I love grilled burguers, ordered the zuchinni chips thinking they were healthy, the amount of oil they came with was amazing i had to take a photo, definitely not healthy chips

Great service! I had an issue with our order through a delivery app, called up the store while they were making the order and spoke to a manager called "Jamie" I think. He was so lovely and although I think it was an issue with the app he was super helpful. Called again when the order arrived as there was something missing. Spoke to "Georgia" who was, once again, so helpful. Simple mistake was made and the first one was either myself or an issue with the delivery app and the second was a confusion through 2 orders with the same name. But both times the managers and staff were lovely. 10/10 for customer service. The burgers were great and the staff are the best

Dined in for daughter's birthday. She is vegan and ordered a meat free, mayo free burger 🍔. Ordered through the app and specifically selected NO mayo. The burger arrived with mayo😔 and they forgot one of our drinks so don't think they read the orders properly. Also ordered the chips to share for $15.50 which included sweet potato, zucchini and regular chips with 3 dips. There were about 5 each of sweet potato and zucchini chips in a cup so quite a small portion. My other daughter enjoyed her burger. I found mine ok, not my fave. Four burgers, shared chips and 4 drinks = $90. Service was reasonably quick for a busy night.

Trevor and the team did a fabulous job during my visit! Despite an almost packed dine in, ton of takeaway orders and a never-ending stream of delivery drivers on the go, staff were courteous and professional and managed the added technology issues with high level of decorum. Congratulations Grill'd this is one establishment you should be extremely proud of!

Very good quality burgers for a chain store. Got beef, lamb, chicken, vegetarian and pork belly burgers, plus different kinds of salads. Reasonable price. Staffs are nice. The chips are epic. And I like it supports the community.

Was a disappointment. Chips cold, took a long while to get order and then the wrong burger came out. Had to eat mine before it was cold too and was nearly finished when replacement vege patty burger arrived. Small for $16 burger with no sides. Tasted excellent. Not value for money. Absolutely amazing staff are very friendly an they accommodate you in anyway they can! As a person that is gluten intolerant they will accommodate you with different breads and show you what you can have such as breads and sauces which is excellent! I would recommend this restaurant any day to everyone it is a great location for family as well And did I mentioned they do alcohol as well which is cool! I'm located in Hervey Bay and I wish there was a store like this down here however every time I come in to Brisbane the first thing I do and the last thing I do is to stop by this awesome restaurant! Staff were hard-working and very busy even though it looked like the place wasn't anywhere near full. Got charged extra for an item on the burger that I agreed to when asked but was not informed that it was charged as an extra cost. Other wise burger was tasty and very large. Meat was not as tender as the $10 burger, chips and drink at Rode Rd Nundah corner shop.

Food has always been quick to come out and consistently good. On my last visit, I also had a very positive customer service experience. The wrong burger came out due to a miscommunication at ordering, the staff member who delivered the food organised a refund without any hassle.

You need a new driver. I ordered a salad for myself and the tomato was missing in action but drowning in lettuce. My sons ordered two burgers. Delivery time quoted was 5.30pm, then 5.20, then 5.25, then 5.30, then 5.35. Drivers GPS then states he is delivering another order. Around 5.45 we were still waiting for a delivery on 'bicycle'. Minutes later a man rushed out from the end of the walkway near our home. He was lost and holding a food delivery parcel. After we took delivery off him he went back to the walkway. Not sure where ones 'bicycle' went or was. Our food was barely warm. The chicken on my salad was almost cold. My sons said the burgers were 'okay, barely warm'. I ordered from you guys weeks ago and the burger I got was fantastic, huge but fantastic so I know how great you can be but tonight's order was disappointing. I hope deliverer finds his bike. Cheers.

Scrummy burger and sauces! Super fast delivery of meals. Great casual place to go for lunch. Zen Hen burger was super tasty with Satay Sauce and fresh coriander, and it didn't feel like I was l loading up on saturated fat. Kids burger options were a hit too, and included real salad ingredients.

Grilled is one of the best burger places I've been to. The food tastes great and is fresh. The staff are lovely and I always feel well looked after when eating here. Would have given 5 stars but the food is a little pricey. Overall I would still recommend grilled to any of my friends that are craving a good burger.

The hburger is too big and has too many sludgey sauce. it looks like a goop man from the movie Flubber starring "robin willlaism" is coming out!!. ArghhhArghhh its alive! arghhhh is what i was saying!! S o anyways this one time i was doing a social experiment where i put down my redbull and it started spinning around and it was haunted. Great service, and as always, the food from grill'd never disappoints. Fresh food and there is actual meat on the Burgers, not like some other franchisees. Prices aren't going to be the lowest, but it's definitely worth it,considering the experience. I wont think twice to come back.

The hamburger was very tasty. Had one of there standard burgers, with a snack size of chips and a Pepsi to wash it all down. The chips were tasty and went well with the tomato relish dipping sauce. Staff knew what they were doing and directed customers accordingly. Once I had finished my meal the severe was quick to collect my plate and thank me for my patronage. The community support the business offers is also great. Every time you order, of your order goes towards a community organisation of your choosing.

I've been there twice and both times was good. Large proportion of serving, service is reasonable fast, tasty beef and chips. Just be aware their price is a bit dear than popular fast-food burger chain. Dinner time is always busy, sometimes you do have to have because of limited sitting capacity.

Went to this Grill'd for the first time last week and I was pretty dissapointed myself but my partner loved his burger. I feel as my burger (the simon says) was quite flavourless. The potato chips were so good which i would definitely go back for as they were so flavoursome and cooked well Although I did love the sweet potato wedges, there was less than 10 for $5 which I think is ridiculous but I really wanted sweet potato so i got them The sweet chilli mayo was divine especially with the chips so that's good! I will go back and try something new and will just see how it goes next time

Yummy and delicious burgers at a reasonable price. The chips are really really good, and they fill you up alone. I would also recommend trying the avo chips. It's a shame this restaurant doesn't have the vibe of the new dining precinct at this Westfield.

Always tastes great. I had the Simon Says as usual and my hubby had his bacon and cheese burger. I did notice that my bun was smaller so therefore everything else was less than usual. Im not sure if this is a Chermside difference or a new change in all Grill'd. Will try again in a different location and report back.

Great food however their advertising of the burgers could be much better done and the customer experience was somewhat lacking in the contact between customer and employee however almost all of their downfall was made up in the food quality, they have simply spectacular food and it is definitely worth a visit.
