Undercooked burger. Terrible chips. Such a shame, as I’ve had Betty’s burgers in other places and they were decent. Lift your game Canberra. UPDATE: the Betty’s burger GM has reached out, and will be passing on the feedback to his store. Also, very nicely offered a refund and voucher. Good work Betty’s Burgers team! Wow! What a place and what an experience. One of the burger joints that I'd recommending to people no matter where I am. Amazing burgers, sauces and the best thing is they accommodate people like looking for halal meals. They agreed to clean the grill and equipments before preparing my order so it doesn't contaminate with the pork. Amazing experience, 5/5 stars.

My 2 friends and I came here not knowing what to eat but Flynn was so helpful and kind, he helped out my friend who needed somewhere to charge her phone and made sure our food was good. He also helped us understand the menu and said what he thought was the best. Flynn definitely deserves a pay rise as he was a legend and I will definitely be coming back as the food was also fantastic. The milkshakes were absolutely delicious and the burgers were the best burgers I have ever had. The size of the burger was just right and the atmosphere was cheery and easy going!

To me and my wife, this is one of the best burgers in Canberra right now. Their burger is not too big, with a very soft bread, the salad is always fresh and they also have amazing concretes which are delicious. My suggestion is to always go for an extra egg on the burgers (most of them doesn't come with it).

Always a good burger from the Betty's chain of restaurants. At this one the staff were friendly and service was quick, even though it was a busy Saturday night. The food was tasty and portion sizes were okay. Price wise, no more expensive than other burger bars. I've been to worse places and paid more for less. Good stuff Betty's.

Hamburger Franchise that opened a few months ago. I believe the Sydney outlet is near Central Station. The fact that it’s a burger joint and the chic interior draws comparisons to Mookie burger down the road but Betty’s menu is sufficiently different so it’s all good. For burgers I’d recommend the Noosa since it’s not everyday you get a prawn burger but I’d say the concretes are the most interesting items on the menu as the flavours are really interesting.

A yummy double cheese burger (filling and very American- style) and peanut butter milkshake (so creamy!). About $16 + $8 For one person that was quite filling. Went at 5pm on a Saturday, plenty of seating at that time and good background music (a bit loud but alright).

The burgers are great but their burger sauce is kinda underwhelming. Fries can be good can be bad depending on freshness. The milkshakes are to die for. I also wish there was refills on coke, with the amount they are charging for post mix.

Betty’s burgers and concrete was amazing! Although you might have to line up, we guarantee you it is well worth the wait! We tried the Crispy Chicken and the Betty’s Deluxe with a side of fries and that amazing Betty’s special sauce, washed down with a vanilla thick shake. We can’t wait to go back there with our cameras to capture those beautiful burgers.

We had takeaway from here and the fries were amazing! The burgers were good too, I think there could’ve been a bit more sauce on it but we had the 2-for-1 deal so it was inexpensive to begin with. The meat was juicy and the bacon was crispy - we can’t wait to try the chicken next time!

Came on a busy Saturday night, had line up for abit but definitely not complaining as social distancing was being maintained in the restaurant. The food and service was great, prices pretty standard for this type of chain. Will come back.

Finally a decent burger joint in the city. Tried the Betty's Classic and its just the right portion. Not too much not too little. Just right when you're in the mood for a burger. Missing one star because of some lacking factors for a perfect burger: burger patties a tad bit dry and buns a little bit too soft.

After hearing all of the rave reviews & wanting to try this venue since it opened I finally had the opportunity last night 27/1/21. The food was absolutely delicious (well deserved raving feedback from others), quick wait time from order to food on the table, and the decor/interior styling of the restaurant is lovely! Some constructive critiscism/negatives that I want to share in hopes of helping the restauarant become the 5 stars the food deserves it to earn are: 1. Signage in the restaurant still displays products that are no longer offered (2x concretes) and doesn't display that they aren't done by Betty's anymore, you are instead told upon trying to order them that they aren't available and we were asked to look at the printed menu instead. A simple sticker over the product signage to say 'not available' would be good for customers. 2. Tables are sat very close to the food pickup points which doesn't make for easy access to get your food upon it being ready. This would therefore not be a wheelchair/walker/disability friendly venue which is a shame considering how good the food is! Will definitely return again!

Betty's burgers is always packed at lunch time and it's little wonder why. The burgers are great value and there's something for everyone (even a vegan burger). Waiting times for eat in can be a little long but try ordering pick up on your fave good app... Works a treat 😄

If the question is burgers and shakes, ole betty has the answer. However if the question is "Are the chips salted?" The answer to that is a swift punch to the throat. Still cleaned my ocean friendly tray and cup though, what a burger.

Burger was nice. For $15 for a burger, the quantity is small. I remember in Sydney their burger were large. Not sure why Canberra is different. $20 for their meal with chips and burger, it was not filling enough. Their chips did not have any seasonings/flavour. first time and their customer service over the phone was pathetic. The lady was saying she could not understand me when there was so much background noise. Rudely she kept hanging up. However the guy who answered my call was able to hear me clearly even with the background noise. I felt the lady was being discriminative if you want to enjoy a nice burger, I would highly recommend Burger Hero in Braddon. Their servings are big and worth the price. Much better than Bettys burger.

Amazing service from the wonderful staff at the Bettys burgers Canberra. My husband and I used to live in Melbourne and we would always see Bettys burgers as we finished eating and were walking home, and always wanted to try it, so when we came to Canberra it was the perfect opportunity to give their burgers a try. After eating we were not disappointed as they were the best chicken burgers we had ever tasted, we then topped it all off with one of the cookie butter and Nutella custards that they had and were also not disappointed. Would definitely recommend this wonderful little burger bar to anyone passing through central Canberra!

It was my first time at Betty's. I had heard good things about it from friends in other parts of Australia. I think it's safe to say that it lives up to the 'hype' for me. I ordered the Shroom Burger and a chocolate thickshake. The burger was very tasty, great sauce and really soft buns (That's what she/he said). Probably the best vegetarian burger I've had in a while. The staff was extremely sweet and cordial too. I know I'll be back to try out other things on the menu. Will be interesting to see if the place still delivers the same service once the hype goes down and the shiny new coat of paint has faded a bit. Anyway .... you've got me hooked, Betty!

Ate at the new Betty’s Burgers & Concrete Co. in Civic today! Great service, great atmosphere, great staff. Burgers were well cooked and salad stuff very fresh and tasty. Concrete custard/ice cream combo was bursting with flavour 🥰 Will be back to try the rest of the flavors!!!
