I highly recommend ordering from your phone to skip the queue. Sometimes, my order gets held back and made after in person customers order after me. This brings my rating down a notch, due to some of their employees' roles in taking a longer time to make the order than if I was ordering in-person. Over the years, I have reported a few employees (including managers) to their superiors over the phone and by email who have treated me poorly, due to race, a lack of their professionalism, and the handling of complaints. However, every now and then I drop by for a quick snack and service has gotten better than how I remembered it. Just make sure you don't order during peak hours and if you do, order early via phone so you can pick it up earlier, otherwise you will suffer.

If there was ever a recipe that could make you see around corners and wasn't an illegal substance, the Colonel's finest would be the one! Mouth watering crusted chicken, friend in Golden liquid. The 11 herbs and spices dancing on your tongue, the delicious coleslaw with the funny aftertatse. Just get in there and get a mega feast, give into your addiction!

Hi guys KFC at Casuarina well they have been around a lot of years now i remember going there as a kid remember KFC is a fast food chain and is like McDonald's or red Red Roster or Hungry Jacks what you see is what you get and most of the time it's good so if mum or dad are tierd of cooking you may be in for one of these I have mentioned I love KFC especially when it's been in the fridge all of the fast food chains have easy access to the restaurant or a drive through and you can order at your own lesser disabled toilets a available and normal toilets essay access to restaurant and Carpark disabled parking is also essay to access some are open 24 hours and some open at 10 am KFC stores are in Darwin city beget road Casuarina and parlmerston i hope you enjoy your visit cheers Billy.

Good customer service. KFC Chicken and Chips plus Mash and Gravy is so Awesome. Still has that beautiful KFC Taste. Way better then McDonald's Rubber Food.

Decent outlet of the franchise, servicing busy Casuarina and the surrounding suburbs. This is the external store with the drive through and can get quite busy during the week.

There was a time when they included the napkin and the wet wipes with every meal but nowadays you have to check to see if they put them in and if they haven't, then you have to ask for them. Not very good customer service.

They could have more staff during busy lunch times just to make service run smoothly and not have a long queue of people waiting to order as it's hard for those that are trying to walk by with trolleys while there isn't much space overall. Also by having more staff they can also make sure that the tables and floor at the back area aren't dirty like they usually are. On the other hand during quiet times they are fast and unlike the KFC outside the mall, they get your order right.
