Best burgers in the city. Gets a bit slowed down when eating in because delivery orders are so popular, but its so worth it. If you're going before a movie at event cinemas, just keep that in mind.

Waited and then was shown to a seat. Then had to go to counter to order. By that time I was in a queue of people who had just walked in without waiting. Was seated where I could see the servery and when the food finally arrived on the counter the server took a great deal of time to open a can of drink, take a slurp whilst having an animated conversation with a person behind the servery. Hands to mouth to napkin to plate and finally food arrived just warm. Won't be coming back. 😞

Lovely waitress asked how our meal was and I said I had ordered the wrong thing (I thought I liked the sweet potato fries but I didn't) and she gave me a free small normal fries :) didn't even take my sweet potato fries back. I love this place it was lovely ❤️❤️

Burgers are a bit expensive and tasteless. Still prefer my Maccas & HJ. Fat is flavour. Tasteless at a huge cost. Service was good. Environment very dimly lit. spacious. next to cinema. parking is ok depending on time and day you go. but i will only go if there is some special deal they offer. otherwise it's burning a hole in the pocket.

Always amazing burgers! We love to grab delivery, take out and eat in store, either way We love! To top it off! Tonight with our order on the Grill’d app I always send kind words to the team and encouragement! When the delivery came I opened the bag and to my surprise they had left a note with a $25 gift card! Out of all the Grill’d establishments, the one in Indooroopilly has the best customer service I reckon. Food was amazing and the environment was so chilled! Definitely one of the greatest Grill’d joints!

I don't know if I love the way the service has changed at Grill'd. It seems more impersonal now, very fast foodie but I guess it is fast food! The burgers are always delicious. The atmosphere is fun but you do feel like you are being churned and burned!

I think this comes down to personal preference, the lighting was dim yellow light and it felt a bit crowded. The burgers were nice but the bun was a bit soft and soggy for my liking. But overall the food was delicious and the customer service was good.

Always delicious, today I had the Bonfire BBQ the flavour was Smokey the BBQ sauce was sweet and very tasty, this burger would have to be my new favourite. The service is fast and friendly and the glasses you get with the bottle of water are actually clean and have no smudges or weird smell to them which is a huge bonus. Thanks Grill'd Indooroopilly!

Grill’d always delivers fresh ingredients, a seasonal menu. What makes the Indooroopilly store so much better than most, is that it always has the kids colouring sheets (with stickers during covid), all crayons look like they are replaced regularly and plenty of sanitizer available. Food is well prepared, if not quick, but that’s okay if they deliver in every other regard. With so much choice, just one floor downstairs and much cheaper, I still prefer to take my kids to Grill’d, where they can get a healthy meal, in a safe establishment.
