I like that the veg options aren’t your standard mushroom or chickpea burger - and that they have a roasted pumpkin as the chunk of the burger. I also added a pineapple to my burger which was delicious!!

By far the best burger shop down south! The staff are always very friendly and greet you with a smile. They have a great range of burgers too. Chicken, beef, and other veg options. Plenty of chips selections, including some covered in cheese and various sauces. Which are all very nice. Overall 10/10 and it’s now our regular.

These burgers were pretty bloody tasty but unfortunately the overall experience was let down by poor service. We ordered two burgers and a bag of fries to take away, we waited around 40mins for our order with no acknowledgement from the staff - the restaurant itself had about three tables and two waiting for T/A so there didn't seem to be cause for such a long wait. By the time we got our food, it seems the chips had been ready a while and were lukewarm when we got them. Disappointing to not have staff warn us about the wait time, or even thank us/apologise for the wait time. The bag of chips was a disappointing size for two hungry bellies. All in all, the food was yum but still not sold one whether it was worth the wait?

Nics (now winters burgers) never cease to amaze! Every burger we have eaten here has been great! The meat always tastes so good and the sides are great. The staff are always super friendly which is nice! Definitely the best burger place down south! Always recommend!

Hmm masks are a problem .. for hearing and ID .. Went home last night with wrong order .. sorry .. Perhaps staff should re read order as they give order to customer .. Will go back one day soon any try again .. Still got 2 burgers and chips which was roughly equivalent to order wanted 🙄😓

This is obviously a new business and they're giving it a red hot go and that's the only reason I'm giving it 5 stars otherwise I couldn't give more than 3. Operating hours are erratic and nonsensical. Overstaffed and underutilised. Waiting time was 30 minutes for a small burger which was $15+ and should've been $11-$12. Potentially look at doing some local Facebook marketing (audience insights), try to get seating out the front of your shop to create an ambience as the shop lacks presence. These are just a few ideas, but I'm sure if you take on constructive feedback from your customers, your business will go from strength to strength. Cheers
