Party of four. Service was great from the lovely waitresses. Food is extremely rich but yum. Cocktails are delicious and instagramable :p and they have happy hour.

Certainly not the healthiest of restaurants but that's not why you go there either I guess. A good range of tasty burgers both beef and chicken. The "Kevin Bacon" is one of best burgers you'll ever have. The fries are amazing and can come flavoured as well. There are desserts but we didn't try any this time, we really enjoyed a shared one last time. Great for families but you are probably better off eating earlier rather than later as there's a bar with beer and fancy cocktails etc. There is a online table booking service which is easy to use. Cost is moderate but you definitely get your monies worth. We'll certainly be back one day. Thanks!

The burgers and drinks here are not too bad. They were very popular when they first opened but now there are a lot more burger restaurants in competition. I think the food and drinks were pretty good. The only drawback was value for money isn't great as the size of this burger was quite small for what I paid for it. Yours truly @fooderarri

Fantastic food and great service. I ate there with friends and everything we ordered was delicious, and very filling too. I really wanted to finish my loaded fries because they were so good, but after a burger and a loaded shake I just didn't have room. I'll have to bring a bigger appetite next time.

For a burger joint this place produces outstanding results. We shared the Big Poppa, wholy molie not sure if one person could handle this one by themselves. The bonus? Super tasty and excellent service to boot. I can cook and get disappointed 7/8 times out of 10 when we eat out. Highly recommend this place.

Great atmosphere, staff are all really friendly. Quick turn over for food and drinks which is good. Loved the loaded fries. Thank god they didn’t use that fake string cheese. The fries were better than the burger. The popcorn chicken was nice and crunchy. Got the simple milky lane burger which was nice, fresh and loved the bun they used. Strangely, the tomato sauce reminded me of a parmigiana. Cocktails were fresh and funky. My spritz was fresh and had the right ratio of alcohol to ice ratio. Will be coming back with my friends.

Friends and I ate here for the first time today. The pop korn chicken was delicious, crispy, and juicy, and that gravy was delightful. Sweet potato fries were good, potato fries even better. Milky Lane burgers with bacon were well received by my friends, although my Milky Lane burger with pineapple could have had more pineapple. Big L delicious but deceptively spicy don't don't order if you don't like your chicken burgers hot. Milkshakes were also delicious but pricey at almost $10 for the large. We ate outside where water sprinklers helped with the summer heat. Overall, I would go back for the chicken, and perhaps another burger from their wide selection.

Came here fairly late on a Saturday night. The interior deco is nice and the music is quite loud during the late evening, so if you want to chat don’t come here then. We ordered the signature beef burger, chicken burger, loaded fries and chocolate thick shake. The friend who ate the chicken burger felt slightly sick after eating it and threw up a little, possibly from under cooked paddy. The beef burger was ok, the portion sizes here are smaller than competitors. The thick shake was almost 50% whipped cream and was not completely cold either. Overall a nice to place for alcoholic drinks, but food was definitely a let down and there are many other better burger places in Canberra.

Finally got around to trying Milky Lane in Canberra and was so impressed we went back the next day. We tried the loaded fries, the Yeezy burger, the Milky Lane burger and the kids burger. The food is amazing and comes out really quickly. The kitchen and venue staff definitely know what they are doing and run a tight ship. We had incredible service from our server named Sarah. She was very helpful and lovely to speak to. The second visit we were looked after by Hannah who was equally as good. Keep it up Milky Lane. We will be back for sure.

Excellent decor, great vibe, good service. My fries came out way before my burger, the tomato sauce given for fries is like a rich passata pasta sauce not ketchup, the burgers have a nice unique flavour. The price is way more expensive than their main competition two doors down, whose burgers include fries for the same price. I will come back again in the future to see if things have changed but with the pricing I don't think it will be our family's regular burger joint.

Oh ma gaaaaaaad...these are some damn tasty burgers! This place came recommended by a friend and I can see why. Must try the Chikanye! The combo of sauces is delicious. And the atmosphere is bangin'! Hip hop and classic 90s tunes play in the background while you chill with Snoop in sweet decor. Excellent service too. Also had their CARAMEL AND CHOCOLATE SPRING ROLLS!!!?!! 😍🥰😭 Heaven on a plate.. I felt so complete after that. Damn! 10/10 would come here again! And again. And again! One of the best burger joints I've been to hands down. Oh & halal, vegan and vegetarian options too!

So so experience. We ordered 2 Milky Lane burgers (one is pictured) and it cost us $37.40 with no drinks or sides - granted it was a public holiday and there was a surcharge. I just did not like the burger enough to justify the price - the meat was overcooked (the menu says it’s served pink but that wasn’t the case for me), the bread was quite hard and dry and the rest of the burger was average. What I did like was it wasn’t greasy or heavy on the stomach! I might come and try another burger next time but at this price point I think I prefer Brod or Flash.

Make sure you book it way in advance! The burgers are great, not to mention the special fries. The atmosphere is pretty cool, there was a DJ on the spot this Friday. I highly recommend this place for someone willing to experience a good burger. The location could be better though as parking is completely scarce in the region.

I would of given this place 5 stars, however the service was below average. Every time we went to order something there was no staff on the floor to even wave someone down. Look going to milky lane was good like thickshakes and other drinks was not a problem but then eating the fried chicken weezy wasn't the best burger I had. Great service all the way through from host to kitchen. Our host was very helpful and made us aware of how busy they were and the wait time we could expect. Our server was very attentive, we ordered a milky lane burger and we were suggested a cheat platter which was amazing to share between the two of us... We got a taste of everything. Food came out in about 20 min and the burgers were nice and juicy. The cocktails were amazing and staff suggestions were on point. All in all, it was a great night out and will come back again.

I'll admit, the burger names alone had me curious. Mixed with the location, the decor and the menu I was sold. Walking in was a little overwhelming because you literally all past all the diners on the right ...and the bar on the left. Between the graffiti/wall art and the headphones on the ceiling, plus the pink/black decor present everywhere ...it was an interesting time. Menu is amazing, and catered to the vegetarians in the group and the shared drinks were just what we needed. Definitely pigged out on fried goodness and tried the Drake ... followed up with a bueno thickshake ..next time I'll order the milkshake because it looked much better. Topped off the night with more drinks and the cocktails were divine. Next time I will be pop in ordering a Kevin Bacon.

To quote a recent review "We ordered a large fries as a side to our burgers would hate to have ordered a small." Really trendy venue and great friendly staff, plenty of space both inside and outside with a big bar and many kitchen staff. If you've seen the posts on the social media page, don't have such high expectations unless you're willing to pay for the extras. We got the normal milky lane burger and it was nice, but not great. I'd definitely go back to try and get some additional add-ons to my burger but you'll need to experience it for yourself. Definitely worth going!

I went to milky lane with a friend last Friday and it was amazing ! I had the Chic Kanye burger and it was seriously the best chicken burger I've ever had. The southern fried chicken was super crispy and omg the maple bacon was AMAZING !! I also loved the seasoning on the chips!!! Yum!!! Cocktails were also delicious and service was fantastic! Burgers are tasty, but not as good as other nearby burger providers and the cost is far more expensive at Milky Lane. Chips aren't included burger orders, which makes a big difference, and also the are no value our meal deal options. Do they make a good burger? Yes. Is it clearly better than the neighbours? No. Is it vastly more expensive? Yes.

It's alright. It's just another burger joint in Braddon/Canberra. All the hype did not meet expectations. It's a bit too expensive for its price and size. $17 for just a burger with no drinks nor chips. At first glance, the burger looks delicious to scarf down. To my disappointment, the burger was dry. Overall, its not bad. But I won't be coming back for their burgers anytime soon.

I recently had a wonderful experience at ML, dining with a table of 20 guests. The scene is funky and spacious with fun vibes. Drinks and food came out in a timely manner. I can highly recommend the watermelon share cocktail and the chic-Kanye burger. Delish 😋 Both our waitress and the manager checked in with us during our dinner service, making sure our needs were met. Great customer service! I will definitely be returning; everything on the menu needs to be eaten 😋

I understand that this is a busy place, but when your booking is limited to 60 minutes and your drink order takes 40 of those minutes to come (food came WAY before), it's really not okay. The food and drinks were nice once they finally arrived (we learnt early and ordered second drinks the second the first ones arrived because we wanted to try others, they all looked so nice!) but a bit pricey for what you get, but honestly the speed and service were the massive downfall. There also was items available that weren't on the menu anywhere, they were only advertised on social media which I thought was a bit weird (aero milkshakes and alcoholic creaming soda). We were really disappointed after all the hype around this establishment. As well as this, we heard wait staff tell the tables next to us ON BOTH SIDES had their drink order 'lost' and had to wait all over again for their drinks which already took forever to come. To finish our experience, the dessert spring rolls we ordered came 4 minutes before our allocated time slot finished, and when we asked for it to be taken back to put in a takeaway container the staff seemed less than pleased. Overall okay, probably won't be returning however until at least time allocations have changed.

Chicken was amazing, different to other chicken options in Canberra, worth a try! The beef was average, classic Canberra "under cooked" style as standard. Worth noting you can ask for it fully cooked which you really should, mince meat should NOT be served "medium" (aka under cooked), mince is not the same as cooking a freshly cut piece of steak!! But rant aside, the beef is just nothing special, not bad, just not above average. Service by waiters was great, they were really on the ball! Bar staff were also good although I can't comment on their drink making skills as I sadly did not order a cocktail (the menu looked good though!). The man on the POS to pay at the end of the night was rude, he imposed a negative vibe on what was otherwise a great experience. He ushered one of the friendly waitresses away when she came to assist with the bill, and grumpily said "there's Sunday surcharges" as he put the bill on the desk.

Ordered from EASI last night. When received food was cold (Not sure of restaurants fault or delivery company). Negatives: When got food my order was wrong and left a VM yesterday as they were closed and haven’t received a call back yet. Paying $135 for 3 meals I wouldn’t of expected it to be wrong. Food isn’t worth the value as advertised with my experience as a professional foodie. Donut fries cold is a jaw workout, additional toppings ($3) for 4 Bueno pieces was not ideal. Positivities: The creative selection of food ideas actually alright with a range of selections. Lovely staff and great location! The vibes and culture is where this place thrives, love the creative names on the menu. Overall: Was disappointed with the overall experience and did have high expectations from all the social media marketing. (That was well done! Great stuff) The expectation vs the reality differ. Food didn’t get that satisfaction tick from me. My rating would of been higher if my issue was resolved. But unfortunately still chasing it up. 3 stars is me being generous, would prefer brodburger if you are after value for money.

Went in to check out the hype and must say was a little dissapointed. Made a reservation and went straight in, we were greeted by a friendly member of staff. Staff were all friendly, food and drink service was good, didnt have to wait long. Unfortunately the thickshakes we ordered were not very thick and were more a milkshake. I ordered a salted caramel thickshake and it was more like a vanilla milkshake which i could understand with the addition of whipped cream and cherry. At least they kept the water topped up. We ordered a large fries as a side to our burgers would hate to have ordered a small. Understanding its a trendy sort of a joint maybe on the kids meals just have a standard tomato or bbq sauce not all are understanding of a decent sauce. Loved the idea and the food but could have been just that little bit more. As i said earlier the staff did make the experience enjoyable and just a few little things would have made it better.

Milkylane is a very diffrent venue layout and is very welcoming. The staff team here are amazing, super friendly and energetic. The reason for the 4 stars is for the beef burger i tried the "kevin bacon" the burger was a little dry (just personal preference). The music choice also fit the venue and was perfect volume for conversation. All round great experience and i will be coming back to try more on the menu. :)

The staff were great to seat us quickly, and took care of us in a reasonable amount of time. I ordered a burger and loaded fries along with my families’ orders. I ordered a Kevin Bacon without BBQ sauce. The burger has so many components, that I didn’t want to only taste BBQ sauce. The problem was the volume of the music, which is way too loud for an eatery. Because of that, I don’t think the waitress heard me when I said “without bbq sauce”, as it was not on my order on the kitchen’s display right behind me. It was so loud my toddler daughter physically covered her ears. If my Apple Watch is to be believed, the sound pressure level was at damaging levels (with sustained exposure) for a substantial portion of our time, peaking at 85db. When I got the bbq sauce burger, because we were tired of being in this loud atmosphere, I went ahead and ate it. The burger was fine, but way too bbq-saucy, as expected. The loaded fries and shake were both very great. Maybe a cocktail would have helped, which did look good, but it was just too loud in there where we were seated. They of course were unwilling to adjust the volume, which is fine, but I wouldn’t come back or recommend it because of it.

Went for a family celebration, and despite booking a month in advance we were allocated a high table outside in the rain, next to the road - which was completely unsuitable with a young child. When we explained, the staff refused to help and it was only when my husband went inside and found an alternate table and insisted we be seated there that we were confident to stay. Following that, the food and drinks were fun and tasty. The inside seating was comfortable and cozy.
