Take away family lunch during lockdown. Amazing flavours and bang-for-buck as always. Grilled chicken fillet was huge and lean with plenty of add-on jalapeños. Wife’s vegan burger was a hit too. Such consistent quality (from this original store and West End)!

Had a bit of an order bungle-up where I received someone else's food by accident. Called the store, they were straight on making sure another lot of my order was being prepared and included some extra goodies for the inconvenience. First review I slammed this place as having dropped standards. I've since returned and have to say they are once again spot on. Service is friendly, welcoming, not patronizing and helpful with an obvious knowledge of the menu and ordering system. The burgers are bang on point. Hot, full of flavor and made with whole fresh ingredients. The fries are second to none, hot crispy and seasoned perfectly. On the downside were the smudged and grubby tables and condiment box. We waited a little while for our food but it was a definite sign as to how much better they've become and hence how busy they are. If the staff weren't busy serving customers they were bringing the food to the table. There was also a lot of paper going to waste with excessive packaging for those opting to "dine in". But if you're looking for value and a damn good burger joint, try the Getta Burger are Carina, surely a flag ship for the rest of the franchise.

Have visited Getta Burger on several occasions for a bit of a treat on a big weekend. The Burgers have always been great and the recent menu change to give you a choice in sizes was a great addition. I love the variety that the weekly specials bring and often will pop in and try one where I can. The shop is small but the staff give you prompt and polite service which is a big bonus. If I ever fancy splurging for a good big burger I will always go to Getta for it!

The burgers at Getta Burger are absolutely fantastic! I cannot fault their food whatsoever. Their filthy fries are some of the best loaded fries I have ever had and in my opinion are arguably their best menu item. However, the service I have received more than once by their register staff has left much to be desired. On more than one occasion the staff have been abrupt, impatient and passive aggressive, notably about splitting the bill. If the staff were more friendly and accommodating then I would have gladly rated 5 stars.

i think Getta Burger match any comers in the flavour side of Burgers. I sometimes wish they had them a little hotter when I buy take-away, but that is a challenge to keep the flavour, the texture the moistness, and the temperature. A lot of places get them sizzling hot, but dry the ingredients out too much. Getta Burger certainly don't do that.

One of the better Getta Burgers I've been to. Staff are usually friendly and will greet you with a smile (although sometimes it looks forced/over the top) Regular choice is either the Getta Boss or BBQ melt with brisket. Sometimes the brisket is tender and falls apart. Other times it's like tough rubber. Chips I had from there recently tasted a bit stale. They always seem to be well stocked with good root beer.

Wouldn't say my experience was amazing. The burger I ordered "getta filthy" with a filthy mix of smoked brisket, maple bacon, pulled pork and grilled onion was barely noticeable. The serving they put on it was a tablespoon of it. When I opened my burger there was one visable piece of pork, 2 tiny squares of bacon.. Very disappointed.

I love Getta Burger. It's always a treat for me. Their burgers are big and messy, but juicy and full of flavour. They usually have a Burger of the Month and I got the Holiday burger - pulled pork, fried chicken, cheese etc. I got a regular and I'm happy and absolutely stuffed. I introduced my Wife who had the Getta Lot on GF we also "shared" Halloumi and fries. My Wife prefers Grilled but at the same cost for half the volume and, imo, half the taste I'll always come back to Getta. Staff here were friendly too.

While i cannot be certain it seemed as if people ordering via uber eats got placed closer to the middle of the order queue rather than at the end it felt i like i had waited almost 50 minutes for two burgers with fries. Delicious flavours of the burgers. Sauce is amazing! We have visited twice and both times the burger Pattie was a little on the black side. The burger says it comes with a pickle but it is a thin slither of a pickle. Shame as a few extra slithers would be great. The chicken piece in the kids meal was real chicken breast but over fried and black on the outside. My children would not eat it as it was very hard. Great location and lovely vibe and staff. Chips are delicious. Similar flavour to nandos peri peri but Maccas style chips. If I could give an extra half star I would. 3 & 1/2

Honestly getting worse with every visit. Not restricted to any one store. More frequently patties are dry, bland. If you get mozza cheese sticks 90% of the time it is an empty shell of crumbs, impressive how frequently this happens. If you order through Uber eats it's even worse, you get a big, stone cold burger. Flavourless and sad ☹. Hurts cause these guys used to be crazy good.

Tonight myself and 8 mates all ordered at once at the same time as well a bunch of other customers. There was only 2 workers doing all, counter service, cooking, table service and various amounts of other customer service and they didn't miss a beat. Even when I made a comment that they appeared short staffed instead of taking the opportunity to have a cry, ole mate blew it off and punched on. Food was great and delivered in a timely manner ( considering constraints) and we all had a great time. the owner should give these 2 workers a pat on the back. We will be back again!!
