Great food, friendly staff. Felt a little understaffed but the girl who served us was working very hard. Great presentation and it tastes pretty good too. Overall pretty good experience.

I just had the BEST salad from Burger Urge Rockhampton, and what's even more AMAZING is it was delivered by Uber Eats, warm, fresh and beautifully packed and dished out. Highly recommended. Great job team, keep up the great work I will definitely been ordering again! I even rang to let the staff know how amazing it was, and they guy I spoke to on the phone was happy and so nice. The food has always for me been consistently really delicious in looks and taste staff always friendly with a smile 😃. Although the IT staff has alot to be desired as trying to join with the new bite club but can't for unknown reason been working with the management and still to no avail please let me join 🥺🥺🥺.

Just had lunch here with Mum and my brother and it was utterly delicious. I eat here weekly and it never gets old. I'm not vegan or vegetarian but I tell you what, you'll never have better hot rabbit food anywhere. Onion rings are love and the milkshakes are life.

Reasonable burgers. We had a chicken burger and I have surely seen thicker meat than that. Wouldn’t recommend the $6.5 drink and fries upgrade. It only included a kids version of lukewarm fries.

We had dinner here while on holidays, the burgers tasted fresh, were put together well making them easy to eat. Look forward to finding a Burger Urge closer to home. Hope the service at our local is as good as the Rockhampton location.

Eaten here a number of times. Burgers are tasty and typically could not fault the place. Price is a little steep, but quality of food and atmosphere overshadows that. Noticeable decline in quality as of 13/12/19. Noticeable extended wait on meals, food warm at best, presentation noticeabley declind.

The herbivore burger was actually filling unlike alot of vego options at others places but the choc Milkshake with the almond milk was a let down. Maybe buy a different plant based milk like oats or something. Reckon almond is the worst tasting option

Burger was good, chips were definitely a highlight of taste, however the amount of chips for the price offering is close to a rip off. The restaurant would be better with a hand cleaning station. I had to visit the bathroom to clean my hands.

You won't leave feeling hungry but quality of burger really differs based on who is cooking. It's a bit of a flip of the coin. Macca's is consistent whereas Burger Urge is either great or not so great. Plus cost can add up quick when you feed a couple of people. 4 burgers and sides your looking at North of $60. Also wings are always dry and terrible.

The burger was the best burger I've ever had, the chips are super tasty, the waitress was incredible with kids and the customer service is exceptional but the price is a little steep but it's definitely worth the incredible and unique taste 5 starts would reccomend😋👍
