Impossible that the impossible isn’t meat. Authentic taste and texture that we all love. The staff was amazing even on the holiday weekend. Impressed how other wait staff asked if we needed anything when our waitress was inside. Outdoor seating is exposed but still protected from the weather. We rode out the large storm while finishing our meals (the staff asked us if we wanted to go inside). The fries were done right and burgers were great. The kids options were great too. Satisfied the pallets of the picky eaters. The franchise is good but this location combined with the staff experience has been our best experience to date. The meals were ready in 10 minutes or less which was unexpected considering it was around 6.

Great food. One of the burgers we ordered was over cooked. But the lovely girl with the platinum blonde hair (who provides amazing customer service) fixed it for us! Would recommend for a tasty and quick dinner any night of the week.

Bun too hard but that’s easy to fix: do not warm them or replace for other softer options.That’s part of the texture and texture takes great part in taste. Apart from that the burger was very good. Staff was very friendly and food served timely despite the fact that the venue was busy. No Coke nor variety of beers.

Beyond meat burger - pretty damn close to the real thing! Would recommend if looking to satisfy your meat cravings as a vegetarian/vegan. Really like how flexible they are with the menu, with the ability to sub in and out patties and egg mayo for vegan mayo easily (no extra charge too). Think Grill'd in general are doing a wonderful thing with making meat free Mondays more mainstream. Keep up the good work! Only negative, chips could be crispier and extra $3 for the patty.

I'm a burger man. Ok. That's it. 5 food groups, been all over burgers for 40 years (I've had 2 today). The Mighty Melbourne from Grilled is right up there and maked my top 10. Add some zucchini fries with that Smokey Chipotle sauce... Gold!

Nice setting. Burgers are good. There is a good variety of the burgers. My kid when he was 3 easily could eat the adult sized burger and refused to get ones from kids menu as they didn't have enough stuffing in them (kids burgers with only a meat patty and melted cheese was never up to his taste). They also make good chunky chips and offer a few tasty sauces for them (we tried herb one which we liked). Although chips may be too salty as well as burgers for some people's tastes.

Good selection of burgers and caters for a range of diets (meat, vegan, low carb, etc). Quality of food is consistent and good. Prices are on the upside but justified as you aren't eating at McDonalds. Staff are friendly and service has always been quick and good. They do have a charity selection process that is forced upon the customer when purchasing, which I always find awkward.

Food is usually really good at grill'd and this one is no exception. The store is busy but the staff still manage to provide a really friendly service. Love the chips and dipping sauces and enjoy almost all the different burgers.

My favourite, usually very good, it's always very busy when I come but I don't mind. I have only once gotten a proper hot burger, and it was fantastic when it was hot!! But lukewarm is still delicious. Friendly staff. :)

Grill'd Burgers are delicious. The sauce is very tasty and and the pattie is cooked to perfection in my opinion. The serving is quitr generous and the atmosphere at the outlet in Canberra Centre had a good atmosphere with plenty of seating and lively music playing. The interior decoration is quite stylish.
