Had a wonderful evening out catching up with friends. Lovely burgers and chips. Few mix ups but quickly sorted. Staff were helpful chairs comfortable. Definitely recommend for a guilt free visit.

After a negative initial experience with this particular restaurant, I was extremely impressed with my next visit. The manager Brandon was incredibly helpful and apologetic. Very pleased with the customer service from him and his team! Also the garden goodness and zucchini chips are the best. I could eat them every day.

Girlfriend went inside to order while I stayed outside sitting at a table. About 2 minutes later one of the service staff came by to rudely ask if I'm a client of grilled for sitting at one of their tables. Food was still good. Just the experience was ruined.

Tried out a few of their wagyu burgers thanks to a recent 50% off deal for Relish members, and also got some chips to share: * Wagyu Wunder, $15.90 - premium wagyu pattie with Dijon mustard, pickle, aged cheddar, Spanish onion, tomato sauce & egg mayo. * Bonfire BBQ, $15.90 - premium wagyu pattie with native Davidson plum barbeque sauce, crispy bacon, Dijon mustard, pickle, aged cheddar, Spanish onion & egg mayo. * chips share plate, $14 - Grill'd Chips, sweet potato chips & zucchini chips. Served with a trio of chip dips (sweet chilli mayo, herbed mayo & chipotle mayo). Maybe I'm too used to having cheaper beef patties in my burgers but I wasn't won over by the Wagyu ones in these burgers. Of the two, both wifey and I preferred the Bonfire BBQ - I think the BBQ sauce made the difference. Overall fairly nice, but I'd probably lean towards one of the non-wagyu ones as a first preference. Enjoyed the chips and dips. Minor quibble being that the zucchini chips weren't the best batch we've had - batter was all falling off the zucchini and all stuck together. But taste wise still decent. All in all a hefty and satisfying feed for under $23.

New ribs are great, relatively cheap and meat well cooked. Had some sliders which were also perfectly fine. But my favourite thing in the entire world, the zucchini chips, were salted into absolute oblivion. I even sat there and wiped off the visible salt. Even so, inedible. So upset about it!

I originally went here to get a good spot to see the Chinese New Year fireworks happening in the area. Decided to order The Queenslander burger & a Chicken Cesar Salad. Both were magnificent. Very tasty. The Queenslander burger in particular was my favourite. It was stacked tall with all its ingredients but held firm when I ate it. Service was fast, even though it was a busy Thursday night with most tables full.

Plus their community contributions and awareness raising are a great model. Could really do with sorting out the aircon though on these hot days- too hot to eat there, took the food into the centre instead

I'd give them five stars if they still had the Field Day burger, but none of the other veggie options are near as good. Apparently the beyond meat tastes like real meat, but I don't like the taste of meat…

I've been to a few grillds during my time. Nothing compares to the quality of service I received at Grilld garden city. I cannot speak more highly of this restaurant. The way it's run is like a well oiled machine. The staff were all so polite. Special thanks to the Greek boy with the strong legs who was so passionate and enthusiastic- was very beautiful to see.

Always a reliable place to eat, but rarely my first pick. There aren't many vegan options that are made on whole-foods, only beyond patties. I always get a Garden Goodness (subbing the mayo and cheese) and that is 10/10 but have eaten it too much and now would love to try a different vegan burger. The fries are always crispy, atmosphere is always lively, and the staff are on top of their game no matter what store you visit, it's a great place to eat!! (on the occasion that I'm down for another Garden Goodness haha)

Wow, absolutely went above and beyond for us tonight! The restaurant was super clean, the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful, and the food was so fresh and delicious. Thanks to their wonderful manager Brandon and the very kind supervisor Josh and the rest of the amazing team for looking after us tonight. Really busy most weekend lunchtimes, so expect to wait a while for your burgers. The new Beyond (mostly) vegetarian range is really tasty, although I'm still a little bemused by the addition of bacon as standard to one of them. Staff are lovely here, no matter how busy they get.

Love the outside area it is relaxing and quiet. The burgers are always tasty! My favorite of all is the sweet potato chips! Superb!!

Grill’d burgers are great, but this store makes them extra special. The customer service is really good. I usually come in alone after work and everyone’s very pleasant and they don’t care if you are eating alone (something that should be normal, but some restaurants low-key judge you) lol. Unfortunately our sweet potato chips were half raw and you could tell that the company didn’t put any passion into creating the vegan burgers as the cheese was not melted and it didn’t taste amazing but rather bland compared to vegan burgers at other places! Really great service from the staff here, and they prepared our food really well. There is a guy who works there who always makes sure we are comfortable, even suggesting us a table closer to the heater when we were cold! If you want to come for dinner when there aren't as many people, the best time to visit is around 5:45pm. Starts filling up from about 7pm.

My brother and I ordered through menulog and when we opened our meals we had found a 15 dollar gift card and an extra drink with a note apologising they didn't have the flavour drink we ordered. Amazing service. About 8 years ago my brother and I were in the restaurant and the manager offered us anything for free if we sang to the song that was on, we did and we received free food. I'm only giving 3 stars because the staff deserve 4.... unfortunately the food only deserves a 2.. .. well the chips were okay but the burgers..... For the price paid I'd recommend going elsewhere. Atmosphere was ok. Very clean place and staff very good. If it wasn't for the staff being so friendly and helpful the place would go broke I'm sure.

Love Grill'd. The food is great. I really love the low carb bun. For a wheat free option it's great; not gritty or gummy. My favourite is the chilli addict. All the chips are great. It can take a bit of a while to get your food if it's busy, but the food is made to order so we just play one of their games or have a beer while we wait 🙂

Always love the Grill'd burgers and the chicken caeser salad is really nice. We have been going to this store since it opened and it has become a bit of a thing. Grill'd and a movie with the family. It would get the full 5 stars except that from time to time the quality of the food and service slips. It has been good the last few months though.

When I realised and told the staff, the initial follow up was really poor and didn't even offer to refund the error, to be fair I think it was very busy and I think the staff were just flustered. However I took the time to write to the manager for feedback. Nathan was very responsive and went out of his way to correct it immediately. He restored my confidence in there customer service and we will definitely be eating there again soon.

Only learnt that I've been waiting long time for nothing until I made a follow up of my order. They'd said that a customer mistakenly took my order. But prior to that, they never even call my name if my order has already been prepared before someone took it by chance. Though they apologized & somewhat hurriedly made another, the time has been overdue to fill the hungry stomachs. We miss out on the excitement of eating burgers & chips after almost an hour of waiting. This is the first time we're dissatisfied with the service though the food is always in its prime. It's always a 5 star rate but today, the service is really not satisfying. I suggest that both staff & customers check first their takeaways before leaving for everybody's concern.

With every single grilld I've gone to from mount gravatt, browns plains and surfers. They've all been excellent staff, beautiful food, and so generous with their food portions I love coming here and prices are amazing, I love how friendly the staff and helping figure out how to use their app, I always feel welcomed here and always got great quality food to the point I'd have my birthday here! I normally go here however found that the quality has of late has really slipped. I ordered a Caesar salad which came out ice cold and with no cheese and a overcooked egg. Have been to garden city Grill’d many times with my mate Jack usually after a gym sesh for a feed. Burgers, chips and drinks never fail to disappoint. The service is always fast and good. Only comment I could make is the occasional short of napkins, gotta keep that table supply up.

Love the burgers here. Very efficient and friendly service and reasonably priced (5 meals and soft drink for $90). Good ambience with tasteful music, not too loud. I can see why Hoges is pissed with them though, doesn't just say "That's not a knife, this is a knife" on the sleeve for the knives but attributes it to Mick Dundee. Now if that's not an infringement of IP...........

The food is hit or miss, sometimes 5 stars, sometimes 2 stars. Usually have to ask for water about 3 times before it's brought to the table, despite being asked by staff if there is anything they can bring me. Paying extra for sauces is a bit of a rip-off, considering the containers are often only half filled. Overall I feel like everyone is trying their hardest (so kudos to them) but they're overworked and very busy.

Great low carb burgers available. EDIT: Low Carb Super Bun eaten fresh has a crisp edge to it, very tasty and within my daily macros. Highly recommend a Grill'd Low Carb Bun if you want that burger hit - without the carbs that go with it.

Pretty interior, good atmosphere and tasty burgers. They're a bit of a struggle to eat unless you have gigantic mouth though.

Got the big Queenslander burger. It was pretty big, do they have the same burger in other states and call it the same or do they change the name I wonder. I recommend leaving the spike in the burger and eating around it as it helps hold the burger together for longer.
