Have been there a few times recently and have found the staff to be cheerful and helpful as well as seeming to know what they are doing. There is a good range of burgers available and service is pretty quick. We have had good burgers each time and we will continue to support this crew.

Regular customer. I have never had a bad experience at this location. Staff are always welcoming and friendly. I have quite a memorable experience as one time I requested a joke with my order and I was not disappointed by the result. The fact they went out of their way to complete my request is a sign of the lengths the staff here will go to too make sure you enjoy your visit. On top of all this the food is delicious. I have had a few different burgers and they have always hit the spot.

We went for the meat free Monday deal and I have to say, as a meat eater, I was impressed. The staff was polite and nice and gave us just the right amount of attention without being overbearing. In overall, a great experience and we are likely to visit again.

Wow was very impressed, was expecting an average burger experience but was pleasantly surprised. I had a mini selection of three burgers ( great idea ) and they where so tasty and fresh all distinct from each other in there flavours . I paired that with a trio of chips platter each with there own individual dipping sauces , they were very fresh and the zucchini chips were particularly tasty My server was very pleasant and had a lovely attitude and was very attentive without being over bearing. Very professional approach to this whole experience and I shall return again soon.

It was my first time to Grilld, and I enjoyed a beef brisket burger with zucchini chips and a ginger-lemon kombucha. Overall, a delicious burger that didn't need additional condiments. The chips were flavourful but a wee bit greasy. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the ambience was warm and inviting. Overall, a good experience.

Great burger, love the vegan and gluten free options available, especially the delicious zucchini chips, which I ate every bite of before thinking to take a picture. They were that good! Update: Needed more zucchini chips, and tried set potato today too, took the obligatory odorous photos this time! Don't drool on your screen!

There are some quite ordinary 'branches' of this chain but this is a good one. Food was great, love their healthy burger options and always order the Beyond vegetarian stuff.

Love the veggie and vegan Grill'd burgers however bring back the old mushroom burger! The new mashed mushroom pattie is a pass for me, give me a whole mushroom like the Field Of Dreams used to have. L didn't like his grilled cheese burger, forgot it came without vege. His mistake. Otherwise the beyond meat is a solid choice for a quick bite. Chips could be crispier too. Still a go to for quick easy meal.

I was one of a large handful of people who must have ordered online at the same time tonight. There was a bit of a wait, but the staff were very good at communicating the wait time, and were very apologetic. Burgers were getting pumped out at an impressive rate, and mine at least had no loss in quality. There were some unhappy and rude customers, but from what I saw, the young manager and staff handled them in a polite and professional manner. Well done.

I'm a little torn on this review. I was originally going to 2 star this review for my dining experience but every other time that I've come to Grill'd, this one or others, it's been fine. The burgers aren't the biggest or smallest, the cheapest nor the most expensive, and the quality is normally more than mediocre. This time however, I thought I'd try a "Healthy Fried Chicken" burger, and healthy it was, for it came with no salad, and nothing else in it at all besides the chicken and the bun. We dined in, so a waitress came over to check up on us and if I was willing to wait 20 minutes for a replacement I'd have said something but truthfully I felt in that moment that their burgers just aren't worth it. Don't get me wrong, this place is normally fine and I'd come here again with friends, but it was a pretty 'how ya goin' ' way to end the work week.

Nice burger selection. The cost to add chips is far too expensive for the meager quantity supplied. Drink prices are a bit expensive. If you want chips with your meal and don't mind them being separate then order your burger, finish up then go down the street to one of the cafés and order your chips there with a coffee or another drink.

Best grill’d burger me and my partner have had, We Looked around the mall for something to eat decided on grilld as we’ve had it a lot. The atmosphere was great it was clean staff were friendly. You know, I usually hate a burger franchise, but Grill'd is still one of my favourite burger joints in Canberra. You only issue is you might get a bit of choice dilemma from the number of burgers available (compared to Brod Burger which only has a handful).

Grill'd is easily one of my fav burger joints in Canberra. My favourite burger is the "Chilli Addict" which has a wonderful blend of jalapenos, roasted peppers, sour cream, cheese, salad, spanish onion & chilli relish. It makes the burger feel nice and moist with lots of flavours along with a good hot chilly kick. I reckon their herb seasoned chips are one of the best in the business and I really like being able to get a beer with my burger and am glad to see 4 Pines on the menu. A nice touch is their donations to location charities.
